QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To qualify for this position at the GS-13 level you must possess at least one of the following One full year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level. Specialized experience is described experience as experience planning and establishing an organizational analysis program that encompasses extremely large, difficult, and diverse projects for a major agency component.
Time-in-Grade Requirements: Status applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade in the Federal service. To be creditable, one (1) year is required at the GS-13 level for the GS-12.

Qualifications and Evaluations
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Applicants will be rated in accordance with the OPM Qualification Standard Handbook X-118C. Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must meet any screen-out element listed, and show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying. WORKING CONDITIONS: The work is performed in kitchen areas where the steam and heat from cooking and dish washing equipment often causes uncomfortably high temperatures and humidity. The work area is well lighted, but is usually noisy from food service activities, and there is danger of slipping on floors where food and beverages have been dropped. The incumbent is regularly exposed to hot liquids, sharp cutting blades, hot surfaces, and extreme temperature changes when entering walk-in refrigeration and /or freezer units.
PHYSICAL EFFORT: Will be required to perform heavy lifting and moving and hard work, such as scouring and scrubbing large utensils, pots, and pans. Moving and unloading carts and pallets. Frequently lifts or moves objects weighing up to 40 pounds to load and unload food service delivery vehicles.

Specific Duties:

• Conducts studies of major programs and systems to evaluate the impact of management and union proposals. • Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical wiring systems and associated fixtures, controls, and equipment in industrial, office, and residential buildings.

Qualifications and Evaluations
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Applicants will be rated in accordance with the OPM Qualification Standard Handbook X-118C. Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must meet any screen-out element listed, and show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying. Qualification requirements emphasis is on the quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION: All applicants are required to pass a pre-employment medical examination provided at government expense.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Works indoors and outdoors. Exposed to danger from explosions of equipment and cables in manholes and vaults, as well as danger from high voltage electrical shock, burns, broken bones, cuts, and bruises. At this point, the Residuals Materials List is annotated with the transfer and a Materials List is started for the new TO.
o During the Annual Physical Inventory, prepare a list of the materials in the TO staging areas and the Residuals Materials Staging Area. The summary list of the materials in the TO staging areas will become part of the Annual Physical Inventory Report to DCMA and DTRA. In coordination with Division Management, review the Residuals Materials List to determine if any of the items are excess to foreseeable requirements. If there are excess materials, they will be reported for disposition. The summary of the residual materials still needed with be added to the summary of the TO materials for the Annual Physical Inventory Report
o Interaction on a regular basis with the Property Custodians
• Annual Physical Inventory:
o Participate in the inventory as the independent third party for verifying the existence, location, and condition of the inventory items.
o Assist with floor-to-records checks.
o Assist with evaluation of item utilization and determination of excess items.
o Act as an independent party in the research and preparation of LDDT reports.

Position Description:
The Imagery Analyst will research, assess, integrate, manipulate, exploit, extract and analyze near full motion video in support of counter-IED operations in OEF. They will also be responsible for forensic imagery exploitation and analysis of near full motion video to identify anomalies associated with vehicle activity. Must be able to interpret near full motion video by forward- and back-tracking vehicles, determining patterns of life, make correlations between events and vehicles, create intelligence products via MS PowerPoint, post products to a dedicated web server, enter products as a shape file into an ArcGIS geo-database, and provide written analysis to accompany vehicle tracks.
Additionally, duties will require the following:
• Producing timely, accurate and actionable intelligence products.

Virgin Galactic is recruiting three Pilot-Astronauts to join its initial Pilot-Astronaut ranks. Job Description
