A. Accounts Payable Specialist III - 351692
This individual will perform lead responsibilities for the accounts payable department and be an integral member of the accounts payable team. This individual will develop and oversee accounts payable associates on day-to-day operations. The individual must be able to develop and lead individual employees and foster a team environment; reconcile pre-payment checks issued to vendors; reconcile credit reports and outstanding credits due to BAE; experienced knowledge of year-end process. Work with staff to ensure all major vendor statements are reconciled. Drive continuous improvement of accounts payable processes. Lead accounts payable COSA audits and conduct in-depth analysis of deficiencies. Review non-purchase order accounts payable invoices to validate in compliance with DOA. Process all EFT wire transfers and checks transmit to bank reconcile with pre-payment edit report and disbursements posted. Support accounts payable associates with resolution on problem invoices. Process intercompany and team partner invoices; provide support of invoices for intercompany invoices to GL department. Process P-card payments for all companies and reconcile. Perform sub-period and month-end close procedures to ensure all invoices are posted in the correct period. Run accounts payable sweep process for sub-period close. Process invoices for company Navy supply vendor. Assist staff on leave or vacation and perform duties as needed; random review of accounts payable check back-up before processing checks; Fed-Ex reconciliation. 7 years or more of accounting/accounts payable experience with proven record of growth and responsibility as well as knowledge and understanding of accounting principles. B. Deck Plate Management - 351807
The candidate will manage cost, fixed price and T&M type subcontracts. Daily shipboard interface with multiple cost plus and fixed price subcontractor program managers. Ensure subcontractors are in compliance with BAE terms and conditions- ethics, safety, environmental, quality assurance and security requirements. Ensure subcontractors provide resources and equipment to support awarded work items. Review all CFR/IDR reports prior to submittal and ensure timely submittal. Ensure as found reports, required PCP’s and test inspection plans are submitted in a timely manner. Review all cost reports on a weekly basis to ensure cost controls and evaluate cost trends. Attend all cost report meetings. Ensure subcontractors attend all required planning and production meetings. Maintain compartment close-out data. This individual will be the primary contractual point of contact for dealing with deck plate subcontractor issues. Provide subcontractor ongoing evaluations base on contract avail progress of 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% using the CPAR criteria. Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Must be able to work independently and multi-task. Must have basic knowledge of FAR/DFAR and UCC. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years ship board experience in program management/trade experience. Certificate in US Government Contract Management preferred. A business degree or equivalent experience in the business field is required.

C. Finance Manager III - 349656
Ensure that accurate and timely contract cost information and related services are provided to Program Management, Government customers, and BAE financial and senior management. Ensure that contract deliverables are met. Provide guidance and assistance to Program Management relative to program cost and schedule. Provide a wide breadth of leadership and act as a finance, accounting, government contracting, financial strategy, and business advisor principally to the VP-GM of BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair and BAE Systems Ship Repair Director of Finance, Program Directors, and Managers. Organize, plan, direct, and measure results to ensure that all Program Control and Analysis processes are integrated and support the strategic objectives. Lead related process improvements. Interpret and execute government policies and procedures and make recommendations for policy changes or modifications to management. Provide consolidated, accurate, and timely reporting of the financial forecasts and budgets for the San Diego business unit including variance analysis. Provide forecasts in a variety of formats and include the Integrated Business (5 year) Plan, Monthly Forecasts, QBRs and ad-hoc analyses. Required skills: analytical thought needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations without supervision; developed communication skills to exchange complex information; 6 years in a DoD environment; 5+ years program finance; FAR/DFAR; EVMS. D. Maritime Engineer - 352106
Provide technical oversight on all ship repair work and liaison with customer providing technical solutions to engineering repairs. Specifically responsible for reviewing specifications, ensuring their technical accuracy, providing deck plate oversight and engineering solutions to complex technical issues. Must be able to document solutions and provide technical reports for customer review. Additionally, the position requires interface with NAVSEA and NSSA engineering, establishing credible relationships while providing sound technical solutions to engineering repairs to Navy ships under our contract. The Onsite Engineer will also participate in the planning process focusing on complex alterations and repair work integration and providing guidance on how to execute work in an efficient manner. Bachelors level degree in Engineering: Naval, Marine, Mechanical or related field. 6 years of experience required. Must have strong Marine engineering background. Must have working knowledge of naval vessels.

E. QAT Inspector - 352191
Conduct in-process inspections and surveillances of ship’s work in progress: welding, NDT, and PCP. Maintain ship project records and prepare reports as required. Must possess the following: Navy background, ISO knowledge, and computer skills in Excel and Access. NACE certification preferred. Navy Marine Engineering experience is required. Welding certification, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) certification, and NAVSEA Basic Paint Inspector (NBPI) certification preferred. As a member of the Program Management Team, manage a designated portion of a Navy surface ship repair package including the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems in Engineering, Crew Berthing, Electronic/Combat System Suites, and Mission Critical spaces. Responsibilities and Performance Requirements:
* On a weekly basis the Payroll Administrator will perform the following functions relating to the Leave module in Cost Point;
+ Verify with HR that all new hires have been entered into the system with the appropriate leave codes.

+ Post the computed leave to the general ledger.
+ Research and correct all leave anomalies.

+ Create the ACH file and verify totals match the payroll edit.
+ Upload the ACH file at least 1 hour before the bank deadline.
+ Verify with banking personnel that the file has been received and is ready to process.
+ Inform Payroll Supervisor of the verified amount via email.
+ Print advice of deposits and live payroll checks.
+ Stuff payroll checks and advice of deposits and prepare for distribution. Prepare FEDEX packages via overnight package to select offsite offices.
+ Make corrections on any erroneous payroll items, via either ACH reversal and reposting or a live payroll check for delivery on Friday.
+ Maintain a file for the final payroll edit, payroll posting journal and other items for each payroll.
* Enter, log and remit all garnishments, liens and child support to the appropriate agency on a weekly basis
* Work closely with the HR department, Financial Analysts and Accounting department on various projects.
* Keep a log of all payroll problems via email or voicemail and the resolution of the problem. On a weekly basis, the log is reviewed and signed off by the Payroll Supervisor.
* Keep all filing requirements up to date as of the last payroll processed.
* Performs as the backup administrator for the electronic timesheet product.
* Assist in the identification and cross-training of backups for payroll functions.

Serves as a Liaison with APF and NAF HROs as the Family Readiness Program subject matter expert for field questions and policies related to Criminal History Record Checks and Drug Testing program. Develops and maintains a resource library, including career information.
Assists with development of recommendations to formulate policy, including OPNAV, inspection criteria, and policy letters. Policies may include all areas of employee or provider qualifications.
Represents the Family Readiness Program and actively participates in meetings and conferences. As required or requested, conducts inspections of Family Readiness programs,


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in business management or a related field is preferred. A minimum of three years-specialized professional experience in child and youth programming, or family service programs expertise is required.

Requires the knowledge needed to provide guidance on recruitment and retention strategies, develop career ladder opportunities to include IDPs and evaluation systems, establish articulation agreements with colleges and universities, and evaluate various employment programs (i.e., intern, teen, scholarship programs) as it relates to the administration and execution of Family Readiness Programs.

• Self-sustaining while on site (such as wearing appropriate clothing for cold, hot or inclement
weather)
• Extensive Special Operations Forces (SOF) medical background with Operation Enduring Freedom or Operation Iraqi Freedom. Applicants must meet the following requirements before applying or submitting resumes:
• At least 10 years experience as a fully qualified 18D Special Forces Medical Sergeant, USAF Para-rescue man, or SEAL IDC (must be a graduate of the ADSOCM course, Ft Bragg, NC)
• Past assignment experience as an instructor within a SOF, "Schoolhouse"
• Comply with all applicable operational security and counter-intelligence/force protection regulations as required by each federal installation on which the training is conducted
• If requested by the customer, personnel will be required to submit to additional background checks and/or counter-intelligence (CI) background screening to be administered by The Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID), Army INSCOM, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) or State law enforcement officials.

Instructor to teach "Intermediate Search Course"

The IRDS Contractor Instructor(s) will teach the Intermediate Search Course (ISC), technical, tactical and training support services to sustain the Counter Explosive Hazards Center, US Army Engineer School, Fort Leonard Wood Missouri.

ISC Instructors (x6), for "Military Search" defined as "the management and application of systematic procedures and appropriate detection equipment to locate specified targets" applied to person, vehicle, area, route, occupied/unoccupied building, and venue search.

-The first group consists of eight Search Advisors;
-The second group consists of three teams of eight Searchers trained as Search Teams.
-The course is a 2-week (80-hour) event.

Week 1:
provides a common core syllabus of theory and practical exercises and separates Search Advisors and Searchers to begin specific skills training for each group.

During Week 2:
-Search Advisors and Searchers undertake separate modules to enhance their skills applicable to their roles.

-Search Advisors concentrate on the planning criteria for search operations while -Searchers undertake a number of basic searches designed to enhance their understanding of the procedures and practicalities associated with each search task.

-Training culminates where the Search Advisors and Searchers will be tested on their ability to plan and execute high risk search operations in a scenario driven practical exercise.

-The Instructor will instruct a total of 19 of these courses.
-The Instructor to student ratio for this course shall not exceed 1:8

PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS

All contractor personnel shall meet the following qualifications:

-Have security clearance level of SECRET.

-Possess an understanding of current US Army operational environments and explosive hazards threats in those environments.

-Possess the ability to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language.

-All contractor personnel providing instruction shall meet the following qualifications and training requirements:

-Have an Instructor Training Course (ITC) or an equivalent civilian instructor's course certification at the instructional level. (The ITC requirement can be waived if appropriate equivalent training can be demonstrated).

-Have at least two (2) years experience training Soldiers on doctrinal and non-doctrinal military counter explosive hazards operational procedures.

-All contractor personnel providing Counter Explosive Hazard Planner Course instruction shall have at least six (6) month's experience in military staff planning at battalion-level or higher.
