Protective Security Specialist/Armorer (PSS/ARM)
Responsibilities:
• Contractor shall perform day-to-day personal protective security functions.
• Performs interpreter/translator duties as required.
• Contractor can/will be rotated for various security duties as well as Drive the lead vehicle, principal’s vehicle, follow-vehicle, and/or acting as response agent whenever required in motorcade or similar operations.
• Contractor shall carry and operate weapons as specified in daily Post and detail orders, or upon orders from the AIC, DL, or SL.
• Contractor shall participate in advance security preparations.
• Contractor shall Man the security post at the principal’s residence, the command post, or other static post as required.

Requirements:
• Must be a U.S. citizen with current up to date Passport.
• Possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in protective security assignments in a high threat environment such as Iraq/Afghanistan etc. • Must possess valid certifications from the manufacturer or other source of instruction approved by DS/PSP/DEAV on all weapons identified in the task order.
• Must possess a minimum of four (4) years of military (MOS 2111, 45 Bravo, or equivalent) or law enforcement armorer experience.

• Must possess the ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.

Training:

Summary of Responsibilities:
The JA conducts all-source intelligence analysis to identify insurgent and IED networks, which include leaders, facilitators, financiers, cell members and bomb makers to identify potential targets for possible lethal and non-lethal action.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-The JA produces intelligence assessments for formal production and release to the Intelligence Community (IC) and other consumers.
-Coordinates with other NGIC offices, IC organizations and theater intelligence resources to gather additional information and share analytic conclusions.
-Coordinate with other CITP teams, including WTI, the Direct Support SIGINT Element (DSSE), and NGA GEOINT support to produce assessments and targeting products.
-Develop regional network assessments of IED and insurgent networks.
-Produce targeting support products for deployed forces.
-Prepare and present intelligence briefings and presentations.
-Evaluate information reporting and sources.
-Answer Requests for Information (RFI).
-Develop Source Directed Requirements (SDR) Populate and Maintain CITP databases, production trackers and files.
-Upon successful pre-deployment evaluation, is capable of deploying to low-risk assignments in the theaters of operation.
-The JA is capable of deployment throughout theater of operation to conduct counterinsurgent and IED network analysis.
Qualifications:
-Knowledgeable of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis.
-The Contractor shall be experienced with data processing systems such as DCGS-A, CIDNE, and SIPRNET and JWICS search engines.
-Working knowledge of i2 Analyst Notebook, AXIS Pro, WebTAS, ArcGIS, and Google Earth.
-Be proficient at using basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development; possess strong research, writing and editing skills; and be capable of managing teams of analysts in support of tactical, strategic and special operations forces conducting counter insurgent/IED targeting.
-Understand intelligence requirements for both lethal and non-lethal targeting.

8. MARSOC Personnel Recovery & High-Risk SERE-C Instructors (Camp Lejeune, NC) (S)
POSITION: Marine Special Operations School High-Risk SERE-C Instructors
POTENTIAL OPENINGS AVAILABLE: Multiple, Full-Time (up to 21)
LOCATION: Camp Lejeune (Onslow County) NC
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Occasional - Local Area (within 25-30 miles) and possibly
a few (six) CONUS MTTs.
DUTY DESCRIPTION:
The Marine Special Operations School (MSOS) requires experienced
Full-Spectrum Survival, Evasion, Resistance & Escape (SERE)
instructors/role-players serving MARSOC's Personnel Recovery (PR) and
High-Risk SEREC Education and Training Programs. Contract instructors
will support pipeline training for MARSOC operators in an around Camp
Lejeune, as well as support episodic mobile training team (MTT) events
around CONUS.
INSTRUCTOR CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (MEET or EXCEED):
Minimum of three (3) years military service and an honorable discharge.
Must be a graduate of a Full-Spectrum, Level-C High-Risk SERE course at an
approved DoD SERE School (e.g. USSOCOM, Army, Navy, Air Force and must
have graduated, be qualified and certified in accordance with service
directives and verified by DD-214).
Must have completed an approved DoD Instructor Training/Certification
Course (ITC/IQC), Basic or Senior Instructor Course (BIC/SIC) or MARSOC's
Instructor Qualification Course (MIQC) or another authorized service
equivalent as verified by DD-214.
HIGHLY preferred experience of having already served as a Level-C SERE
Instructor at an approved DOD SERE training facility.
Must have a DoD SECRET clearance.
Must be CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certified and maintain that currency
while performing contract instructor duties.
Must successfully pass a complete medical exam within the last 12 months
administered by a medical doctor or PA that attests to the candidate's
ability to comply with the physical and psychological demands of the
contract. This medical fitness must be maintained while performing
contract instructor duties during the term of the contract.
Must successfully pass an initial as well as any subsequent psychological
evaluations performed by the MSOS SERE Psychologist and be deemed "fit" to
serve as a SERE-C instructor.
All MARSOC SERE-C Instructors should possess and demonstrate the following
skills sets at a professional level:
Technical SERE-C Instructor Skills:
- Must be cognizant of, and in compliance with, the latest technical and
tactical PR & SERE doctrine, to include but not limited to: map reading,
land navigation, shelter and fire craft, worldwide survival
methods/techniques, preparation of fish and game, plant identification,
worldwide escape and evasion, air/sea/land exfiltration, cross cultural
communications, physical and psychological aspects of captivity,
clandestine communications, escape planning and techniques, resistance
techniques across the spectrum of captivity/detention, and practical
applications of the Code of Conduct.
- Must understand the application and limitations in the use of physical
and psychological pressures in the conduct of safe High-Risk SERE-C
role-play activities and instruction in various simulated captivity
scenarios.
- Must have the ability to prepare for critical course content and
instruct based upon lesson objectives and the capacity to motivate
students based on these objectives.
Communicative Skills (Interpersonal Relations):

Typical Responsibilities

Protective Security Specialist Paramedic (PSS/PARA)
Responsibilities:
• Contractor shall provide advanced emergency medical care to Contractor personnel, COM personnel, and others at the direction of DS/RSO, including invasive and pharmacological interventions within the Contractor’s Scope of Practice and in alignment with the National Emergency Medical Services Scope of Practice.
• Contractor shall perform day-to-day personal protective security functions.
• Contractor can/will be rotated for various security duties as well as Drive the lead vehicle, principal’s vehicle, follow-vehicle, and/or acting as response agent whenever required in motorcade or similar operations.
• Contractor shall participate in advance security preparations.
• Contractor shall man the security post at the principal’s residence, the command post, or other static post as required.
• Contractor shall serve as a member of an ERT or QRF Team.
Requirements:
• Must be a US citizen.
• Must possess current National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians certification as a paramedic.
1. Registration must be valid prior to deployment, and remain valid throughout the period of deployment.
• Must possess current approved CPR professional rescuer, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and advanced trauma training credentials (i.e., Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS) or Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or equivalent).
• Must have experience/knowledge in current Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) guidelines.
• Must possess:
1. A minimum of three (3) years of emergency medical services experience
2. A minimum of three (3) years applicable work experience gained in the employ of any national, state, provincial, local, or commercial entities providing armed high threat protective services that require skills similar to those identified in the PSS training course.
3. This experience may be earned concurrently.
Training:
• Attend and successfully complete all prerequisite training as required per task order.
• Qualify with the Glock-19, M4, M203, M240, M249, and Remington 870 shotgun, re-qualifying as required by the task order.
• Contractor shall be in excellent physical shape and be able to pass the PT test.
