ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
The qualified candidate will possess previous combat experience as an EOD Technician, preferred E7 and above; extensive EOD and HME operational experience is required; the ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations estimated to be 30% of the year. Candidates must have completed one of the following HME Training Courses: NEK HME Level III, Sandia National Labs HME, Dugway Chemical Energetics Course and be a graduate of Naval School of Explosive Ordnance Disposal.

6. General Clerk III – Army Community Service (Fort Gordon, Georgia)
NBS Enterprises is in need of an administration professional for a position supporting the Army Community Service Center located at Fort Gordon, Georgia, supporting the Exceptional Family Member Program and Employment Readiness Program FY. The contract base period of performance is 30 September 2012 through 29 September 2013 with possibility of two option years through 29 September 2015.
The clerk shall provide support and coordination with the EFMP and ERP and act as the central point of contact for performance or work specific in this contract in collaboration with the EFMP/ERP Manager.
Subject to change, the normal hours shall be 0730 through 1630 Monday through Friday. The clerk shall also provide services for training classes, home visits, or special events if requested to be held outside normal working hours. The clerk shall adjust working hours for that day to provide the services at the requested time. The contractor shall also adjust working hours when requested to deliver a presentation or workshop. Services shall be performed at Fort Gordon, GA and in the Augusta, GA area within a 40 mile radius. Office space will be provided within the Army Community Service, Bldg 33720, Fort Gordon, GA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Collects specified risk factor data from participating agencies no later than (NLT) the 10th working day of each new month.
• Validates risk factor data for accuracy, completeness and submits to the appropriate authority at the MACOM level NLT the 5th working day of each month.
• Establishes and maintains files according to current Modern Army Record Keeping System (MARKS) containing the collected data, the computer generated results (by units), and copies of all Risk Reduction related actions.
• Handles routine telephone calls and gives out general information on EFMP/ERP such as office location, class times and office hours and takes messages as appropriate.
• Assists the EFMP/ERP Manager with assimilation of briefing material and scheduling of command briefings.
• Issues films and other training materials from EFMP resource library to clients.
• Updates list of installation commanders, on a quarterly basis.
• Creates and inputs data into Client Tracking System (CTS) for tracking EFMP/ERP trainings and command briefings.
• Collects and analyzes data collected in EFMP/ERP needs assessment.
• Prepares graphics to support collected data.
• Provides administration, clerical, typing, filing and computer assistance.
• Provides aid in the coordination and administration of EFMP/ERP.
• Assists in maintaining a comprehensive resource directory of military and civilian special education and health related services within a forty mile radius of the installation.
• Assists in collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data from ACS management systems for planning and reporting purposes in accordance with governing program guidance.
• Assists in helping to identify Families in need of Respite Care services, medical or educational screenings, or advocacy services.
• Assists in providing appropriate advocacy support to Families with special needs Family Members to include educational, medical, and community support.
• Offers administrative support in the typing and preparation of mass monthly letters and envelopes, typing of EFMP Committee and Special Needs Accomodation Process (SNAP) minutes, compiling request for supplies and equipment, and distribution of flyers and media info.
• Coordinates with Marketing for flyers for special events, seminars, trainings, and informational flyers.
• Job vacancies shall be sent electronically via computer (e-mail) to all clients who are seeking employment. Follow-up of vacancy shall occur one week from posting date. Contractor shall contact previous months’ clients to inquire about employment status and document information on intake sheet.
• Coordinate and network with local business, employers, staffing agencies, schools, hospitals for employment opportunities.
• Prepares handouts and copies for class participants and guidance of the Program Manager.
• Ensures that all pertinent information is completed on the sign-in sheet following workshops,.
• Develops local networks to enhance program delivery when available (e.g. guest speakers, subject matter experts, etc) at no additional cost to the government
• Updates new weekly vacancy positions
• Assists Program Managers in the preparation and planning of special events at least 6 months in advance of event.
• Implements a marketing and public relations program using all relative medical resources to promote training classes, Job Fairs, In-House Recruiting and other special events.
Minimum Requirements
• A minimum of an associate’s degree from an accredited college
• A minimum of one year experience in working with a military or civilian social service agency or experience as a military Family Member
• A minimum of two years documented experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
• Possess basic computer skills to be able to enter and retrieve data from management systems
• Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
• A valid unrestricted motor vehicle license
• The ability to perform all duties as assigned
• The ability to complete training as required by installation, program regulations and policies

We are seeking Aircraft Structural Mechanics to join the Lockheed Martin Global Training and Logistics team in Lexington, KY
We invite you to explore a future with Lockheed Martin, a global security and information technology company and
the largest provider of IT services, systems integration, and training to the U.S. Government.
Candidates will be required to perform airframe modifications in accordance with technical drawings and applicable
aircraft maintenance manuals. Additionally, may be required to perform repair or refurbishment operations of aircraft
structures, skins assemblies, composite fairings and parts/components related to same. The structural mechanic
performs the aforementioned tasks with hand and pneumatic tools such as shears, punches, rivet squeezers,

grinders, drills, etc. Candidates will be required to be able to read and understand complex technical drawings and

Counter-Threat Finance (CTF) Mentor Trainer, SECRET Clearance, Tampa/CENTCOM

Job Description: High paced environment within U.S. Central Command with requirement/occasion to deploy to USCENTCOM AOR locations such as Afghanistan and Dubai, UAE. The Counter-Threat Finance (CTF) Mentor / Trainer shall support USCENTCOM by promoting CTF expertise with foreign partners. SMEs will deploy to the AOR to support Combined Joint Operations Area (CJOA) Commanders, Task Force Commanders, and Interagency threat finance cells, with a specific focus on establishing a host-nation CTF capability.
Crimson AG is seeking experienced and motivated Mentor / Trainers with significant CTF and joint-interagency analytical and intel-ops fusion experience to directly support USG sponsored host-nation CTF mentoring and training activities that will provide host-nations in the CENTCOM AOR with an indigenous CTF capability.
The Mentor/Trainers will use approved Process of Instruction (POIs) to train local Afghans through Translator/Linguists in CTF techniques, tactics, and procedures approved by USCENTCOM.
Other Qualifications:
• Candidate must have a 6-10 years’ joint interagency intel-ops fusion and/or counter-threat experience in the CT, CTF, and/or CD/CN communities. Minimum 4 years prior military/government service required. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degrees desired, but not necessary. Experience is key discriminator.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess an active/current Secret clearance or capable of receiving a Secret clearance.
• Candidate must be willing to deploy to Afghanistan and other countries within the CENTCOM AOR.
• Candidate must be able to work in a dynamic team environment of military, DoD civilian, other civil agency members, host-nation personnel and a mixed contractor force.
• Must have outstanding oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to train foreign nationals, particularly in the CTF disciplines. Job Description: High paced environment within U.S. Central Command with requirement/occasion to deploy to USCENTCOM AOR locations such as Afghanistan and Dubai, UAE. The CTF Operations-Intelligence Analyst shall coordinate USCENTCOM Operations Directorate CTF activities throughout USCENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR). Analyst should also have experience with recommending intelligence collection strategies.

• Candidate must have a 2-4 years’ joint interagency intel-ops fusion and/or counter-threat experience in the CT, CTF, and/or CD/CN communities. Summary of Position:
The Canine Trainers shall provide training to MPC Teams in control, bite work, urban and rural tracking, explosive detection, obedience and agility. The CT to student ratio shall be 1:4 for the vast majority of training evolutions. The Canine Trainers shall select, purchase six canines upon request (coordinated by the COR)and be responsible for supervising the training of all canines that enter into the NSW MPC program. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all personnel are in adequate physical condition to perform their duties.
Experience and Education:
Canine Trainers must have a minimum of five years experience within the past seven years in the training and handling of detection (explosives) and standard patrol dogs.

We are currently seeking an Electrical Reliability Specialist that will be based at our East Chicago, IN location. This position will report to the Reliability Center Manager and will work with the NAIG Regional Reliability team to achieve strategic reliability goals within the Region.
The overall objective of the Electrical Reliability Specialist is to ensure the safe and reliable operation of production facilities at the lowest life cycle cost. The Electrical Reliability Specialist will be responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of preventive/predictive programs and corrective maintenance solutions for electrical systems and equipment in multiple facilities. This person will be expected to work independently and make technical decisions and recommendations in the field.
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical distribution systems and equipment including
a. Substations, Breakers, Switchgear, MCCs, Protective Relay systems, Battery and UPS systems and Transformers up to 138kV.
b. Induction and synchronous motors up to 15kV.
c. Back-up generators up to 1500kW.
2. Plan, schedule, coordinate and perform preventive maintenance based on established procedures.
3. Plan, schedule, coordinate and perform predictive maintenance - such as IR Thermography, Transformer Oil Analysis, Partial Discharge Testing and Power Quality Analysis.
4. Support root cause analysis program for major failures.
5. Assist in Identifying and resolving chronic electrical asset concerns (bad actors).
6. Assist in turnaround planning and cost estimation of electrical work.
7. Assess equipment performance data and ensure optimal and efficient performance.
8. Provide on-site or remote direction to plant or contract personnel to ensure safe and effective work.
9. Drive resolution of highest impact issues with a strong sense of urgency and integrity.
This position requires a combination of office work and field work. This position typically requires approximately 30% travel domestically. Accessibility during off-hours is required. Employee will be required to work in different weather conditions and must be able to access elevated electrical and mechanical equipment via ladders, scaffolding, man-lifts and crane baskets.
Required Qualifications:
1. 5 years of experience in the maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.
2. Proven experience in installation, troubleshooting and repairs of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
3. Proven knowledge of Preventive and Predictive maintenance of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
4. Excellent communication and team interaction skills.
5. Proven ability to work independently as well as lead/participate on teams.
6. Proven experience as a self-starter who effectively manages multiple tasks and achieves results with minimal supervision.
7. Proven experience in computers and standard software packages (MS Office, E-Mail etc.).

The California Center for Sustainable Energy ( CCSE) is hiring an Industry Relations Associate Manager as a part of
the Building Performance team to support our mission to facilitate the adoption of clean, sustainable energy. He/she
will support our building performance team to raise awareness about CCSE’s clean energy technologies and
programs for homes, businesses and nonprofit or government organizations.
Responsibilities for the Industry Relations Associate Manager include: developing marketing, communication, and
recruitment strategies in support of the Energy Upgrade California brand and CCSE’s Home Performance with
ENERGYSTAR sponsorship; executing strategy focused on target groups including home improvement contractors,
home energy raters, home improvement equipment distributors, product vendors and material suppliers; providing
business development consultation to expanding building performance contracting businesses. The ideal candidate
will bring an evangelical desire to build a strong and sustainable building performance industry and be a curious,
creative, and ambitious big-picture thinker with excellent attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through.
As a member of the building performance team, the Industry Relations Associate Manager will coordinate contractor
and home energy rater recruitment for program participation; promote CCSE building performance trainings and
resources; lead the development of a local building performance industry vendor network including equipment and
product suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors; conduct outreach to build new and further existing membership
representation with local, regional and national industry groups and trade organizations; and serve as a business
development mentor to expanding building performance contracting and rating businesses within the CCSE network.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Serve as the business-to-business (B2B) outreach lead for CCSE’s building performance team.
2. Work closely with the building performance team to develop and execute project marketing plans that target

3. Work closely with contractors, program managers, and the CCSE marketing team, to develop materials such
as collateral, program newsletter, websites, ads and marketing tool kits. Manage schedules and continuously
monitor marketing effectiveness and implement new approaches as required. Develop relationships and
represent CCSE’s building performance department at local industry groups and trade organizations
4. Conduct recruitment outreach to prospective participants through various tactics including cold calling, face-toface
meetings, and information workshop and events
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• 3-5 years experience developing and executing marketing and sales strategies and plans. Solid experience
marketing and/or selling services, programs or products, preferably within the residential home improvement industry.
• 1-3 years experience working with and ideally marketing to home improvement contractors.
• Experience marketing building performance/energy efficiency to contractors and/or consumers in the residential and
commercial markets.
• Ability to work cooperatively with multiple decision makers as well as a diverse array of market participants with
differing views.
• Advanced level of sales, marketing, and business administration experience within the small business sector;
preferably within the home improvement industry.
• Direct experience in one or more of the following: managing day-to-day business operations for a small business,
developing and executing email marketing, developing and executing mail marketing, operating a contact
management database, cold-calling prospective clients, and/or conducting face-to-face business development/sales
meetings.
• Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal; public speaking presentation experience a must.
• Ability to understand technical details as well as provide a broad vision.
• Outstanding cross-functional communication skills with the proven ability to align internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player.
• Passion for sustainable energy, particularly energy efficiency/building performance.

COMPUTER AND/OR TECHNICAL SKILLS:
