METIS Solutions is seeking a Mid Analyst with prior Russia, Poland, and Ukraine experience for the JIOCEUR Analytic Center Omnibus Support contract.
The requirements for analytic support cover a range of specific intelligence-related tasks that support all aspects of the JAC mission. Request for Information; Foreign Disclosure and Production Manager/Technical Editor duties are performed in the JAC Intelligence Directorate. Requirement Management duties are performed in the JAC Support Directorate.
The Employee shall provide support to the full range of production support duties, specifically required to oversee production, collating and quality control the JAC’s Morning Update Brief (MUB), Theater Synch Brief (TSB), and Theater Intelligence Digest (TIO). The employee shall be able to provide a final editorial and technical review of the primary products, ensuring that the final versions of all slides, articles, and supporting documents are free of errors, either generated due to technical faults with the publishing software, or editorial/grammatical oversights by the analysts. The Employee shall be responsible for the final check to ensure that all portions of the products are properly classified and match the overall classification of the document or slide. The Employee shall be fluent with all of the production mediums and programs associated with JIOCEUR’s intelligence dissemination systems and shall work closely with the Directorate of Support’s webmasters and software developers to refine and improve the JAC’s production systems.
The Employee shall serve as a bridge between the analytic workforce and the disseminations team to facilitate mutual comprehension of the requirements and demands essential to the production and dissemination of the TIO. 4. Senior Program Manager: Special Warfare Technical Support (Ft. Bragg or Wash., DC) (Secret)
METIS Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Special Warfare Technical Support contract.
Senior Program Manager provides leadership for all project activities including but not limited to project management, life-cycle development, implementation and deployment, training, vendor management, and procurement activities. The position will also be responsible for supporting program-level budget and milestone tracking activities. The Senior Program Manager will also serve as the liaison between client, end-user partners, and vendors. The Senior Program Manager will assume oversight of new projects as required. Specific functions include managing a broad range of life-cycle project/program management activities, including project initiation and implementation, leading cross-functional project teams, developing project plans and schedules for all life-cycle phases, and evaluating current program processes. Direct the execution of projects in accordance with standard project management practices for progress and quality assurance; measuring progress against plans; tracking budget and forecasts from a program perspective; and reporting to management. Manages all aspects of the operational support and maintenance functions for deployed systems. Establishes and manages the project budget and procuring resources that enable the project to be delivered on time and budget. Identifies and minimizes potential risks to the project timeline and budget by performing effective risk mitigation and documentation. Ensures the overall quality of the project team’s work. Manages a group of front-line employees to support the project in activities such as user interface design, training curriculum development, change management, and field training. Manages system integration and user acceptance testing. Manages the development of system deployment plans, including engineering and design, training, support and maintenance, and employee and client communications. Supports the development of the service level agreements and ongoing support and maintenance requirements and plans for developed systems. Prepares and delivers formal presentations and reports to management, client stakeholders and designated end-users. Stays abreast of technology developments and industry implementations on an ongoing basis to ensure the value and functionality of proposed solutions.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 15 years of Program Management overseeing programs for a large organization.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of applicable business experience in the field of management consulting and/or information technology.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in process analysis.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience managing and providing technical support for systems, equipment, engineering and installations.
Desired Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Management or a related field.
• Experience managing Large Programs /Project to include direct management oversight of staff.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Advance Degree in Engineering or Business.

“BASIC FUNCTION: The Surveillance Agent provides surveillance coverage for the entire Casino facility. The Surveillance Agent protects the assets and possesses knowledge of clandestine surveillance operations. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Casino policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.”
Responsibilities for this Position
Maintains surveillance on designated areas and activities.
Records any irregular gaming activity.
Provides closed circuit television and personal observations of all departments and applicable job functions to assure that all company policies and procedures are met with compliance.
Makes suggestions to appropriate supervisor/manager regarding any suggestions for improving guest service, department or job efficiency.
Reports to appropriate management any items requiring maintenance or repair. Pays particular attention to safety related matter and reports such items immediately. If dangerous, takes precautions to prevent injury until help arrives to respond to the situation.
Completes preventative maintenance and cleaning schedules.
Completes assigned goals and training assignments.
Maintains a good working relationship with personnel having use of the facility, such as management, security department, Indiana Gaming Commission and Indiana State Police.
Avoids becoming too familiar with casino personnel to the detriment of surveillance duties.
Maintains a low profile in all areas of the property.
Possesses knowledge of policies and procedures from all Casino departments.
Always conducts self in a manner that reflects credit on the company and encourages other to do the same.
Must be able to work well with Co-Workers/Supervisor/Managers.
Maintains proper paperwork and log sheets as directed by policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Job Duties:

Requirements:

Lead Purchasing Agent Position Details
This position is located in the Supervisor’s Office of the Pike/San Isabel National Forests & Cimarron/Comanche National Grasslands. The duty station is Pueblo, CO. The position reports to the Administrative Officer and supervises up to two employees. The incumbent serves as a contract specialist in the performance of a full range of contracting duties to provide assistance to contracting officers.
Duties Include:
• Serves as contract specialist involved in the preliminary and final development of specifications and contract documents to eliminate ambiguity and to ensure compliance with contracting laws and procedures, and provides technical contracting advice and counsel. Obtains technical information from a variety of specialists.
• Considers availability of supplies, services, equipment, and materials; weather; location with respect to supply, transportation, and labor; availability of qualified and interested contractors in the area; and whether it is feasible to perform the work by contract. Helps establish the time to contract work and reviews the amount of time specified in the contract for completion of the project, selects the list of bidders to receive invitation, and recommends bid advertising time and methods of advertising.
• Opens bids at public bid opening. Examines bids for completeness of detail and validity. Recommends award to lowest bidder on advertised procurements. On negotiated procurements, contacts offerors to negotiate prices, earlier delivery dates, closer conformance to specification, or similar matters.
• Assists contracting officers in holding prework meetings to explain contract requirements, conditions, plans and specifications, and responsibilities of the designated contracting officer's representative.
• Inspects assigned ongoing contract work and reports on compliance with contract requirements. Investigates, recommends, and reports on requests for modifications of terms, extension of time, substitutions, changes in specifications, termination, additional work, etc.
• Incumbent is responsible for ensuring that the procurement duties which he/she is assigned are implemented in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
