GEOINT Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
· Draft and edit various reports, publications, regulations, and strategic communications for the GEOINT community; ensure formats and language conform to Army policies and regulations as well as established AGO SOPs and templates.

· Leverage the INSCOM CG’s guidance and DA G-2 priorities as a subject matter expert through participation in various counsels, working groups, meetings, and briefing relative to the GEOINT community; convey and articulate information as it pertains to the Army GEOINT mission.
· Maintain/update AGO employees training records in accordance with INSCOM and NGA regulations and policies; send required training notifications to AGO employees prior to training deficiencies; provide training status to AGO senior leadership.
· Coordinate schedules and accommodations; escorts visitors; ensure clearances are sent and received; prepare required materials.
· Consolidate and compile input for various data calls from across the Intelligence Community; ensure language and formats conform to Army policies and regulations as well as established SOPs and templates.
· Develop, assess, review, analyze, and make recommendations concerning GEOINT capabilities, system requirements, development, personnel, communications, logistics, etc.; ensure Army GEOINT community is kept abreast of emerging technological developments that enhance the Army’s ability to leverage GEOINT.
· Provide GEOINT training course development, instructional and system administrative support, and instructor support; instruct GEOINT lesson plans in classroom or via mobile training; establish, develop, and update GEOINT Power Point Lesson plans using clear learning objectives, descriptive notes, testing and practical exercises; assist NGA and Foundry instructors with GEOINT training support as required through lectures, practical exercises, trouble-shooting any problems and reproducing course material.
· Maintain up-to-date software, workstations and student records. Schedule and coordinate maintenance for the GEOINT Course workstations, server, software and accounts; ensure the instructor/student workstations and server is operating at peak processing efficiency; maintain a current database of commercial off the shelf (COTS) and government off the shelf (GOTS) software information and license keys from Software Vendors on the INSCOM common network NIPRNET drive; coordinate and obtain COTS and GOTS software and license keys from vendors; schedule the installation of software and license keys with IT support for the training server and on the instructor/student workstations; obtain student logins and coordinate log-in problems with IT support.

Summary: Reporting to the WebUnit Manager, the incumbent provides technical support for the design, content, development and maintenance of the Bureau’s public-facing website, intranet site, and SharePoint subsites.
Education/Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree, and;
• Two to three years of specialized experience as a website content specialist, or similar role engaged in website content modifications and implementation of digital enhancements within a web-based content management system.

5. CI Screeners (Afghanistan) (TS/SCI)

Detailed Responsibilities:
The Imagery Analyst shall perform imagery analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements. The Imagery Analyst shall have operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems. The Training and Simulation Service Line, in support of the Navy and Marine Corps Customer Group, currently has a career opportunity for a Coupled Ocean-Atmospheric Mesoscale Prediction System (COAMPS) Program Analyst to provide support to Commander, Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Center (FNMOC) in Monterey, CA.
The individual in this position will provide program analysis support and serve as a fleet/ joint training and policy analyst and meteorological/oceanographic liaison and action officer for CNMOC, Navy Information Dominance Forces (NAVIDFOR) and USFF Fleet/Joint Training Directorate (N7). Program Analysts have experience at the senior level including supervisory experience. Program Analysts, in general, review program (specific) data, evaluate program plans/changes and assist in the preparation of documents with various senior-level, civilian and military stakeholders. ? Manage, coach, mentor and develop direct reports including HR Reps and Recruiters.
? Communicate and assure compliance with all HR programs.
? Ensure competitive compensation for retention, manage the yearly salary review process and bonus administration.
? Resolve performance issues through separation; resolve team member issues and act as counsel to management and team members.
? Ensure consistency and fairness in policy; also as it relates to Federal and State law requirements.
? Coordinate with training department to support training and development.
? Facilitate various training as needed in the areas of management & overall employee development, diversity, harassment, new hire orientations, and performance management.
? Consult clients on changing organization needs; participate in developing and conducting reorganizations to maximize the effective use of resources and minimize adverse impact and risk.
? Review and report metrics to business leaders and develop strategies with HR Reps to ensure that measures are in place to attain goals/objectives.
? Consult with business leaders on team restructures and assist in the development of restructuring communication.
? Oversee and manage all organizational changes and movement through PeopleSoft; conduct data audits to ensure accuracy.
? Participate in and oversee the sourcing and identification of employment candidates, including the review and analysis of resumes and interview candidates of all levels up to management as necessary.
? Travel requirements: approximately 25%
Qualifications:
? Degree in business, human resources or related field. Master’s degree beneficial. Human Resources Certificate a plus.
? 5- 8 years generalist human resources or other related business experience, including interviewing, employment, training, employee relations, compensation, diversity, management/organizational development, risk management and loss control.
? 1-3 years management experience preferred.
? Solid understanding of HR legal compliance and HR systems and best practices.
? Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
? Strong conflict management skills.
? Strong interpersonal skills.

Description for Senior Level Project Manager
Plans, directs, and co-ordinates a cross-functional team’s activities to manage and implement project and/or interrelated projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage.
Determines, monitors, and reviews all project/program economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, subcontractors, resources and risk.
Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources to meet project/program needs and requirements; including sub-contractor selection.
Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the project/program.
Leads the project/program team(s) in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements and client’s long-term goals.
Facilitates status review meetings among project team members and clients.
Works with senior management on project/program proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and schedules. Proposes and develops add-on program opportunities. Mentors and trains the customer and/or vendor in project management methods, procedures, and activities.
Controls project/program requirements, scope, and change management issues.
Coaches and counsels members of cross-functional teams to accomplish project/program goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.
Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key program criteria.
Determines and installs appropriate automated systems for management of projects.
Identifies and recommends contingency measures.
Facilitates the creation of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders.
Advises senior management on project management capability and risk.
Maintains awareness on emerging technologies and project/program management techniques.
