While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
· You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
· You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
· Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
· Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.

Within the JELC, develop, support, and execute realistic complex intelligence and threat scenarios related to strategic and operational level problem sets for Geographic Combatant Commanders. Using all source intelligence and consultant support, contractor will develop event support plans, planning documents, Master Sequence Event List (MSEL) and MSEL Injects, control plans and all other intelligence related products for a DOD/Geographic Combatant Commander level exercise and other training events as directed.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Qualified candidates must possess advanced management and organizational skills and demonstrate extensive experience overseeing, producing, and leading development of all-source predictive, intelligence community/interagency counter terrorism (IC/IA CT) related intelligence products for SOF exercises. Minimum 10 years DOD or IA intelligence experience. Candidates must also demonstrate expertise in the application of all-source strategic and operational intelligence and developing strategic intelligence products to support DOD level exercises. Must have significant analytical, planning, organizational, coordination, negotiation and directing skills to ensure requirements are satisfied and demonstrated ability to prepare/analyze IPB/Order of Battle products. Must be capable of briefing Senior Officers in large audiences and lead exercise intelligence planning collaboration sessions. Knowledge/credibility within the interagency is strongly desired. Intelligence experience with and a comprehensive and complete understanding of USSOCOM, its components, TSOCs, and Geographical Combatant Commands is desired. Best candidate will have extensive and recent SOF experience producing all source analysis intelligence products, a very solid foundation on use of current intelligence systems in all-source analysis, and solid background in procedures to develop complex exercises IAW existing Intelligence and SOF standards. Perform inventory control and accounts for mission computer equipment; Conduct annual physical inventory of all Government-furnished IT equipment; Submit end-user IT equipment requirements.
As Unit Cybersecurity Representative report threats, vulnerabilities, and security incidents to the customer and network service provider; submit incident and status reports; clean or sanitize information systems as required
