PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Support all aspects of Airborne C2 capabilities, capability gaps, systems integration, and developing JCIDS documents. Assisting with achieving interoperable, affordable, responsive, and sustainable C2 systems which satisfy Service, Joint, Interagency, and Coalition C2 information exchange requirements. Development of C2 investment strategies and providing technical assistance for airborne C2 systems integration planning. Support the generation of operational requirements for acquisition and integration of new or modified airborne C2 capabilities, recommending executable courses of action and providing technical reports, development and coordination of JCIDS documentation and Air Force (AF) Program Objective Memorandum (POM) documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in engineering (electrical, mechanical, radio frequency)
Five (5) years’ direct operational experience in C2/TDL systems
Five (5) years’ direct experience in analyzing, developing, and evaluating directives, policies, and procedures associated with modernization and sustainment of Air Force Systems
Two (2) years’ experience fielding of military systems
Two (2) years’ experience developing tactics, techniques and procedures for C2/TDL systems
Three (3) years’ experience in a HHQ (e.g., MAJCOM, HAF or equivalent) staff officer or equivalent position creating, preparing, conducting, delivering, oral/written decision briefs, reports, positions, draft messages and other correspondence.
Three (3) years’ experience analyzing and evaluating systems for operational suitability

Assist in developing plans for sustainment and modernization of airborne gateway systems, to include integrated logistics support, maintenance, and training.
Assist in oversight of the security, testing, and fielding accreditations. Assist with efforts required by Air Force Instructions to gain certification and accreditation in support of System Security Accreditation Authority, Certificate to Operate, Interim Authorities, and Spectrum Certification required for systems associated with TDL Transformation programs.
Support development of migration strategies for current capabilities towards programs of record and their integration into future architectures.
Support documenting Certification and Accreditation of IT systems in the Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR).

The successful candidate’s core responsibilities will include, but to be limited to:
Supporting and assisting with efforts to translate Personnel Recovery CFT requirements into documented studies and analyses.

5. IBS TTM Analyst - Langley AFB, Hampton, VA, United States

Crossroads is seeking an Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) and Tactical Terminal Management Analyst: The contractor shall Provide IBS broadcast, hardware, and software technical expertise and guidance to AF ground & airborne users of IBS.
Responsibilities:
Understand and articulate Air Force MAJCOM/Component/Weapon System IBS Data Requirements to the Joint IBS Community. This includes new data requirements, revision to existing/emerging message formats, and architecture modifications. Assist ACC/A5J in synchronizing current and future Joint IBS Enterprise requirements. Provide broadcast, data dissemination, and Air Force Tactical Terminal (AFTT) technical assistance to platform System Program Office (SPO)s during IBS terminal integration.
Develop IBS inputs to Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Concept of Employment (CONEMPs), Information Support Plans (ISPs), and CDDs for AF weapon systems. Provide input to AFTT documentation; i.e., System Operating Manuals (SOM), Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs), Memorandum of Agreements (MOA), etc. Participate in technical, integrated logistics support (ILS) and program meetings.
Understand and articulate Air Force MAJCOM/Component/Weapon System IBS hardware requirements to include implementation of changes from existing configurations. Coordinate with SPO operating commands to validate integration funding availability and integration schedules. Assist with advocacy and planning for funding, procurement, acceptance, testing, and fielding of technology insertion and upgrades.
Analyze quarterly status reports from the depot for operational status of hardware assets. Coordinate with depot and users to ensure accurate and accountable shipment and return of COMSEC Controlled Items (CCI).
Assist in the identification and validation of AF and Joint user IBS software application requirements. Assist with configuration management processes for AF IBS software. Coordinate approved CCB changes to IBS software baselines; identify associated cost for updates. Identify distribution needs and delivery of AF IBS software applications to Joint users. Identify program funding needs for current and out-year software sustainment advocacy.
Support service-wide IBS training capability for over 2,000+ user base. Develop and assist in the implementation of approved IBS training plans. Training should encompass both general knowledge & specific technical aspects of IBS architecture, broadcasts, data types, dissemination timelines for all hardware terminals and software applications. Training material must be scalable to satisfy needs of various AF user organizations and ready for handoff to Weapons School, Mission Planning School, enlisted/officer courses. Review/update training material annually including documentation, PowerPoint presentations, CBT, and videos.
Assist in developing and coordinating on planning and programming documentation, POM justification, briefings, submissions, and in the evaluation of initiatives, disconnects, and offsets. Assist in the development of unfunded requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, management or other related technical or scientific discipline.
- Five (5) years minimum experience with Information Technology in Intelligence Community systems.
- Three (3) years supporting of Intelligence Broadcasts; i.e., IBS Networks (IBS-NS, Global IBS Network Servers (GINS), Theater Interface Nodes TINs), Common Interactive Broadcast (CIB)

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Joint Expeditionary Team (JET) Member, you will provide embedded support to tactical units conducting ground operations primarily in the CENTCOM AOR. You will observe and report on best practices, emerging enemy TTPs, and friendly capability gaps associated with improvised threats such as Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS).
More About the Role:
Must be senior NCO from SF, Ranger Regiment, or MARSOC
While not deployed, you will also provide subject matter expertise on improvised threats to various CONUS offices and organizations associated with training and technology integration.
You will interact directly with units preparing to deploy to areas where they will face improvised threats, providing insight and recommendations that shape their pre-deployment planning and training.
**Relocation to Northern Virginia is not required for the position.**

Summary:
The Lead Seabee Technical Trainer Construction Module Manager will support the Naval Construction Group (NCG) The role of the NCG is to organize, man, train, maintain, and equip Naval Construction Regiments (NCRs), Naval Mobile Construction Battalions (NMCBs), the Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit (CBMU), and the Underwater Construction Team (UCT) to provide supported commanders with expeditionary engineering forces capable of general engineering and construction, and limited combat engineering across the full range of military operations. The NCGs also provide the required engineering support our Navy and nation needs to construct and maintain base facilities, to repair battle damaged facilities, to conduct defensive operations as required, and to meet disaster preparedness and recovery missions.

Responsibilities:
The fully qualified construction multi-trade managers, with expertise such as Builder SME, Electrician SME, and Utilitiesman SME will demonstrate knowledge and experience in the areas listed herein. Contractor support is required to implement an approved NCG concept of STT operations, which includes cross utilization of the areas of expertise.
• Provide technical SMEs on site at the STTs in order to have standardization throughout the NCF.
• Provide day to day administrative, technical, and operational support management of the NCF STTs.
• Carry out a structuralized field instruction methodology to fully optimize the existing STT resources to include construction module practical application guides and tool and material lists in order to facilitate the management and execution of the established STT construction modules.
• Provide specific field construction supervision during hands-on practical trade application events that directly correlate to the content found in the Builder, Construction Electrician, Utilitiesman Navy Education Training (NAVEDTRA), Rate Training Manuals, and current industry building codes and standards (American Concrete Institute, American National Standards Institute, National Electrical Code).
• Responsible for constructing module mockups prior to the start of construction modules in order to enhance the learning environment and ultimately assist the crew members in achieving construction objectives when executing any of the 26 Seabee Technical Trainer Modules.
• Manage the schedule, construction material, tools, equipment, consumable, and facility maintenance of the construction STT modules to sustain daily operations at the STT.
• Reserve NCF with structuralized field instruction at the STTs and support active duty units with
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Have prior Naval Construction Force (NCF) experience/expertise as it applies to construction and construction trades outlined within this PWS.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Local security procedures is required. Strong working experience in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Working knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Outlook, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Project.
• Working knowledge of the content found in their specified occupational field’s NAVEDTRA manuals and industry references and codes.
• Working knowledge of the information found in the SCM User’s Manual.
• Strong understanding of construction math skills and be able to use a calculator.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, exercise initiative in gathering, assembling, collate, and analyzing information for completion of assigned tasks.

• Knowledge of Navy OF-07 structure and be familiar with all construction related vocations.

Work Environment:
Work is performed both in an office and an outside environment. Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives. The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, classrooms, training rooms, job sites and field exercises. Contracted personnel will have to take additional safety precautions when maneuvering on, around and under structures performing quality control inspections. Personnel are also responsible for student safety and that crew members comply with safety precautions and wear proper safety equipment as needed or directed when in a training environment, construction project site or field exercise.
Physical Demands: Work environment requires executing field construction activities requiring prolonged standing and working in an active construction site environment. Additional physical demands require use of power hand tools, lifting or construction materials and climbing of ladders. Personnel will have to maneuver on, around and under structures in the performance of their duties. While working outdoors the contractor employee shall be required to work in inclement or hot weather and the contractor must provide outerwear for the contractor employee suitable to the work environment. A complete physical exam is required along with certification from a Licensed Doctor of Medicine for individuals performing these tasks. The certification must indicate that the individual is medically capable of functioning in an outdoor construction environment in Southern Mississippi. The note/certificate will be valid for two (2) years from the time of certification/clearance unless there is a change in the status of the individual.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI, Naval Special Warfare Operations (J3) Analyst, you will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of the ops/intelligence fusion process. You will support Naval Special Warfare Unit THREE (NSWU-3), providing Battle Staff training on the following warfighting functions: C2, Intelligence, Fires, Movement and Maneuver, Protection, Sustainment, and Information Operations. You will provide mentorship on asset integration, tactical C2, and C2 of support elements under realistic conditions that replicate the scale, diversity, and complexity of current operational environments in the Arabian Peninsula. You will provide a JSOTF JOC operations awareness course twice a year, training approximately 18-28 students per class. The courses, approved by the NSWU-3 / JSOTF Operations Director (J3), shall consist of nine total hours of instruction divided into three days of instruction (three hours per day).
You will provide written After Action Reports (AAR) every 90 days to the NSW J3 throughout the duration of the task order performance.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of three years of experience (since 2008) in SOF at the strategic, operations, or tactical levels.
Two of these three years of experience shall involve working in a JOC with at least one year of experience in Current Operations, and two or more deployments supporting SOF.
Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. passport.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Intelligence Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
· You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
· You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
· Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
