Job Description
Lake County is seeking an individual to manage and implement communications activities for the Lake County Division of Transportation (LCDOT), Public Works, Planning, Building & Development and Storm Water Management Commission. This position will develop and deliver information to the public, media, stakeholders, county board and internal departments. This position will serve as a spokesperson for the departments listed above and will be responsible for independently managing numerous communications projects, activities and produce print and electronic media (news releases, social media, publications, video, website content), as well as public speaking engagements, and special events. Required Skills

Becoming a Truck and Heavy Equipment Mechanic at the Lake County Division of Transportation will allow you to be involved with county employees, other county agencies and other individuals. Your day will consist of performing preventative maintenance checks and repairs on county heavy trucks and equipment; performing road tests on vehicles; making service calls on equipment that break down on the road; repairing gasoline and diesel-powered equipment and vehicles including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, drive trains, cooling and electrical systems, alignments, and balancing tires and tire repairs; ensuring shop cleanliness and maintenance; performing snowplow operations and snow and ice removal; operating heavy equipment and assisting in building and grounds maintenance. To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of International, Caterpillar, Cummings, John Deere, freightliner, Case Allison automatic transmissions, Bendix and Wabco brake systems, and Detroit diagnostic equipment; knowledge and practical experience of equipment electronic system diagnostics; knowledge of wire welders, “stick” type welders and metal fabricating; knowledge of hydraulic systems, hose replacement; some knowledge of machine shop tools and equipment; the ability to operate single axle trucks, tandem axle trucks, and semi tractors with standard and automatic transmissions; the ability to perform vehicle recovery and towing operations, the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; must provide own hand and air tools; the ability to perform duties in extreme outdoor weather conditions; the ability to regularly lift and/or carry objects weighing 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighting up to 100 pounds; and possess excellent customer service skills. This position requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of five to seven years education and related experience; five to seven years of experience in dealership, truck, or heavy-duty equipment shop. A Class B CDL with air brakes or ability to obtain within six months of hire is required. Class A CDL and ASE Certification are preferred.

5. Mental Health Provider - Quantico, VA.
Guardian Defense Group is seeking an embedded Mental Health Provider at Quantico, VA.
The embedded mental health provider will be responsible for liaising with medical personnel to assist in triaging soldiers posted overseas and helping to determine appropriate follow-up care. Will help coordinate the return to CONUS as needed and will provide case management services, ensuring soldiers that are returned to CONUS receive the care they need whether it be medical or behavioral health care. This will include triage services, suicide risk assessments, psychological intake interviews and treatment planning, telepsychology services, and conducting one on one and family/ couple’s therapy as needed/ requested. The embedded mental health provider will also offer behavioral health services to military members in Quantico, VA.
Required to hold a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an American Psychological Association (APA) approved psychology program (or a program acceptable to the Office of the Surgeon General, U.S. Navy), or a master’s or doctorate degree in social work (LCSW) from a National Association of Social Workers (NASW) approved program (or a program acceptable to the Office of the Surgeon General, U.S. Navy). The embedded mental health provider personnel performing these mental health services under this contract shall have completed an APA or NASW approved internship/residency in clinical/counseling psychology or social work.
The embedded mental health provider personnel shall have two or more years’ experience providing independent clinical services to a patient population, and must have a minimum of one years’ experience working with military service members as well as some familiarity with operational populations and/or a willingness to learn. Experience working with a military population could include as an intern or postdoctoral fellow.
Occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel will be required. Only non-local travel costs shall be eligible for reimbursement in accordance with the Joint Federal Travel Regulations.
An active SECRET Security clearance is required.

SUMMARY: The Outstation Communications Support will support Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) with Training Support to provide exercise management, role player, subject matter expertise and training support for assessment, selection, and training conducted by 1st Special Warfare Training Group (SWTG) (Airborne).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate using Special Forces communication techniques that follow field manuals.
Use and operate long, medium, and short-range high frequency (HF) communications.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
Must be able to communicate using Special Forces communications techniques in accordance with (IAW) applicable field manuals, SMTP 18E30, SAVSERSUP6 and the USAJFKSWCS Base Station SOP.
Be able to operate and participate in communications nets using long, medium, and short-range high frequency (HF) communications, automated link establishment (ALE), Special Mission Radio System (SMRS), satellite communications (SATCOM), single channel ground to air radio system (SINGARS) (very high frequency [VHF]), and emerging radio systems as fielded and employed in SFQC.
Have the ability to communicate with the Joint Base Station (JBS) series, AN/ TSC-135 using all aspects of computer-automated functions of the JBS and the SOF Deployable Node (SDN) series of base station equipment suites.
Former military personnel with an MOS of 18E, 31C, 98H, 72E, 74C, as well as civilian experience through equipment manufacture companies, may have the basic knowledge to communicate with the required systems, but will still require additional training to meet qualifications and operational requirements.
Must be U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to perform in austere field environment during all weather conditions, day and night and during field duties.
Possess a valid driver’s license and able to navigate roads and cross-country (using military/civilian maps, road signs, landmarks and/or provided directions).
Must be able to pass a physical and be in good health to partake in training exercises as required.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must possess and maintain an active Secret level clearance.

· Be accountable for the performance of the work under this contract
· Have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract
· Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower and team activities including areas of administration, program control, and technical supervision of personnel
· Effectively interface with the Government’s COR and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) while serving as the main point of contact for the contract to the Government with full decision-making authority
· Be available to the Government during normal business hours plus all other times as required by contract
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
· Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or higher degree from an accredited university or college, OR at least 15 years of Special Forces experience

· Must have a minimum of 15 years of military/professional experience in program management related positions; including at least five (5) years of experience as a program manager managing a contractor workforce in support of a DOD contract of comparable size, scope, and complexity

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Operations Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. You will interact directly with the warfighter during the development of intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in fusing the operational and intelligence information available to the supported unit while providing an operational perspective to the products, which include target and network analysis packages.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to provide operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities regarding planning and synchronization of C-IED support to deployed SOF elements. You will remain relevant and valuable to the supported command through coordination of SOF requests for C-IED support with other deployed assets and enabling elements. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; manage requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with SOF pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Minimum two years’ experience providing operational support to one or more SOF units or commands.
