Like to train officers and enlisted, mainly Strike Group staff watch standers? Looking for someone who can successfully mentor Group Staff watch officers, both officer and enlisted in a simplified TFCC mock-up. Looking for one or two people to support Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) during FSTs involving more than one Strike Group. Your work would be on Point Loma with the second CSG/ESG participating from shore based trainers. Effort would be somewhere between 9 and 19 days of full time work, several times per year, probably 3-4 days of prep spread out over the month before: getting computer accounts, gaining currency on the scenario and your role, etc. followed by 9-10 days of execution where the days would be 'fixed'. We recognize applicants may not be able to support every event and that we may need a deep bench of people in order to fit people to events.

JOB PURPOSE:
The AF Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) weapon system is the Air Force’s primary ISR, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) system. AF DCGS provides actionable, multi-discipline intelligence derived from multiple Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms to Combatant Commands (COCOMs), Component Numbered Air Forces (C-NAF), and national command authorities across the globe, 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week. Through distributed and collaborative operations, active duty, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve Center, joint and coalition units and personnel work as an integrated combat capability, enabling the Air Force to engage in multiple, simultaneous military operations across the globe. · Provide cryptologic subject matter expertise to the 480 ISR Wing for the long-term, strategic planning of cryptologic tasks.

· Support a multitude of cryptologic development activities across the 480 ISR Wing, by attending and providing input to meetings, briefings, and VTCs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Shall have ten (10) years of airborne SIGINT experience.

Job Responsibilities: The All-Source/Targeting Analyst must possess the capability of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT). Analysts are responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments and predictive analysis as part of an analytical team. The All-Source/Targeting Analyst will have advanced targeting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. The All-Source/Targeting Analyst shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation and have a through of the F3EA targeting methodology.
Job Requirements: The position of All-Source/Targeting Analyst at the Senior Level shall possess the following qualifications:
-Minimum of 8+ years experience (Senior), or 10+ years experience (Expert) with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with support to SOF operations.
-Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
-Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
-Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience.
-Excellent written and oral communications skills and be highly proficient in all source analytical support tools.
-Recent experience in Afghanistan, Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations.
-Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
-Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
-Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
-Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
-Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.

KBRwyle is interviewing candidates now for a funded S/W Developer role.
-Requires five years experience at a minimum if candidate has a BS degree in CS or other technical discipline. Nine years of experience in lieu of a degree
-Experience in Java is required. OO coding experience is desired. The job described is a design and development role, some coding is required. The work is being done in an AGILE work environment (experience in an AGILE environment is helpful) meaning the developers participate in the entire process, to include requirements gathering.
-Knowledge of Relational Databases needed
Flex work schedule is highly possible. Must adapt schedule to customer needs (meetings, etc).
Three year contract, they are 5 months in at present.
