Job Description
a. Act as the focal point for all contractor provided protective security details, including all support personnel (i.e. guard force, intelligence analysts, medical personnel, vehicle and equipment technicians/mechanics, etc.), with the general advice and guidance of leadership. On a short-term basis, and only in the absence of the Project Manager, assumes the on-site role and responsibilities of the Project Manager.
b. The DPMO is required to attend the protective security specialist (PSS) training course.
d. The DPMO shall obtain weapons qualification with the Glock, M4, Shotgun, M240, M249 and M203 and familiarization fire for the AK47.
e. All aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and assessing performance of assigned protective security details under the task order.
g. Ensuring that the contractor provided personnel selected for protective security leadership positions / labor categories are executing their responsibilities efficiently and effectively. Items of primary concern include assessing performance of the protective security details and ensuring proper behavior of all contractor-provided personnel, whether on or off duty.
h. Ensuring that all necessary contractor support of protective security details is planned, provided, and maintained to allow the details to perform without a decrease in required performance.
i. On-time delivery of protective security detail support (personnel and equipment) Provision of adequate off-duty needs of protective security personnel (housing, meals, activities).
j. Ensuring that the behavior reflects favorably on the USG, the Department of State, The United States Embassy, or the local Government that requested protective security support.
Must meet all of the below qualifications:
a. U.S. Citizen
b. Must have an accredited Bachelor’s degree (http://ope.ed.gov/accreditation/)
c. Level 3 English proficiency
d. Fifteen (15) years of experience.
e. Ten (10) years of the fifteen years must have been working on or overseeing personal protective, static guard and emergency response team assignments.
f. At least three (3) of the ten years must have been in a management or in-charge capacity.
g. The remaining five (5) years of experience shall be generalized experience as defined as follows:
h. Generalized experience in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government security type programs.
i. Demonstrated experience in the interpretation of government regulations and the development of plans, policies, and procedures.
j. Written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
k. Ability to function effectively in adverse situations.
l. No impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy.
m. Knowledge of foreign languages is desirable, but not essential.

Summary:
Assist or conduct reviews of business processes to assess operational, compliance or reporting risks to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, using a risk-based approach following the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) framework. Assist with or conduct engagements to determine compliance with AMERIGROUP policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, and contract terms and requirements. Partner and consult with process owners to identify, and report to audit and/or engagement management, inefficient and ineffective controls and process. Assist in the preparation of the engagement documentation including the test workpapers, issues and report.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in conducting engagements to assure compliance with regulatory requirements, contract terms, as well as corporate policies, procedures and industry standards; while analyzing audit results to identify areas of improvement throughout the process under review.
2. Performs engagement activities (e.g. planning, executing test plans, documenting results, documenting issues, etc.) in a competent and professional manner.
3. Document risk and controls within the process being examined.
4. Prepare audit work papers that support audit objectives, test work performed and conclusions reached.
5. Work with the Auditor-in-Charge or Internal Audit Management to document issues that identify the impact and root cause, to assist/direct management to appropriate resolution.
6. Perform SOX 404 certification testing to validate the existence and effectiveness of key financial reporting controls, including but not limited to:
- performing walkthroughs to asses the design of the system of internal controls,
- executing test plans to test key controls for significant business processes and functions,
- developing control deficiency issues that clearly present the issue, impact and root cause of the issue, and
- evaluating the financial significance of the control deficiencies.
7. Develop effective, professional and productive working relationships with auditee personnel.
8. Perform work on limited scope engagements, under the direction of the manager in-charge, that include planning, executing field work and drafting the engagement memo.
9. Perform other duties as assigned/requested.

Required: Bachelor degree

L-3 Stratis is looking for multiple skill sets in support to our client in Maryland and DC. The minimum clearance you most bring to be considered is an interim Secret clearance which will be upgrated to an EOP Top Secret clearance. We will be looking at any resume that meets the basic skills and will then see if you do have enough experience.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Based on role and level of experience, the Site Supervisor will perform some or all of the following functions:
Identify training and documentation requirements.
Training and Evaluation of security force on weapons safety.
Prepare schedules and execution of the security force shifts.
Assign individual assignments based on operational requirements.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
Active NATO Clearance.
Minimum of 25 years of age; male or female candidate.
Must be fluent in conversational English at a level necessary to give and receive situational reports; shall have the ability to read and write in English; may need to interface directly with US government personnel
Minimum of one (1) years of experience managing/supervising security guard operations.
Qualified on U.S. Military weapons e.g., M9 Beretta, M16 series rifle or M4,
Able to perform internal security services, at any potential internal security posting for up to twelve (12) hours, often in austere conditions, while able to donning personal protective gear.
Experience with some or all of the following is highly desired:
Working with Foreign Nationals.
