The Judicial Council of California's (Judicial Council) Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System currently supports the Judicial Council of California's Real Estate Portfolio, Facility Maintenance, Lease Contract, and Capital Project Management operations. The Real Estate Portfolio consists of 530 Court facilities with over 20 million square feet. Over five thousand service work orders are processed per month. Over one million dollars in utility usage/costs is captured each month. There are over 880 people in the California Courts, Judicial Council, and dozens of service providers who make up the CAFM Community. The Judicial Council is using TRIRIGA's application suite. Reports are currently written using SAP Crystal Reports and BIRT. This IT Developer (Crystal Reports) position will report into the Office of Information Technology. The IT Developer (Crystal Reports) will need to enhance, develop, and performance tune Crystal reports (simple to complex) for the CAFM 10 system. TRIRIGA ad-hoc query creation is also required. This developer will use SAP Crystal Reports and BIRT for report development. The IT Developer (Crystal Reports) will troubleshoot performance issues and uncover the root cause of performance problems within the TRIRIGA system. Performance problems are often due to inefficient SQL/queries or workflow design. The IT Developer (Crystal Reports) will also need to lead and coordinate database maintenance activities such as running Segment Shrinks and adding Indexes. The CAFM Staging and Production systems are hosted at the California Courts Technology Center (CCTC). Thus, the IT Developer (Crystal Reports) will need to write implementation instructions for the staff at the CCTC for system changes.

Summary: The Ministry of Defense (MoD) Research & Analysis/ Advisor works at the direction of the Targeting Operations Chief as part of the Counter-Corruption Task Force. Analyzes intelligence and reporting for lead development and assists in the generation of Ministry of Defense counter corruption requirements for collection or exploitation in support of counter corruption mission.
Responsibilities: Performs daily review of intelligence and other incoming reporting for lead development and follow-up and assists in the generation of Ministry of Defense counter corruption requirements (HCRs, IIR evaluations, SDRs etc.) for collection or exploitation in support of counter corruption mission. Individual will be responsive to requests for information from Target Coordination Forward personnel who will be embedded within major subordinate command locations in Afghanistan and assist in limited scope analysis and when, appropriate, provide actionable intelligence from that analysis. Individual will maintain liaison with the Embassy, Resolute Support, Inter-governmental agencies, non-governmental agencies, and interagency elements. Participate in necessary coordination meetings to include targeting VTCs within theater and via CONUS, as required. Develops and maps all MoD corruption nodes for coordination purposes. Completes required training at US CENTCOM HQs in Tampa, FL before deploying to become a train-the-trainer for the rest of the Counter Corruption Targeting Organization. Completes required personal weapons qualification prior to deployment.
