The HRIS Analyst maintains the Core HRIS System in addition to other systems supported and maintained by the HRIS team. Serves as a point-of-contact for assigned areas of responsibility and assists with ensuring data integrity, testing of systems, auditing, and performing regular or ad-hoc reporting tasks. Follows and enforces government compliance standards, and continuously supports process improvements and automation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintains data in HR information systems including ADP, SuccessFactors, and other internal information systems.
• Develops knowledge of HR systems for the support of employee queries and requests related to the systems.
• Monitors and enforces the integrity of data in all HR systems. Uses auditing tools and follows processes to support data integrity initiatives. This may include producing data uploads and undertaking data auditing projects as required. Performs data validation and may run reports relevant to the confirmation of data integrity on a weekly / monthly basis.
• Supports training initiatives associated with HR systems.
• Partners with payroll to ensure accurate payroll data is delivered through HRIS interfaces.
• Supports the Sr HRIS Staff/Management in the implementation of HR system related projects both planned and ad-hoc, including processing of upgrades, annual updates, weekly/monthly refreshes, changes to policies and other technical projects that arise.
• Resolves lower level HRIS issues raised by HR system users including determination of root causes to data issues and development of process revisions or recommendations to the process owner on how to rectify.
• Provides feedback regarding HRIS processes and identifies improvements.
• Reviews and approves standard user workflows and completes related HRIS activities.
• Supports assigned project work and delivers items in accordance with project timelines and requirements
Education and/or Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years HRIS or related applicable experience, preferably with a Human Resources/Payroll integrated system such as ADP HR or SuccessFactors.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Delivery Manager within our Learning and Development group will manage training areas and functions covering a large geography and a variety of subjects and methodologies. Work with business leaders to diagnose business line performance problems and organizational effectiveness issues, develop strategy, develop a contract and budget for each intervention, collect data to determine root causes of internal client challenges. Training Area Management:

Background:
The personnel of the DCOM-A G2 Intelligence Training and Advisory Group (INTAG) are responsible for training, assisting, and advising the Assistant Ministry of Defense Intelligence (AMoD-I), General Staff Intelligence (GSG2) Staff, National Military Intelligence Center (NMIC), and elements of the National Military Command Center (NMCC) in intelligence operations, policy, doctrine, planning, programming, management, staff supervision, process and intelligence oversight in support. Responsibilities and Deliverables:
A) Train, advise, assist the Analysis and Production Deputy and his personnel on the following tasks:
a. Management of intelligence disciplines to provide intelligence support to international and strategic organizations.
b. Identification of systematic problems, develop and implement policy and doctrinal solutions.
c. Liaison with internal and external GIRoA, MOD, US and Coalition organizations.
d. Analysis, production and dissemination of operation and strategic threat and political-military analysis intelligence reports.
B) Train, advise, assist personnel on intelligence fusion and intelligence-operations fusion to support national level requirements.
C) Provide strategic collaboration and fusion capabilities where appropriate between GSG2 and AMOD-I for directorate development and operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
A) Candidate must hold a current SECRET Level Security Clearance (Previously granted and never revoked or suspended). If chosen, Candidate must remain armed in accordance with New Century Policies throughout the duration of employment in country.
B) Recent strategic or operational experience in MoD or Afghan General Staff environments, strategic intelligence agencies, inter-agency strategic operations preferably in Afghanistan or Iraq training international forces, as a Senior Level Government, Military Officer, Senior NCO or contractor assigned to like positions.

• Provide near-term and current IO orders of battle, training, exercises, force disposition and readiness analysis of designated countries
• Provide analysis of violent extremist organization (VEO) IO capabilities, activities, networks, enablers, and narratives
• Provide analysis of population vulnerability to VEO messaging, supporting Joint targeting by utilizing PAI to develop target system analysis, targets, and compile and maintain target lists
• Assist in the development of intelligence requirements to support IO and assessments
• Prepare reports, presentations, and plans required for periodic updates
Position Summary:
Assist the JIOFC in the exploitation of open source, publicly available information (PAI).
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• 10 years of experience as an open source intelligence analyst with the ability to follow operations security procedures, perform the different intelligence disciplines, work through the intelligence cycle and the intelligence production process, properly utilize intelligence community classification and control markings, and estimate and interpret intelligence confidence
• 5 years of experience with OSINT analytical tools with the ability to produce actionable prioritized targets
• 5 years of experience using communication skills, both written and oral, to include preparation of written products for senior leader use (general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level or HQ equivalent)
• 5 years of experience conducting intelligence preparation of the battlespace (IPB), intelligence preparation of the operational environment (IPOE), or Joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment (JIPOE)
• 5 years of experience constructing political, military, economic, social, infrastructure, and information (PMESII) -- areas, structures, capabilities, organization, people, events (ASCOPE) matrices
• 3 years of experience working in Joint assignments
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

K2 Solutions seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as an Intelligence Discipline Lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a USSOCOM contract. Employees on this contract will be responsible for providing intelligence expertise and
capabilities as part of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) analytical team.
Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.
Experience and Education:
Job Responsibilities: The Intelligence Discipline Lead Subject Matter Expert will assist in the conduct of targeting analysis and operations. The Intelligence Discipline Lead-SME will provide SME level skill sets in specific intelligence disciplines to assist in identification and development of prudent courses of action, recommend priorities, and train other analysts. The Intelligence Discipline Lead Subject Matter Expert employs their technical knowledge for the long term benefit of the team and to ensure mission success.
Job Requirements:
The position of Intelligence Discipline Lead-SME shall possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing analytical intelligence related activities.
- No less than five (5) years of operational analysis in their analytical field.
- Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of Special Operations, and at least one (1) combat overseas tour with a Special Missions Unit (SMU) and/or Special Operations Forces (SOF) providing a direct analysis support
function is highly desired.
- The SME shall possess advanced skills with the F3EA targeting
methodology, with broad knowledge of additional intelligence
disciplines.
- The SME shall possess demonstrable experience in their field, and advanced skill with the Intelligence Cycle, High Value Individuals Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Pattern of Life Analysis, and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors
Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis and Intelligence Training.
- The SME shall have demonstrable experience with employing expert knowledge and understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies and relevant skills to support intelligence operations.
- The SME shall have expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze and integrate complex information related to targeting.
- Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
- Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
- Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
- Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.

Description:
Streamline Defense is seeking exceptionally qualified candidates to serve as a MC-12 Instructor Combat Systems Operator (CSO) supporting the 137th Special Operations Wing (137th SOW) at Will Rogers Airport in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a full-time position with great benefits and pay.
Responsibilities:
Provide classroom, simulator and in-flight instruction, in accordance with applicable DoD, USSOCOM, Air Force and ANG instructions to meet USAF proficiency and qualification standards on Air Force-administered written examinations and flight evaluations for preparatory courses, initial qualification (basic, instrument, mission), transition (conversion, re-qualification), upgrade qualification (instructor, aircraft commander, special mission, evaluator, dual qualification of sensor operators), and key staff, continuation, refresher course, etc. training as required to meet the On-Time Graduation and annual student throughput requirements of this effort.
Requirements:
•TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility
•Must have at least 500 hours (all aircraft flown) and 100 hours in similar type aircraft.
•Current Class II flight physical, or ability to obtain one prior to starting.
•Must have held an AFSC of 1A3, 1A4, 1A9, 12R or 12S.
•Must have Air Force certified instructor (Form 8) qualified in MC-12 and current within the last 2 years; if not instructor-qualified in MC-12, must have been instructor-qualified in a tactical ISR platform, to include the AC-130, within the previous 4 years, as long as the following conditions are met: 8 years of military operational flying duty.
•At least 2 years or 200 hours experience as an in-flight instructor in the MC-12 or similar Mission Design Series.
