Job Description
・ Senior Trainer is expected to know the U.S. Army doctrine applicable to this task.
・ Will instruct and supervise soldier skills training in Africa for African company grade officers and their soldiers. Senior Trainers will ensure/develop

Deployment:
The training team of instructors will deploy to Mapel, South Sudan and meet with Sudanese staff and USG representatives in order to conduct initial training assessment of the Sudanese People's Liberation Army (SPLA). Student population is expected to be training in light infantry tactics to a skill level 1-2. The military police training will be considered specialty training for 100 SPLA students.
Employment Training:
The Military Police Training Course in Mapel, Sudan will utilize a phased approach combining practical and theoretical training over six (6) months; the MP Basic Introductory Course and MP Courses should take approximately three (3) months, and the mentoring phase should take approximately three (3) months. Programs of instruction (POI) and/or Training Support Plans (TSP) will be provided by contractor to PAE for quality control and assurance during contract execution. USG may provide POIs for training execution or revisions. Training will be conducted in English or translators will be provided by the MP School.
