1. WMD Instructor (TS) - Wash, DC and Worldwide
WMD- Instructors and Managers
Job Summary: This posting is for multiple positions at overseas and domestic locations. The WMD Instructor is a team member who reports to their assigned senior, coordinator and manager to assist the DOS with implementation of a WMD Countermeasures Program to counter the threats to U.S. Embassy personnel and facilities worldwide. WMD Instructors will develop training materials, deliver training to personnel as specified in DOS operational plans and provide SME services. The selected manager, senior, and coordinators for this DOS CBRN program are responsible for, but not limited to, the training and readiness of the team and meeting the deliverables set by the DOS.
Duties:
WMD Instructors:
- Will conduct assessments of overseas and domestic facilities for CBRN vulnerabilities and provide detail findings in approved report format.
- Will develop a response capability to assist missions and facilities for both pre-and –post attack activities and measures.
- They will conduct inspections of equipment for serviceability and coordinate the subsequent repair or replacement of equipment when required.
- At oversea locations, they will coordinate with host country emergency response assets to identify core capabilities/competencies and enhance coordination of future emergency response actions.
- CONUS locations will provide CBRN information and response reach back capability to the overseas posts.
- Will perform curriculum development and revision of program course outlines, lesson plans, training/instructor guides, training schedules, trainee reference manuals and pamphlets, and other training materials as required.
- Create and deliver diversified CBRN briefing and training courses ranging from general awareness and preparedness briefings for new employees, and new ambassadors/deputy chiefs of mission to in depth, hands-on instruction for security professionals and mission personnel dealing with specific CBRN countermeasures, equipment and procedures.
- Provide evaluation of new CBRN equipment, technologies and operational procedures for potential implementation at overseas facilities.
- Will conduct monthly inventories of equipment and supplies and identify when quantities reach predetermined thresholds for resupply.
- Will provide periodic evaluations of the training program and provide recommendations for improvement, as appropriate.
- Will maintain technical competency related to CBRN countermeasures for Instructors, Senior Instructors, Regional Training Coordinators and staff as specified by program management.
Coordinators, Managers, Seniors:
- Additional to the overall duties of the WMD Instructor, they are:
- Responsible for providing operational direction to the contract personnel involved in domestic and overseas training and response.
- Responsible for all operational aspects of delivering contractor services at an overseas training venue, including assembling and deploying the training team, leading that team on site and monitoring team performance.
- Responsible for all ongoing WMD operations in the assigned geographic region including recommending training priorities for the region and working with the Regional Directors in International Programs and the respective Regional Security Officers (RSOs) to arrange the necessary training to meet overall WMD goals.
- Responsible for the overall coordination of all ongoing WMD operations domestically.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of three years of general experience in the WMD countermeasures field, either as an instructor in the field or as a certified State, Federal, or Military first responder.
- Instructor experience is required.
- International training experience with civilian students in the field of WMD countermeasures.
- Through knowledge and understanding of training precepts and techniques that support instructional systems design processes. The ability to transcribe technical information into wording and formats for comprehension by all students, at all levels, who may have limited backgrounds and understanding of the WMD field.
- Interpersonal skills, oral and written communications skills, and the ability to be physically fit to preform prescribed instructor duties.
- Ability to reduce highly complex instructional materials to a simplified instructional presentation that can be understood by host country persons with limited English language capability.
- Experience working with foreign language translators/interpreters in developing presentation of training materials.
- Familiarity with standard training evaluation methods and mechanisms.
- General understanding of computer-use skills. Word processing and PowerPoint capability is required.
Additionally:
Manager is required to have experience in managing international civilian training programs.

Under general supervision, performs work of moderate difficulty in providing dispatching services in the central communications facility of the Sheriff’s Office. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls from the public, inquiring nature of calls, routing calls and receiving and transmitting messages on teletype network. The employee in this position is responsible for monitoring transmissions. Employees broadcast police information to mobile and/or stationary units. Duties include receiving and transmitting police, and transferring fire and Emergency Medical Service (EMS) messages using a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System and Emergency 911 System. This is a 24/7 work environment with rotating time off and holidays and weekends required.

Job Description
The Chief County Assessment Office is a fast paced environment that is seeking an Administrative Clerk for the Clerical Group. Under immediate direction of the Clerical Group Supervisor and Assistant Clerical Group Supervisor and the general supervision of the Chief County Assessment Officer, an Administrative Clerk performs work of moderate difficulty in advanced clerical tasks, handling homestead exemption applications, processes Board of Review assessment appeal related tasks, assists with general customer service via telephone and in-person and performs other property tax related tasks of a technical nature. This position also handles public counter service functions and participates in taxpayer outreach efforts for the office. Required Skills
In order to be successful in this position, the applicant must be self-motivated and possess strong work ethic and integrity. The successful applicant will possess strong verbal and written communication skills including correct usage of grammar and punctuation. He/she performs a variety of customer service roles and clerical tasks requiring proficient use of a personal computer, as well as handling access to documents containing sensitive information that involve being handled with appropriate sensitivity. The successful candidate must possess the ability to plan and coordinate tasks for which that individual is the lead and report progress to the Clerical Group Supervisor and Assistant Clerical Group Supervisor. An Administrative Clerk also does independent work requiring the judgment in applying rules and procedures of the Property Tax Code. Marked deviation from established procedures and questions of policy are cleared with the Clerical Group Supervisor and Assistant Clerical Group Supervisor. In the performance of all duties, an Administrative Clerk is expected to act as a role model for a cooperative team effort in fulfilling the mission of the Chief County Assessment Office.
Required Experience
We are looking for an individual who has completed a standard high school program with excellent academic performance; an associate’s degree or college level coursework strongly preferred. Two or more years of experience at the level of Clerk or its equivalent will be considered. Proficiency on a personal computer as it relates to data entry and word processing using Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary. Proficiency in Spanish is strongly desired.
Standard Speed Typing & Alphanumeric Data Entry Testing is required. All Typing tests MUST be completed at the Lake County Administration Building; 18 N. County Street, 7th Floor, Waukegan, IL. Candidates will be notified of the need to take this testing.

Civilian Criminal Investigator – Elder Abuse
As a CCI (Civilian Criminal Investigator), you will provide support and expertise through comprehensive assessment and planning to meet the needs of the at-risk elderly. You will maintain collaborative relationships between the CSPD (Colorado Springs Police Department) CAE (Crimes Against Elders) Unit and the CSPD VAU (Victim Advocacy Unit), the El Paso County Department of Human Services APS (Adult Protective Services), Silver Key Senior Services, the PPACG-AAA (Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments – Area Agency on Aging), and other agencies that provide services for the elderly population.
Typical Responsibilities
• Review and triage incoming calls from facilities and other institutions regarding potential elder abuse; determine whether a criminal case report will be initiated
• Complete case summary reports and case report supplements as necessary
• Assess police response; identify services needed
• Obtain information and conduct a criminal investigation when appropriate, including collecting and submitting evidence, obtaining victim and witness statements, obtaining medical records/evaluations; forwarding required information to APS, El Paso County LTC (long-term care) Ombudsman, and the District Attorney’s office
• Manage active/ongoing criminal investigation cases, including up-to-date documentation for at-risk elderly adults; document all case management actions in LERMS (Law Enforcement Records Management System)
• Track referrals made to, and received from, APS, healthcare facilities/hospitals, and other mandated reporters; track reporting violations of mandated reporters by tracking CSPD call screens for at-risk elderly adults to guarantee quality assurance; and track relevant data and provide analysis to community and agency partners
• Coordinate follow-up victim support services with CSPD/VAU and other community/partner agencies
• Collaborate with APS and other support agencies by conducting background checks and premises history reviews of Calls-For-Service for at-risk elderly adults; ensure accurate call coding
• Attend APS Red Team and Adult Protective Review Team staffing, Pikes Peak Elder Abuse Coalition quarterly meetings, and other relevant community meetings
• Coordinate with CSPD’s VAU/Senior Victims Advocacy Team to provide trainings and presentations for community stakeholders and mandated reporters as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in social work, behavioral sciences, criminal justice, or a related field.
Five years of law enforcement experience in a sworn position or five years of experience in a non-sworn position responsible for investigating allegations of abuse and neglect. A combination of sworn law enforcement and non-sworn investigative experience equivalent to five or more years will also be considered.
Possess, or obtain upon hire, and maintain a valid Colorado driver's license.
Possess, or obtain within three months of hire, NCIC/CCIC (National Crime Information Center/Colorado Crime Information Center) certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
College level coursework in the criminal justice field.
Retired police officers with twenty consecutive years of honorable service with a law enforcement agency who retired in the last five years and worked at least three years in investigations.
Progressive experience investigating crimes against persons cases (especially with an emphasis on crimes against elders).

Trenchant Analytics is seeking a Senior JCIDS Analyst with expertise in the areas of Requirements Management and Capability Production Documents (RM/CPD). This position supports Headquarters Air Force Space Command (HQ AFSPC) Strategic Plans, Programs, Requirements and Assessments Directorate (A5/8/9). Specifically, the analysts will support the Launch and Range Requirements Office (HQ AFSPC/A5R).
The selected candidate shall provide the following support functions:
Requirements Management Support
•Interfacing with implementers of solutions intended to meet CPD requirements.
•Provide research, analysis, interpretation and support to A5R in translating the CPD requirements in support of the Launch, Range and Networks Division, Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC/RN).
•Develop and/or update system and sub-system specifications for Launch and Test Range System (LTRS).
•Support meetings and teleconferences approximately on a weekly basis, at a minimum, with SMC/RN, 30 and 45 Space Wing, and HQ AFSPC staff, as well as other contractor representatives. Meeting support includes interfacing with the Requirements Validation Board (RVB), Configuration Control Board (CCB), Architecture Review Team/Board (ART/ARB), Engineering Review Boards (ERB), and Test Criteria Tiger Team (TCTT).
•Prepare talking points, briefings, point papers in advance of meetings, and provide meeting notes/minutes afterward, approximately weekly.
•Support and make recommendations to A5R on courses of action.
Capability Production Documentation
•Provide technical, system and programmatic expertise to analyze, develop and deliver JCIDS-compliant requirements documentation in the form of LTRS CPDs IAW DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) guidance, suitable for timely staffing and validation by the Air Force Requirements Oversight Council (AFROC) and Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC).
•Perform analysis and recommend actions necessary for successful CPD coordination and staffing - to include problem identification and resolution, CPD comment resolution/adjudication, course of action development, meeting facilitation, briefing preparation, development and publication of meeting minutes, pre-AFROC and JROC preparation support, and post-AFROC and JROC action item accomplishment.
In both areas:
•Provide launch and test range subject matter expertise at AFSPC Requirements Group and Board meetings, which occur on a monthly basis, but which may only have LTRS as a topic quarterly.
Required Qualifications:
•Master’s Degree in a relevant field - Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred (DoD Program Management or Systems, Planning, Research, Development and Engineering (SPRDE) Level III acceptable alternate)
•Broad range of technical, system and programmatic analysis capability and expertise pertinent to the launch and test range enterprise
•Experience with DoD Task Management Tool (TMT), Information and Resource Support System (IRSS) and JCIDS tools.
•Demonstrated expertise in evaluating, developing and delivering Air Staff and Joint Staff compliant, capability-based requirements documentation products (i.e., a Capability Production Document, and associated papers, briefings and reports)
•Experience with the AFROC and the JROC
•Experience interpreting, analyzing and influencing strategic plans, concepts and requirements
