1. ISR Analyst/Trainer (Ft Polk, LA) (SECRET...TS/SCI Eligible)
ISR Analyst/Trainer (A/T)/JRTC
Primary work location: Fort Polk, LA.
The ISR A/T, JRTC will support the preparation and execution of JRTC
rotations and provide teach/coach/mentor support for members of
Brigade/Battalion rotational training units (RTU) staffs and intelligence
support elements. Support will focus on the integration and synchronization
of ISR in both the RTU's potential operational environment (OE) and as it
applies to the JRTC scenario construct. The ISR A/T must be an ISR SME who
has proven collection management abilities during recent operational
deployments to OEF/OND.
The ISR A/T conducts research on ISR activities to fill unit training
requirements, including AOR specific ISR capabilities and various military
branch and organization processes. Develops lessons learned, best
practices, and after action reports that address ISR synchronization and
operations integration in current theater operational environments.
The ISR A/T will serve as a mentor/coach and team leader on various training
events after completing an internal certification process.
Experience/Education/Security Clearance:
*Military intelligence professional, ideally a recently separated US Army
senior-level Non-commissioned Officer (NCO), warrant officer or mid-level
Commissioned Officer with 5 years of solid ISR experience
*Collection manager experience at the brigade level
*Bachelors Degree
*Must have a SECRET security clearance and be eligible to obtain a Top
Secret/Special Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.

All positions are subject to recall around the clock for emergency management operations, which may require irregular work hours, work at locations other than the official duty station, and may include duties other than those specified in the employee's official position description. The Safety Officer II serves as the senior technical advisor to the Federal Coordinating Officer on all occupational safety and health concerns affecting and arising from an incident. The incumbent is responsible for developing and recommending measures to ensure the safety of personnel assigned to the incident and to assess and/or anticipate hazardous and unsafe situations. The following are some of the duties performed:
• Serving as the point of contact for the Safety function on the disaster
• Conducting and/or ensuring safety and health (Safety) hazard assessments are conducted, of FEMA managed facilities, operations, buildings, and workplaces to anticipate, recognize, and control occupational hazards
• Reviewing and approving Safety related purchase request to ensure that Safety procurement requirements are achieve
• Designing or modifying workplaces, processes or other systems to control or eliminate hazards
• Overseeing the completion of employee safety and health concerns and complaints
• Ensuring continuity of operations and a complete and effective closeout and/or transition at the termination of activities
• Reviewing, approving, and submitting Safety plans, messages, and programs

• Responsible for the delivery of efficient field support to our customers in assigned territory.
• Travels efficiently to customer site and provides validation service, commissioning and emergency repair field support on Metal Detector, Checkweigher or X-Ray inspection equipment.

• Maintain first time fix and field response time customer satisfaction rate at the target rate.
• Verify that machines are operating at peak efficiency by proper calibration and testing.
• Commission and test machines using certified test procedures, perform preventative maintenance and emergency service at customer sites.
• Conduct on-site training along with communicating with the support staff on technical related issues.
• Holds meetings with customers, including scope and exit meetings.
• Working in a team environment, technician is responsible for coordinating communication between the field and the internal support staff.
• Responsible for timely and accurate documenting and reporting of all service related activities.
• Provide timely feedback to Engineering Department on equipment reliability and design.
• Maintain a satisfactory parts inventory, requisitioning additional parts required to perform normal duties.
• Maintain all company property, including lap top, cell phones, safety equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Exercise safe working practices and procedures at all times.
• Conduct training with customer’s personnel to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Attend refresher training classes and/or technician meetings with other aftermarket team members as required.
• Participate in the rotation of weekend on-call duties.

• Ability to manage a dynamic service schedule in a manner that results in timely service for customers
• Strong ability to use electronic test equipment such as Oscilloscope and Multi-meter
• Possess soldering techniques with experience soldering circuit boards and electronic components
• Ability to work independently, with little supervision and manage difficult and high pressure customer situations
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal staff
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Must be able to travel extensively up to 95% of the time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

Marinette Marine Corporation, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is a progressive Shipyard specializing in building ships for the United States Coast Guard and United States Navy, as well as commercial vessels. We currently have an opportunity for a Pipe General Supervisor at our Marinette, Wisconsin location.
The Pipe General Supervisor will lead a crew of skilled trade personnel in an area of the manufacturing organization with responsibility for fabrication and/or assembly of product for the constructions of ships, erection of modules and alignment to ship specifications. The Pipe General Supervisor will manage the assigned crew to attain quality, schedule and cost objectives, and will review and understands department, organization and company goals and objectives along with supporting and execution of plans that ensure positive predictable results.
The Pipe General Supervisor will oversee safety and security procedures, implements organizational policies and goals, measures performance to budget and supports the superintendent in budget analysis and adherence, assists in production control projects, manages work pack in accordance with production control plan, plans overtime and schedules resources as required, interfaces with general supervisor to revise project and facility objectives, understands and works within the union contract requirements.
Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of trade experience and two (2) years of management experience. Preference is given to those with experience in a manufacturing or shipbuilding environment. An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus. Essential to this position is the ability to lead, direct, coach, and discipline employees in alignment with Company processes, policies, and procedures.
