These Qualifications:
Typically requires

Training related to the degree substitute provided at Navy schools is
considered hands-on experience.
In addition to
any experience which is substituted for education, the Navy Logistics Analyst
must have eight years of experience in Navy or USMC automated logistics management

Must have two
years of experience as a senior-level analyst and a supervisor.

Description
The Joint Warfighting Function –
Sustainment (JWF-Sus) SME assists Theater Special Operations Commands, SOF
Service Components, and joint Special Operations Forces (SOF) Headquarters in
the planning, coordination, and execution of functional and joint collective
training that focuses at the operational and strategic levels of war. The
JWF-Sus training support to joint SOF headquarters includes individual, staff,
and unit collective training, academic events, senior leader seminars, planning
exercises, tabletop exercises, and functional area workshops. This support
culminates in the execution of joint mission rehearsals, command post
exercises, and other collective training events that supports the USSOCOM
350-12 certification and validation program. JWF-Sus training is based in joint
doctrine, but is focused primarily on the sharing of joint insights and best
practices. JWF-Sus personnel provide over-the-shoulder training, collect and
analyze observations, insights, and lessons that are used to provide feedback
to the joint SOF headquarters commander and staff in the form of
functional-level feedback, facilitated after-action reviews, and quick look
reports.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The
successful candidate will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise
and strategic and operational-level joint training primarily in the joint
warfighting functional area of Sustainment. The successful candidate must also
understand and provide expertise in the integration of Sustainment into the
other six war fighting functions of Information, Intelligence, Fires, Movement
and Maneuver, Protection, and Command & Control. Subject matter expertise
incorporates joint training, guidance, and mentorship in the designated
function & integration in support of national security strategy, theater
strategy, and campaigning, joint planning processes and systems, and joint,
interagency, and multinational capabilities and the integration of those
capabilities.
Perform in-depth research,
analysis, and training to support the Theater Special Operations Commands, SOF
Service Components, and joint SOF Task Force Commanders’ readiness and exercise
programs.
Provide over-the-shoulder training
during joint collective-training exercises, training events, and staff outreach
visits to Theater Special Operations Commands, SOF Service Components, and
joint SOF Task Force Commanders and their staffs.
Assist flag/general officer commanders
and principal staff members in understanding and synchronizing operations in
joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational operating environments
utilizing current SOF sustainment systems and processes.
Perform in-depth research and analysis
in preparation for exercises, provide functional after-action reviews, and
support the government Team Chief in preparing the Commander’s Facilitated
After-action Review and Commander’s Quick Look Report.
Plan, coordination, develop, and
deliver facilitated Joint Operations Sustainment Module education and training
seminars as part of the core staff development.
Conceptualize, develop, and assess
the operational aspects of joint doctrine; joint tactics, techniques, and
procedures; and related publications. Provide inputs to the development and
publication of joint doctrine, including reviews of all joint doctrine updates.
Develop and update functional-area focus papers and other articles for
professional publications.
Provide mentorship and support to active
duty and government civilian Observer Controllers / Trainers in the Sustainment
functional area, including preparation for academics, exercises, and staff
assist visits; analytic support during academics, exercises, and staff assist
visits (SAVs); and preparing functional after-action reviews, Commanders
Facilitated After-action Reviews, and Commander’s Quick Look Reports.
Provide functional area
experience, continuity, and expertise in training and developing Analyst
Trainers and active-duty and government-civilian Observer Trainers. Train and
mentor new Analyst Trainers.

Hours of Work: Flex time is allowed at SOCOM. All personnel assigned to this task order

is 0630 hours and the latest an FTE may leave is 1730 hours. For example, employee “A” may arrive at 0630
with a 30-minute lunch break and leave at 1500 hours. Conversely employee “B” may arrive at 0900

Both employee “A” and “B” are present during USSOCOM Core Hours of

is comprised of a diverse array of technical experts and skilled practitioners
providing operations support, formal training, certification, and research and
development consultancy to all echelons of the Defense, Intelligence, and Law

II Marine Air Wing (MAW), Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC.
Job Duties
Possesses and applies expertise on
multiple complex work assignments.
Assignments may be broad in

Operates with appreciable latitude

Identify Type/Model/Series (T/M/S)
intelligence support requirements related to aviation operations.
Develop intelligence training
references and curriculum in support of aviation operations and/or planning for
all T/M/S across all echelons of the Wing. The developed training will include

and unit intelligence readiness.
Curriculum development includes
academic training packages (e.g., instructional briefs and reading materials),
(scenario-based and non-scenario-based) practical application, and evaluation

processes and procedures.

DESCRIPTION:
Candidate will utilize their
technical capabilities in electronics and other IED initiating type systems,
and wide-ranging knowledge of military, commercial, and improvised explosives
for designing and building realistic simulated IEDs to support test operations.
Primary Responsibilities
• Design and manufacture all
simulated threat articles required for test activities.
• Responsible for handling,

compounds (including simulated HMEs),
• Responsible for the fabrication,
