Systems Products & Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Proposal Manager with work location in Huntsville, AL. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the proposal development process, working with the program management and other members of organization to develop win strategies. OVERVIEW: The Site Manager, Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB) Logistics, is
responsible for the full scope of responsibility at AAFB and oversees the
functions of Material Management, Base Support Vehicles & Equipment and
other support services through subordinate managers. The Site Manager report
to Project Director and is expected to be the customer's single point of
contact at AAFB and work closely in a matrix organization with functional
managers on the Navy Base Operating Support (BOS) Services contract in the
US Trust Territory of Guam. The Site Manager, in coordination with
functional managers, oversees both business and operational aspects of
assigned logistics functions and should therefore possess the managerial and
technical skills necessary to ensure exceptional performance of assigned
work. Duties include supervising exempt and non-exempt personnel (including
skilled trade labor); providing oversight and guidance on technical matters;
managing costs, budget, and schedule; providing customer liaison and
service; ensuring safe and efficient operations; and maintaining delivery of

Systems Products and Solutions, Inc. is currently searching for an Tier 2 Helpdesk Analyst to join our company. This is an exciting OCONUS opportunity with competitive salary & benefits.

We are currently seeking a motivated Tier 2 Helpdesk Analyst with experience in interfacing with customers, particularly when analyzing customer data and report requirements. This person will be the lynchpin in all report development efforts as well as an important part of the overall SPOT-ES team.
This analyst should have a strong background in understanding data models and SQL DML commands. They will be required to communicate with end-user customers who may not have a complete understanding of the available data, metadata, and data model. From this communication, the successful analyst will be able to elicit report requirements for translation into SQL. After report completion, the analyst will be responsible for communicating the report back to the customer and providing feedback to the report development team.
Requirements include:
- 2-5 years working with end-user customers, either directly or via phone communication

SUMMARY:

The Joint Asset Movement Management System (JAMMS) is an extension of existing Defense Manpower Data Center’s (DMDC) Defense Biometrics Identification Systems (DBIDS). It collects personnel location and identity information to populate SPOT as the Federal Government’s central repository of contract capability and deployed contractor information.
Candidates will perform FSR duties as required to support the JAMMS systems that are deployed OCONUS and CONUS respectively. The candidate must have a strong technical background with an understanding of computer operations. The candidate represents the company to our customers and provides the leadership required to ensure that the Program Manager achieves his objectives.

Relevancy:
Contractor support to the JAMMS includes collection and analysis of data, configuration management, and system maintenance, modification, and integration with other systems, including SPOT. The contractor will analyzes SPOT and JAMMS data to provide accurate visibility and accountability of deployed personnel traveling to, from and within the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) as well as other areas in near real time. The contractor drafts logistics system information collection and management plans for gathering data and assessing alternatives. For JAMMS, the contractor will perform maintenance and supply operations to maintain system operability. This includes help desk, hardware and software upgrades, component management, and on-site maintenance. The contractor will review logistics automated information technology and existing enterprise integration architecture to develop modernization initiatives, logistics improvements, and developmental plans for future improvements on SPOT/JAMMS. The contractor will provide field support technical assistance and help desk support to users and operators wherever the system is deployed. The contractor will prepare updates and conducts training courses on SPOT/JAMMS for Government and contractor personnel. I
In addition to CENTCOM, support is provided to AFRICOM, SOUTHCOM, PACOM, EUCOM, Department of State, and Central Issue Facilities (CIF).


FSR Essential Job Functions

• Field Service Representatives for Iraq/Afghanistan will provide on-site field support to customer including installation, troubleshooting and repairing JAMMS systems and equipment.
• Conducts site surveys of potential system locations IAW fielding plans.
• Resolves problems in the areas of system installation, configuration, repair, upgrade and maintenance.
• Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of systems/equipment.
• Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for system support/sustainment.
• Performs analysis and prepares reports on system problem trends and issues.

• Provides leadership and work guidance as required to less experienced personnel.
• Conduct RSO&I duties IAW company policy and procedures.
Basic Qualifications
• AA degree, or 2-year Technical School and 5 years experience in Computer Science field (Engineering, Avionics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related scientific / technical discipline).
• Active SECRET clearance required
• Valid US passport required
• Military experience desired, not required.

Position: Bench Tech

Under limited supervision, perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of assemblies and components utilized in a complex implantable medical device. Also assist engineers in developing, fabricating, documenting, and evaluating tests and test systems for the purposes of reliability assurance testing.
• Perform root cause analysis, including data analysis (mining), identifying trends (systemic issues), and common cause issues for systems, peripherals, software, and components.
• Responsible for following inspection procedures and operating automated test equipment.
• Provide assistance in defining and executing standard reliability stress-strength analysis, accelerated testing methods, environmental stress screening, and Design of Experiments as required.
• Responsible for performing and documenting work per QSR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Ability to read and understand detailed schematics, instructions, and drawings.
• Capability to use electronic equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, multimeters, automated test equipment, etc. as well as microscopes, soldering irons, tweezers, crimpers, cutters and other hand tools.
• Minimum 5 years experience in testing, prototyping, evaluating and troubleshooting digital and analog electronic circuits.
Location: San Clemente, CA

Salary: $32 - $36 hour (65K - 75K a year), plus overtime, benefits.

Shift: Day shift

Travel: Minimal

Standard Job Description (this should be a very general overview of what the position entails)
The Chief Facilities Engineer is responsible for leading the design and estimating team for construction and renovation of Real Property and Real Property Installed Equipment in support of the Civil Engineering Operations and Maintenance Services (CEOMS) contract at Schriever AFB.









Specific Job Description (this should be project specific job duties/responsibilities in bulleted format)

• Design IAW the NEC, NFPA, and military regulations and standards
• Use unique software packages including RS MEANS (estimating) and Infor/EAMS (work control)
• Lead the design and estimating process for construction & renovation in buildings 400, 401, and 712, Schriever AFB using AF Form 332.
• Responsible for customer coordination including project definition, configuration control, interim checks, final design approval, and coordination of technical evaluations and independent government estimates.
• Prepare electrical designs and estimates; ensure designs are IAW applicable standards
• Supervise a Mechanical Engineer, Planner, and CAD technician, and coordinate their designs, estimates, and materiel requisitions
• Prepare statement of work proposals for subcontractors
• Prepare coordinating studies of facilities when required
• Serve as Deputy Project Manager and support administrative, supervisory, and contractual requirements.
• Share (with 2 other managers) a 24/7 on-call requirement

As a member of the Platform Chamber Group, you will be working on current and next generation Semiconductor plasma doping tools. As a key contributor to this group, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying systems from inception to customer acceptance including systems level design and qualification testing. Candidates most appropriate for this position will understand system architecture driven by process requirements, have strong chemistry knowledge, and have diverse experience with gas delivery/abatement in similar products such as CVD or etch tools.

Basic Purpose of Job:
The objectives of the job are to (1) inspect and service locomotive pneumatic and hydraulic systems (air, fuel, water and sanding systems); (2) troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in locomotive pneumatic and hydraulics systems; (3) fabricate or modify locomotive and engine components; (4) install, maintain and repair plumbing; (5) operate shop machines and tools; and (6) assure safety for self and coworkers.
Accountabilities:
• Diagnose malfunctions in diesel engines, air equipment, trucks, etc., to determine the nature of problems and possible corrective actions, and complete repairs to air systems and fuel/oil systems.
• Fabricate or modify locomotive and engine components; cut, shape, smooth, and perform rough and finish operations using various metals, and utilize such methods as seaming, riveting, bolting, soldering and welding to modify components.
• Functions include maximizing locomotive availability for the company, operating shop machines and tools, and assuring safety for self and coworkers.
• Must be able to safely and effectively operate clamps and vises, acetylene torches, electric and gas welding equipment, and material handling equipment.
Required Education, Training, Experience or Skills:
• Must be able to locate and isolate mechanical problems, identify possible corrective actions and select the appropriate action(s).
• Must be able to make quick visual inspections and comparisons at near distances to determine if objects meet specifications, and be able to detect and interpret visual color signals and displays at near or far distances.
• Must be able to detect unusual sounds and smells during inspections and tests, and have depth perception to judge the speed and distance of locomotives being moved in the service area.
• Must be able to exert physical strength sufficient to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and must be able to bend, stoop and work overhead.
• Teamwork: Working well with others in groups, cooperating with others, and offering to help when needed.

Description: In charge of preventive maintenance and repair of the production line, facilities maintenance, and environmental and building security. Ensure all production machines are running at maximum efficiency (be proactive) continuous improvement is key. Develop, implement and verify corrective and improvement actions. Plant safety is big. Implement and supervise/conduct training programs for all maintenance personnel. Reports to the Production Manager. Supervise the spare parts program. Stay within budget. Supervise 8-10 direct reports. Strong Electrical knowledge and good mechanical knowledge.
Requirements: 5 to 7 years previous Maintenance/Engineering Management skills. Leadership (being able to motivate is key). Strong electrical and good mechanical knowledge (only have one electrician). BA/BS preferred. Ideal: Navy Nuke EM who is EWS qualified, GSE, GSM.
