all tasks associated with the operations and maintenance of this combined cycle combustion
turbine power plant and the associated balance of plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Assures operational efficiency, unit reliability and compliance with
safety and environmental standards. Maintains and executes tactical processes in a team
oriented, multi-discipline, rotating shift environment.
Must be at a journeyman level proficiency in at least two of the following core skill areas, and
progression level proficiency in the other two skills:
1.Electrical Maintenance- Experienced in troubleshooting and correcting electrical
maintenance problems, including switch gear, motors, breakers and plant wiring. Should be
familiar with the usage of high-tech electronic test equipment and other precision test
instruments to be used in identifying problems.
2.Mechanical Maintenance- Experience in troubleshooting and correcting mechanical problems
which include combustion turbines, steam turbines, heat recovery steam generators (HRSG),
pumps, compressors, valves and various rotating equipment. Must be proficient in alignment,
basic machining, rigging and equipment component inspection and repair.
3.Instrument & Control- Experienced in troubleshooting, calibrating, repairing, tuning, and
replacing sophisticated I&C equipment and components. Must be able to maintain the plant
equipment and components. Must be able to maintain the plant Distributed Control System and
related equipment. Completion of extensive technical training in modern I&C work is required.
4.Operations: Experience in safe and reliable start-up, operation and continuous monitoring of
boilers, electric generators, chillers, steam distribution system, steam turbines, and auxiliary
equipment. Must be able to monitor continuous control process, in both a control room
environment and physical plant inspection, to insure the normal operation of the plant. Must be
able make necessary equipment adjustments, log significant observations, record daily meter
readings and maintain daily operating logs.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work extended hours, nights and weekends as plant conditions and events
require.
Must have the ability to wear personal protective equipment such as a hardhat, Steel Toe
Safety Shoes, safety glasses, arc flash protective gear.

Qualifications
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 year of desktop support in a windows environment.
• Must be experienced in installation and troubleshooting all currently supported Windows operating systems.

This person will be involved with developing best practices, providing direction in design, and providing training. The Injection Mold Design Supervisor position is located at our Farmington, MI facility.
Responsibilities
• Lead design process from concept to completion by communicating daily with Senior Designers
• Develop best practices for developing molds designs within UG
• Establish best practices training meetings to satisfy CIP initiatives
• Provide design direction and support to Senior Designers, including answering questions as an Injection Mold Design Supervisor
• Direct Design Apprentices in building libraries per customer
• Assist in training Design Apprentices as a key member of a cross functional team
• Create concept design layouts (block-outs) and complex mechanisms for hand-off to other designers
• Develop runoff for hand-off to other designers
• Lead administrator for NX and Mold Wizard
• Help customize MDP templates in conjunction with Design Manager (door panel, map pocket, etc.)
• Work with Design Manager to establish priorities and manage workload through the design group daily as an Injection Mold Design Supervisor
• Completes feasibility studies as required, completes new molds and changes as required

Title: Logistics Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:
The Logistics Specialist will provide both warehouse and property book logistical support (to include infrastructure; health and welfare; and Class 2 through 10 supplies and equipment) to the AWG S-4 functions through logistics planning, Army logistics reports, AWG property accountability control functions through the AWG automated system, equipment maintenance, and warehouse assistance. The Contractor shall not determine what Government property will be disposed, what supplies or services will be acquired by the Government, or otherwise engage in inherently governmental functions.
Key Accountabilities
· Provide warehouse support with the following functions:
· Analyze Army logistical reports and provide input for Government approval and submission to higher headquarters.
· Conduct an average of 15 OCIE turn-ins and/or issues per month and up to 30 OCIE turn-ins and/or issues during permanent change of station (PCS) cycle months IAW AR 710-2, AR 735-5, AR 700-84, and all AWG logistical related policies and standard operating procedures (SOP).
· Receive and document an average of five shipments per day, account for items received, enter receipt into the appropriate Army logistics system, and notify customer of items received.
· Perform an average of 24 hours per month of warehouse maintenance functions to include shelf stocking/re-stocking and supply and property accountability IAW applicable DoD/Army Regulations and directives, including AR 700-15, AR 700-80, and AR 735-5.
· Conduct and document an average of 16 hours of stock inventory per month. Process and distribute monthly and quarterly inventory reports for five subordinate units by the 25th of each month and the last Thursday of each quarter.
· Perform hand-receipt management (to include processing an average of 750 property transactions per month) in the areas of records maintenance, turn-in coordination, and non-expendable supporting document file maintenance.

Conduct the following property book clerk functions for a unit with 80,000 pieces of equipment and a 100-million-dollar property book:
· Monthly reconciliation with the Supply Support Activity (SSA) by the 5th working day of the following month.
· Requisition supplies and equipment IAW AR 710-2, DA Pamphlet (PAM) 710-2-1, and PBO directives as outlined in the AWG PBO SOP.
· Input equipment monthly to Net Commander’s Unit Status Report (NETCUSR) no later than (NLT) the 14th of each month.
· Input, export, and transmit data in Global Combat Supply System - Army (GCSS-A) accountability system daily as transaction are turned-in to be processed.
· Gain access to and use LOGSA and Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) databases for support analysis and reporting.
· Use the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) to search, request and receive CATALOG information for non-standard equipment.
· Receive supplies and equipment at the SSA and post receipt documents to the property book IAW AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1, and AWG logistics SOP.
Knowledge and Skills
• Must have successfully completed a Department of Defense (DOD) logistics certification course and supported this skill set as their primary duty with a minimum of five years support in a SOF unit as logistician performing related activities.

Key Accountabilities
• Provide on-site SharePoint site development, enhancements, and technical maintenance services to AWG and shall, at a minimum:
• Design and build new applications on Microsoft SharePoint and perform technical support as needed for the AWG Command and related squadrons.
• Provide expertise to coordinate knowledge management, infrastructure, and agenda at AWG operational and tactical levels.
• Develop and make recommendations for appropriate AWG knowledge infrastructure that facilitates knowledge connections, coordination, communications and continuity.
• Conduct bi-weekly Knowledge Management Steering Group Meetings.
• Assist with the development of the Knowledge Management Standard Operating Procedure at AWG.
• Assess the AWG Battle Rhythm and recommend changes when necessary.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the SharePoint and Microsoft CRM (Defense Ready) system within 12 hours of required maintenance.
• Ensure that the KM programmer support possesses at least 5 years’ experience in:
• Microsoft SharePoint Portal development and troubleshooting
• Microsoft Infopath forms development and troubleshooting
Knowledge and Skills
• At a minimum should have sufficient relevant experience with either the U.S. military or other federal government agency(ies) that demonstrates the ability to meet the duties described above.
• Demonstrated experience should include prior management experience and extensive knowledge or experience within assigned technical discipline(s).

The Knowledge Management Administrative Specialist shall act as the technical expert for the AWG Microsoft SharePoint Unclassified and Classified Portals and the Squadron/Section Portal Page. The position of Chem-Bio Defense Analyst is located in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Chemical and Biological Defense (ODASD CBD). The mission of the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Chemical and Biological Defense [DATSD (CBD)] is to lead, guide and integrate the Department of Defense Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP). The CBDP supports a comprehensive strategic framework to improve Chemical/ Biological defense preparedness, reduce risk to the Warfighter, and field the appropriate mix of capabilities for sustained military operations with minimum degradation of combat effectiveness attributed to current Chemical, Biological, Radiological or Nuclear hazards. The DASD(CBD) is the principal OSD staff advisor and coordinator for all Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) activities within the Department of Defense. DASD(CBD) serves as the single focal-point within the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology for the oversight, coordination, and integration of the chemical and biological defense (medical and non-medical) activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist the DASD(CBD) in managing the CBDP infrastructure (which includes physical infrastructure and intellectual capital) and actively lead the assessment, analysis, integration, and advocacy of infrastructure as it relates to CBDP plans, programs, budgets, and execution for requirements needed to counter chemical and biological (CB) threats.
· Coordinate the collection of infrastructure data (including requirements, utilization rates, sustainment costs, etc.) from government and contractor support activities across the CBDP and lead the analyses and evaluation of this data to maximize efficiencies of the assets that support the CBDP mission.
· Assist in development and assessments of appropriate courses of action and provide recommendations to DASD CBD and other principals to address current infrastructure issues within the CBDP.
· Synchronize activities of CBDP components to develop coordinated recommendations to fund courses of action (COAs). Consolidate information from CBDP stakeholders for review. Ensure CBDP stakeholder awareness of infrastructure investments and sustainment efforts.
· Establish tools, processes, and products that integrate infrastructure capabilities and identify unnecessary duplication to meet requirements for the mission.
· Monitor and coordinate with outside agencies, international partners, academia, and industry to understand opportunities and infrastructure capabilities available to support the mission.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFCATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree in physical or life science, or a minimum of five years CBRN experience
· Understand the components of the CBD infrastructure, funding and operations and industrial base
· Excellent grammar, writing, and editing skills
· Experience in reading and interpreting documents

JOB PURPOSE:
The Intelligence Support Analyst shall function as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support AWG’s intelligence analytical requirements. by providing highly qualified, cross-functional intelligence analysis and combat experienced personnel possessing expertise in full spectrum intelligence operations and analysis incorporating all intelligence disciplines (including, but not limited to, HUMINT, SIGINT, Counterintelligence (CI), IMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT) and subject knowledge of operational and tactical TTPs to include (but not limited to) tactical and operational full spectrum targeting; intelligence collection techniques; asymmetric/unconventional threats and TTPs; improvised explosives; enabler/asset integration; subterranean operations; weapons of mass destruction; close combat techniques; site exploitation; Army Rapid Solution Development Initiatives; and individual and force protection. Personnel supporting the S-2 section require at least to ten years of intelligence experience and at least six years of military experience. The Intelligence and military experience do not have to be concurrent. The Contractor shall not direct or control intelligence or counter-intelligence operations - or otherwise engage in inherently Governmental functions.

Key Accountabilities
The Contractor shall adhere to the following in the conduct of providing support:
a. Conduct all intelligence activities in accordance with All Intelligence Community Directives from the Directorate of National Intelligence, AR 381-10, US Army Intelligence Activities; Army Doctrine Publication (ADP) 2-0, Intelligence; Army Doctrine Reference Publication (ADRP) 2-0, Intelligence; Army Techniques Publication (ATP) 2-33.4, Intelligence Analysis; ATP 2-22.9, Open-Source Intelligence; and Field Manual (FM) 2-01.3.
b. Provide full spectrum intelligence collection and analysis in all intelligence disciplines including, but not limited to, HUMINT, SIGINT, Counterintelligence (CI), IMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT.
c. Properly mark all products IAW AR 380-5 and DoDM 5100.01 Volumes 1-4.
d. Properly cite all sources used IAW with AWG Intelligence SOP.
Contractor shall provide the following support:
a. Provide simultaneous forward/deployed intelligence support and home station intelligence support for each of the five AWG geographic areas of intelligence responsibility (CENTCOM, AFRICOM, EUCOM, PACOM, and NORTHCOM/SOUTHCOM combined) and the AWG virtual area of intelligence responsibility (CYBERCOM).
i. Forward/deployed intelligence support is defined as in-person intelligence support in any location other than Fort George G. Meade, MD and includes mission analysis, intelligence community collaboration, information requirement management, intelligence advisory support, and intelligence support to advisory operations.
ii. Home station intelligence support is defined as in-person intelligence support located at Fort George G. Meade, MD and includes dedicated analytical support to each operational squadron (Able, Baker, and Charlie), general analytical support for each GCC and CYBERCOM, mission analysis and pre-mission intelligence support, in-depth, daily intelligence research focused on each GCC, maintenance and expansion of the habitual relationships with the G2, Intelligence Sections, of each GCC, ASCC, TSOC, Army Corps, and Army Division, weekly production of the S2 Global Intelligence Summary, research, updates and contributions to the Named Areas of Interest (NAI) List, special projects and assessments, battle update briefs, production of intelligence summaries, estimates, studies, information papers, and presentations as directed by the AWG S2 or AWG ASPS OIC, and weekly participation at the S2 synchronization meetings.
b. Participate in and provide analytical support to Concept and Integration Squadron’s efforts/activities
i. Conduct research and experimentation to facilitate solution development or capability demonstrations. Write and maintain information papers, running estimates, quad charts, DOTMLPF analysis, and other products on potential materiel and non-materiel solutions.
ii. Assist project managers and actively participate in IST meetings to facilitate solution development and provide continuity from project initiation through DOTMLPF integration (two per month).
iii. Support the development of solutions to capability gaps derived from AWG’s tactical observations and trends (level of effort determined during Tactical Mission Summary (TMS) reviews).
iv. Support experimentation and analysis on developed and emerging technologies and/or concepts to improve asymmetric threat defeat (average four per calendar year).
c. Read, digest, and analyze all AWG post mission reports and provide monthly statistical and trend analysis IAW the AWG S2 SOP and in the AWG Product Analysis report format. For planning purposes, contractor can expect to no less than 70 post mission reports per month.
d. Participate in the monthly CALL forums and compare/contrast with the information derived from paragraph c above. Contractor will produce an information paper to meet this requirement.
e. Conduct research on open source (Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR)), secret (Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR)), and top-secret (Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS)) computers and network systems that identifies raw information, unevaluated intelligence, and finished intelligence.
f. Communicate with the full spectrum of AWG supported elements and partners, from DoD and non-DoD organizations at the strategic, operational, and tactical level consisting of individuals ranging from junior enlisted soldiers to General Officers, DA and DoD civilians to Senior Executive Service civilians, DoS personnel including Ambassadors, leaders and personnel within the U.S. interagency, commercial industry personnel, and foreign government officials.
g. Products and services:
i. Mission Analysis. The AWG staff and subordinate elements conduct comprehensive mission analysis for future missions across the globe 10-20 times per month. Contractor personnel will prepare and brief the intelligence portion of each mission analysis briefing, in accordance with ATP 2-33.4 for upcoming missions, to include initial development and reassessment of Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) in order to describe the operational environment for the Operational Advisors. “All contractor products shall be submitted to AWG Government personnel for review and approval.” The intelligence portion of the mission analysis includes identification of emerging threat trends and tactics, techniques and procedures used by the adversary, capabilities and vulnerabilities of the threat, current mitigation measures IAW U.S. Army doctrine or best practices and measures used in similar environments, intelligence gaps, information requirements, and analysis of operational environments as they relate to AWG Priority Intelligence Requirements. Contractor will compose all documents IAW AR 25-50 and the AWG Security Classification Guide, citing all sources of information. Mission Analysis services and products are due to the All Source Production Chief for review no later than close of business the day prior to scheduled mission analysis briefing. Contractor will also attend the pre-execution briefing, led by Operational Advisors executing the mission, given to the Group Commander and be available to respond to any intelligence related questions.
ii. Intelligence Community Collaboration. Contractor personnel will engage all levels of the intelligence community including, but not limited to, the National Ground Intelligence Center, JIEDDO/COIC, TRADOC’s Training Intelligence Support Activity, Defense attachĂ©s, Defense Intelligence Agency, and the U.S. Border Patrol to coordinate and execute information exchanges for pre and post-mission briefs, to gather information requirements from outside entities, to enhance the intelligence community’s awareness of AWG missions and ensure coordination of pre and post mission debriefs with appropriate debriefing authority. Contractor collaboration for current and future missions will begin immediately after a mission is approved for planning and will continue through completion of a post-mission briefing and dissemination.
iii. Information Requirements (IR). Contractors will acquire information gaps and requests for information (RFI) from the intelligence community and develop IRs for use by the AWG Operational Advisors conducting missions. Contractors will communicate these IRs to AWG staff, commanders, and subordinate elements via various documents and briefings. The Contractor will incorporate IRs into the Concept of Operations (CONOP) during mission analysis and disseminate to appointed Operational Advisors no later than eight days prior to mission execution. Upon release of the post-mission reports, answers to IRs will be disseminated within eight working days.
iv. Intelligence Advisory Support. Contractor will provide direct, on-site intelligence advisory support to AWG missions in a multi-faceted capacity not less than ten times per year, with each instance lasting no longer than 120 days. Contractor will provide expertise, lessons learned and best practices of intelligence processes, applications and Department of Defense analytical tools, such as the Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS), Palantir, Multi-media messages, QueryTree, Psi Jabber, H-Space, and I-Space. Contractor will support US Forces, Unified Action Partners (as defined by ADRP 3-0), Partner Nations or Host Nation. Contractor will support conventional and special operation forces to establish or enhance operations and intelligence fusion cells in CONUS and OCONUS locations, evaluate intelligence related deficiencies, and provide on-the-spot materiel and non-materiel advice. Contractor will also provide the supporting unit with points of contact in the intelligence community who can provide deeper analysis on specific, identified topics, Mission Command’s Centers of Excellence, solutions, countermeasures, applications, and best practices used in similar Operational Environments. For each mission, Contractor will compose and deliver the appropriate products and briefings to a multitude of personnel, from small tactical teams to leaders at the Ambassador level.
v. Intelligence Support to Advisory Operations. Not less than ten times per year, with each instance lasting no longer than 120 days, Contractor will provide direct, on-site intelligence support to AWG Advisory Operations. Contractor will provide intelligence support to Operational Advisors abroad in support of global missions using core analytical techniques IAW ATP 2-33.4 to enhance situational awareness to OAs, inform of immediate threats, emerging threats, and TTPs by analyzing the full spectrum of intelligence disciplines (GEOINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, SIGINT and OSINT). Contractor will provide enemy situational templates and assessments of the environment as well as any other intelligence request for information by the supporting element while forward deployed.
vi. S2 Global Intelligence Summary. The S2 Global Intelligence Summary informs the AWG, higher headquarters, and external audience of current intelligence and emerging threats or TTPs that have strategic, operational, and/or tactical level implications to US Forces using the core analytical techniques IAW ATP 2-33.4. Contractor will conduct thorough research across the network domains (NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS) and will use current, relevant, finished intelligence products to write articles for inclusion in the S2 Global Intelligence Summary. Contractor is permitted to use unfinished intelligence if said information is vetted prior to use. Contractor will write articles related to current and future AWG missions, AWG Priorities, Integrated Solution Team (IST) topics, AWG priority countries of interest derived from the AWG NAI Update, or identifying an emerging threat to US Forces. Contractor will cite no less than four sources per article. The S2 Global Intelligence Summary is divided into the five AWG areas of intelligence responsibility and CYBERCOM and will include three to five articles each for CENTCOM and AFRICOM, and two to three articles each for PACOM, EUCOM and the Western Hemisphere (NORTHCOM & SOUTHCOM) and two articles for CYBERCOM. Each article will include an assessment correlating the relevance to AWG missions, previous related observations annotated in previous AWG products (Tactical Trip Reports, Tactical Mission Summaries, Squadron situation reports (SITREP), executive summaries (EXSUM) and/or Information Papers), other environments in which the TTPs have been employed and observations of counter-TTPs, as applicable. Additionally, Contractor will identify the evolution of a TTP and/or the transfer or migration of a TTP to other operational environments, as applicable. Contractor will provide finished articles to the ASPC OIC no later than COB Thursday of each week.
vii. AWG NAI Update. AWG’s NAI are intended to focus AWG’s Global Scout Operations and analytical efforts to inform the Group Commander’s decision-making process. The methodology calculates friendly and environmental factors per country as they fit into established criteria, and then assigns a numeric value to each country based on these factors. Contractor will routinely review and evaluate the methodology, propose changes when and where applicable, research, analyze and update the value based off the criteria established in the methodology. Contractor will participate in updating this product each quarter.
viii. Special Projects and Assessments. AWG’s fluid nature requires ad-hoc analysis and assessments. No less than three times a quarter, Contractor will provide special assessments or analytical products, such as Desknotes, PowerPoint briefings, information papers, Emerging Threat Estimates, etc., that will be used to inform AWG, its higher headquarters and/or supporting elements. These special projects and assessments will be identified by the AWG S2 or the ASPC OIC. These special projects and assessments will require thorough intelligence research, analysis, and assessments. Examples of special projects and assessments include analysis of specific threat trends, identification and discussion of current intelligence tools or emerging tools available to enhance analytical capabilities throughout the intelligence institution.
ix. Battle Update Briefs. Once a week, Contractor shall prepare slides covering at least four to five intelligence highlights for the AWG Commander’s weekly battle update. Contractor will thoroughly research topics and prepare presentations, then deliver the slides to the ASPS OIC by the close of business on the day prior to the briefing, as determined by the AWG battle rhythm. Contractor will deliver the Global Intelligence Update for the AWG Commanders Update Brief when the ASPS OIC is absent.
x. Group Intelligence Synchronization. Contractor shall participate in the weekly synchronization meeting with the AWG S2 personnel and Squadron Intelligence personnel. Contractor shall update supporting slides concerning Squadron support efforts, general mission support, and special projects. The weekly synchronization meeting will occur as determined by the AWG S2’s battle rhythm.
xi. Trip and Meeting reports. While travelling, Contractor shall provide a daily update of activities and future activities to both the AWG S2 and the supported unit. Contractor shall write reports during and/or after their missions that convey what they’ve learned or witnessed in accordance with AWG standards and priorities. At a minimum, Contractor shall provide reports from seminars, conferences, working groups and meetings attended.
xii. Request for Information (RFI) Management. Contractor will collect, consolidate, send and receive Requests for Information (RFI) between the Intelligence Section and other entities, both internal and external. Contractor will develop and maintain a tracking system for RFI submission and receipt. Contractor will also maintain a list or database of points of contact for use with RFI submission and receipt.
xiii. RFI Answering. Contractor will research, collate, and analyze pertinent information to answer RFI from AWG and external supported units.
h. Contribute to AWG’s solution development and integration process. Contractor shall identify operational capability gaps, potential solutions, and assist with the assessment and implementation of solutions.
i. Participate in Working Groups. Contractor shall attend and constructively participate in various working groups conducted locally, within the National Capital Region, other CONUS locations, and occasionally in OCONUS locations. Working groups are episodic and cover a multitude of topics depending on the need. For planning purposes, Contractor can expect to participate in three or more working groups for each of the five AWG geographic areas of intelligence responsibility and CYBERCOM.
j. Contractor will provide sufficient supervision to task, monitor, track, control, support, coordinate, de-conflict, and synchronize contractor support to the Intelligence Section and meet the Government suspense.
k. Information Management. Contractor will provide experience information management (IM) capabilities with the Intelligence (S2) Section to organize, retrieve, acquire, secure, maintain and disseminate the multitude of digital information accumulated, analyzed, and produced in the Intelligence Section. IM capabilities will be used to synchronize with the AWG KM Section to improve S2 performance, innovation, and sharing of information with internal and external organizations.
l. Doctrinal Update: AWG is routinely sent copies of draft Army publications for review and comment. Contractor will provide draft feedback and input as requested for comments and recommendations based on relevant contractor expertise. The Contractor shall submit all updates and products to AWG officials for pre-approval.
Knowledge and Skills
Must possess strong research and writing skills and be capable of effectively operating as a member of a strategic level analytical team in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Operations Specialist will support Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) by serving within the AWG S-3 Operations Section of the OPSCEN. They help synchronize all AWG current and future operations across staff sections and squadrons while coordinating and prioritizing the advisory and assistance support. The Operations Specialist serves as part of the planning process and any current and future operations staff support to the AWG S-3 Officer.
Key Accountabilities
· Assist the AWG S-3 section in coordinating and synchronizing an average of 10-15 ongoing AWG operations involving approximately 50 personnel at any time. Annual operations typically include: long-term (over 90 days) troop/squadron deployments; 16-20 OCONUS operations; 100 pre-deployment advisory missions; 75 school attendees; ten Combat Skills Training Courses; and approximately 250 other TDY engagements including coordination with appropriate command groups, U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM), TRADOC, and others as needed.
· Assess current tactical situations reported by deployed forces and maintain communication through daily reports from deployed AWG operations forces.
· Provide operational expertise in recommending changes to allocation of personnel, operational priorities, and continuous personnel contact information across the AWG.
· In coordination with (ICW) AWG Government personnel:
· Assist with strategic planning efforts and the development of long term goals and functions.
· Develop, plan, and synchronize the transition of major projects from short-lifecycle management to long-term strategic operational efforts (currently two strategic continuous locations and four to six contingencies).
· Coordinate with senior military personnel on identified AWG issues (to include applying Asymmetric Warfare to current operational threats).
· Provide trainings and briefings to military members (including Brigade Combat Team (BCT)/functional Brigade (BDE) units and at levels above) on current asymmetric threats.
o Perform security duties for Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) programs and Focal Point/Alternate Compensatory Control Measure (FP/ACCM) programs.
o Monitor the operational status, locations, and capabilities of AWG assigned forces while not in an overseas duty environment.
o Assist with movement coordination of forward deployed and OCONUS AWG personnel as well as personnel supported CONUS efforts.

· Prepare draft operations plans and orders, final memoranda, and other written documentation from draft documents and handwritten or verbal guidance.

· Track daily operations calendars, HQ facility de-confliction, and facilitating IT support for AWG internal meetings and forums.
Knowledge and Skills
· Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and must possess the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executive management, support staff leadership.

Experience and Education

Key Accountabilities

The Contractor shall support the AWG S-5 section by providing expertise, advice, assessment, support, and assistance in the following areas: Strategic appraisal, Strategic and operational planning, JIIM integration, Global military mission expertise, Interfacing and briefing AWG and TRADOC leadership, and Products and services
Key Accountabilities
Strategic appraisal, requires a comprehensive assessment of the strategic environment, which is often complex and uncertain. The Contractor provides assessments to enable AWG to iteratively reassess and adjust operations and plans to meet adaptive adversaries, changing ends, and complex situations. The Contractor provides forward deployed operational support as well as home station operational support for any of the five AWG areas of responsibility (CENTCOM, AFRICOM, EUCOM, PACOM, and NORTHCOM/SOUTHCOM). Forward deployed operational support includes mission analysis, planning and training community collaboration, combat enabler integration, intelligence and operations fusion support and operational and planning support to advisory operations. Home station operations and planning support includes strategic planning and long term goal development and functional assessment.
Strategic and operational planning, i.e. campaign planning, the Contractor assists the AWG S5 Plans Officer in the development of actionable plans or recommendations that translate tactical and operational means into strategic success. The Contractor provides specific expertise on the use of military forces and the combinations of national capabilities that can best achieve the Commander’s strategic end state. The Contractor assists the AWG S5 Plans Officer in operational planning, strategic concept development, and force generation planning for AWG. The Contractor develops draft campaign plans, strategic concepts, strategic appraisals, and other documents to outline why AWG exists and how AWG will adapt to support successful Army and Joint force operations.
JIIM integration, the Contractor possesses the JIIM integration skills to enable military organizations to operate more effectively with other elements of national power. The Contractor provides interface functions between the AWG and the wide variety of organizations operating within (and over) the AWG areas of responsibility. The Contractor communicates effectively with the full range of AWG supported elements and partners, from DoD and non-DoD organizations at the policy, strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
Global military mission expertise, the Contractor advises on, and demonstrates knowledge of and experience in, Unified Land Operations and the Army planning process, including, but not limited to, Training, Operations and Plans, Force Development and Modernization, Staff Planning and Supervision, and Coordinating Staff Responsibility. The Contractor will provide expertise and advice to AWG on a broad range of military operations and activities to include expert advice to Commanders and staff principals at the Group and Task Force level; to Brigade Combat Team/functional Brigade levels; and technical advice and support to units.
Interfacing and briefing AWG and TRADOC leadership, the Contractor provides assessment, advice, and assistance regarding how AWG’s capabilities can be integrated with TRADOC and subordinate organizations (i.e. ARCIC and CAC) to help implement the TRADOC mission with a particular focus on the Army Operating Concept, the Army Warfighting Challenges, and development of the future force. • Products and services: o Updates to the Army Campaign Plan and the Army Campaign Support Plan: The Contractor shall identify and prepare draft Security Cooperation activities, objectives and assessments specific to AWG that fulfill the DoD Guidance for Employment of the Force (GEF) directive that Services develop campaign support plans describing contributions to GEF end states and Combatant Command campaign plans and shaping efforts. o TRADOC Strategic Plan: Using the online Strategic Management System, develop, gather, and provide AWG metrics that support TRADOC major performance objectives. Collaborate with the TRADOC staff approximately 12 times per year to determine where AWG actions support specific criteria within the TRADOC Strategic Plan and construct the appropriate sub-objectives and performance measures to provide measureable data to track accomplishment of objectives. o METL Development: Assist the AWG Operations Officer to link the unit’s wartime operational mission requirements with the necessary training to develop an approved mission essential task list (METL). Understand the relationship between the Universal Joint Task List (UJTL), the Army Universal Task List (AUTL), and the Army Training Strategy and Evaluation Program to draft METL revisions for the Group Commander, CSM and subordinate squadrons. Identify training requirements based on the unit METL, training status and prepare draft training guidance for the commander’s approval. Conducted on a semi-annual basis during the review of the Operational Advisor Training Course Program.
o JIDA / ACES / AWG / Rapid Equipping Force (REF) Vice Chief of Staff of the Army (VCSA) Monthly Update: The monthly JIEDDO/ACES/AWG/REF (JAAR) informs the VCSA of AWG activities in each of its four key task areas. Using input from weekly reports, battlefield update briefs, and other sources, compile a draft slide deck and associated information paper detailing key AWG activities to inform HQDA and the VCSA of AWG operations and actions throughout the operational environment.
o Doctrinal Update: As directed, the Contractor will review various Army publications and draft feedback, provide informal input, comments and recommendations for Government approval. AWG also publishes its own quarterly Operational Advisory Summary (a compilation of several internally-produced articles based on observations) that the Contractor shall review for doctrinal compliance. The Contractor prepares draft input for approximated 14 U.S. Army or Joint doctrinal or technical publications annually. The Contractor shall submit all updates and products to AWG officials for pre-approval.
o Operational Advisor NAI: NAIs are intended to focus AWG’s Global Scout Operations and analytical efforts to inform the Group Commander’s decision-making process. The methodology calculates friendly and environmental factors per country as they fit into established criteria to add a numeric value to each country. Contractor shall routinely review and evaluate the methodology, propose changes when and where applicable, research, analyze and update the value based off the criteria established in the methodology. Contractor will participate in updating this product each quarter.
o Special Projects and Assessments: AWG’s fluid nature requires ad-hoc analysis and assessments. No less than four times a quarter, Contractor shall provide special assessments or analytical products (such as Desknotes, PowerPoint briefings, information papers, etc.) that will be used to inform AWG, its higher headquarters, and/or supporting elements. These special projects and assessments will be requested by the AWG S5 or the Deputy Commanding Office (DCO) and will require thorough research and analysis. Examples of special projects and assessments include analysis of specific Army or TRADOC restructuring efforts, identification and discussion of current planning or mission guidance, and input to various TRADOC / HQDA planning documents.
o Trip and Meeting reports: While travelling, the Contractor shall provide a daily update of their activities and future activities to both the AWG S and the supported unit. The Contractor shall write reports during and/or after the mission that conveys what they’ve learned or witnessed in accordance with AWG standards and priorities. At a minimum, Contractor shall provide reports from seminars, conferences, working groups and meetings attended within three working days of attendance.
Contribute to AWG’s solution development and integration process; identify operational capability gaps, potential solutions; and assist with the testing and implementation of solutions in support of monthly project reviews.
Routinely coordinate with TRADOC HQ, its subordinate organizations and HQDA to ensure AWG is kept abreast of any higher-level planning activities where its early input would minimize or eliminate the disruptive effects of new plans or policies.
Participate in Working Groups conducted locally, within the National Capital Region, other CONUS locations and occasionally in OCONUS locations (less than 25% of the time).
Knowledge and Skills
· Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and must possess the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executive management, support staff leadership.
· Must be a team builder and team player and works well with other members of the leadership team.
Experience and Education
· Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required.
· Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience in a U.S. Special Operations or equivalent environment.
· Must have served as a Battalion or higher Operations Officer.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
· Must be able to pass an age-adjusted Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) on a no-notice or semi-annual basis.
· Deployable Contractor personnel must be physically and medically qualified to deploy to OCONUS locations.
Travel
· May deploy and/or travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations (less than 10% of the time).

JOB PURPOSE:
The Recruiter will provide the AWG’s Recruitment, Assessment, Selection, and Training (RAST) support. The Contractor shall provide the highly qualified, SOF/SMU assessment experienced personnel possessing the expertise to analyze the intelligence and suitability of potential AWG operational (U-9) and Support (U-8) personnel.
Key Accountabilities
· Provide training support to the AWG Recruitment, Assessment, Selection, and Training (RAST) program; and in coordination with a government lead, articulate an overarching strategy to identify and fill military shortages within the AWG.
· Plan a recruiting strategy to identify eligible candidates.
· Prepare the assessment packages, schedule interviews, and manage travel coordination fill shortages and vacancies.
Knowledge and Skills
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
· Must be able to professionally brief Senior level officers and NCOs of the AWG mission.
· Attribute preferences of an AWG member.
Education and Experience
· Former 79R Army “In Service” E-7 recruiter with two years of experience as a recruiting center commander.
· Recruiting Center Commander Course completion.
· The preferred candidate will have AWG or SMU recruiting experience
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
· Must be able to pass an age-adjusted Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) on a no-notice or semi-annual basis.
· Deployable Contractor personnel must be physically and medically qualified to deploy to OCONUS locations.
Travel
· Travel approximately 12 times per year in support of AWG recruiting sessions both CONUS and OCONUS to government installations.

Overview: Telum is seeking Senior Software Developers to provide software development and network architecture support, training, equipment evaluations, research, and sustainment services in support of Special Operations Command. Qualifications:
-Education:

Experience:
•Experience supporting intelligence programs for the intelligence community (IC), DOD or USSOCOM is required.
•Experience with use of managed attribution systems.
•Detailed current knowledge and experience with all common GIS data-generating platforms and have had experience transforming data from native forms into new, more useful forms.
•Current experience with scripting software (e.g., PERL, Python, Ruby on Rails, etc.).
•Minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience with object-oriented programming (e.g., JAVA, C, etc.).
•Current experience using web APIs and HTTP XML APIs, including but not limited to: Twitter, Facebook, and any other social media API.
•Current experience with PERL, JSON, Ruby, Javascript, CSS, and other languages.
•Demonstrated recent experience programming in Linux/Unix and Windows environments (command line, shell scripting).
•Demonstrated recent system engineering development and integrating solutions in SQL, Oracle (PL/SQL), or SQL server (T-SQL) MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MapReduce, Hadoop, Hbase, etc.
