Job Description
・ Senior Trainer is expected to know the U.S. Army doctrine applicable to this task.
・ Will instruct and supervise soldier skills training in Africa for African company grade officers and their soldiers. Senior Trainers will ensure/develop
・ Program of Instruction (POI), Lesson Plans, and training support packages for individual and collective are prepared and developed for each training requirement.
・ Minimum ten (10) years experience of U.S. military operations and training experience in a Combat Arms, Combat Service Support specialty in the area being taught (Military Police, Special Operations, and Infantry).
・ Knowledge of and familiar with standard military training concepts, practices, and procedure. Preferable recent U.S.
・ Military combat and/or Peace Keeping Operations (PKO) experience at the E-8/E9 or O-3 thru O-5 level. Strong background in overseas program operations focused on training local national military personnel and units.

Deployment:

The training team of instructors will deploy to Mapel, South Sudan and meet with Sudanese staff and USG representatives in order to conduct initial training assessment of the Sudanese People's Liberation Army (SPLA). Student population is expected to be training in light infantry tactics to a skill level 1-2. The military police training will be considered specialty training for 100 SPLA students.


Employment Training:

The Military Police Training Course in Mapel, Sudan will utilize a phased approach combining practical and theoretical training over six (6) months; the MP Basic Introductory Course and MP Courses should take approximately three (3) months, and the mentoring phase should take approximately three (3) months. Programs of instruction (POI) and/or Training Support Plans (TSP) will be provided by contractor to PAE for quality control and assurance during contract execution. USG may provide POIs for training execution or revisions. Training will be conducted in English or translators will be provided by the MP School.

The training will take place six (6) days a week, Monday through Saturday.

• The successful candidate will have a broad level of installation and facilities services, operations and maintenance experience including significant knowledge of public works and its customer service interfaces and technical support requirements.
• Must be fully capable of intermittent, extended, short-notice (72 hours) world-wide deployments to potentially hazardous and austere areas.
• Knowledge of Army Management Information Systems.

Organizes and coordinates the activities involved to maintain and repair mechanical equipment, including trucks, automobiles, diesel engines, etc. Ensures that equipment is maintained according to requirements.



DUTIES:
• Utilizes Computerized Equipment Management System (SAMS-E) to monitor and control equipment maintenance.
• Advises employees of proper operation and maintenance of equipment, trains new mechanics, and further develops skills of current workers.
• Monitors equipment operation at job site and ensures that proper maintenance and safety procedures are followed.
• Trains equipment operators in preventive maintenance procedures, supervises the Maintenance Assistance and Instruction Team (MAIT).
• Orders and maintains an adequate inventory of parts and supplies including bench stock and shop stock to ensure timely maintenance. Promotes safety, Quality awareness, and teamwork.



REQUIREMENTS:
• Requires specialized training in diesel mechanics and equipment repair or equivalent experience, thorough knowledge of US Army field services equipment operation and maintenance, and a minimum of 10 years experience in field level maintenance.
• Ten years general experience in management, professional, investigative, technical or other responsible work in providing services to support a specified maintenance mission.

Description: Responsible for the performance of a relatively
significant program or multiple smaller programs in accordance with
contract requirements and company policies, procedures and
guidelines. Oversees the technology development and/or application,
marketing, and resource allocation within program client base.
Program area typically represents more than three functional areas
such as engineering, systems analysis, quality control and
administration. Responsible for acquiring follow-on business
associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business
development by leading proposals. Monitors contracts for technical

communication lines with other divisions.
In charge of overall planning and directing of activities associated

Will also be responsible for the performance of multiple test,
evaluation, and development programs under the auspices of the U.S.
Army Electronic Proving Ground (EPG). EPG provides test and
evaluation capabilities to the Army for C4ISR systems including
system characterization, assessment, and experimentation. In addition
to Ft. Huachuca EPG has operating locations at White Sands Missile
Range, Fort Hood, Texas, Fort Bliss, Texas, Yuma Proving Ground,
Arizona, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and Fort Lewis,
Washington. The successful candidate will oversee the technology
development and/or application, marketing, and resource allocation
across all facets and locations of the EPG. The successful candidate
would be expected to integrate efforts at these distributed test
sites in support of the EPG mission. This program area represents
personnel experimental design, instrumentation development, modeling
and simulation, rapid prototyping, software development, and
electromagnetic environments. Additional program areas include
engineering, logistics, systems analysis, quality control, test
management and administration.
Education: Requires Bachelor's degree in a directly related
technical or business field with a minimum of ten years of experience
as a manager of complex systems engineering and/or testing efforts.
The ten years of experience must include managing personnel with
similar personnel qualifications and personnel qualifications
relevant to the contract job title. At least five years of managing
similar Government contracts with comparable projects or activities
in size and complexity.
The Director of Engineering & Test Programs must be capable of
planning, directing, and coordinating the work activity of the
technical personnel involved in all aspects of the contract. The
Director of Engineering & Test Programs must be capable of
integrating problem resolution into ongoing work without loss of work
force efficiency.


Special Requirements: Must be a U. S. Citizen and capable of
acquiring a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.

Basic Functions
This position requires the Quality Assurance/Testing Specialist, staff support, execution,
and oversight of a specified task order on the Command, Control, Communications,
Computer, Intelligence, Information Technology, Surveillance and Reconnaissance
(C4I2TSR) Contract. This position supports the designated Task Order on this contract
through planning and execution of integrated testing and user acceptance testing
support. The Quality Assurance/Testing Specialist will play a key role in all test planning,
execution, and defect remediation activities. The Quality Assurance/Testing Specialist
will develop testing strategies, high level test plans, and detailed test scripts and will
work with partners to identify and manage test data where necessary.
The Quality Assurance/Testing Specialist will provide input to leadership for test metrics
and will work directly with functional and technical staff to resolve and remediate defects.
The employee in this position is a critical member of the Quality Assurance team, and
must be a dependable, organized and efficient individual. The successful candidate will
participate with a team of others and complete quality assurance related activities,
including analysis, test preparation and test execution activities for a core proprietary
software application. The candidate will review and analyze business requirements,
functional specifications, and technical design documents to identify testing needs.
Primary Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance/Testing Specialist performs a wide range of duties including
some or all of the following:
Quality Assurance and Testing
1. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
2. Strengths in defining, documenting, and executing test scenarios and scripts.
Ability to document clear, accurate test deliverables. Strong organizational skills
and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
3. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed
to successfully complete the project
4. Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will

Basic Responsibilities:
• Participate in Requirements, Design, and Release Readiness review sessions

24. KBR seeks Senior Principle Program Manager (LOGCAP III) to run 4 Billion Dollar a year service contract in Iraq. Attractive compensation; one year commitment to stay in Iraq.
Located at the site (Baghdad Iraq), this position is responsible for managing all phases of project planning and execution of construction and logistical and services support activity on major projects at 11 regional locations and over 90 individual locations throughout Iraq and a limited presence in Kuwait and Dubai.

*Annual project revenue in excess of 4 Billion, oversee an in-country work force of over 20,000 EXPATs and hundreds of subcontracts.

*Oversee the execution of the project in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.

*Possesses a working knowledge of the respective industries and can manage large multi-scale international projects.

*Have the ability to plan, synchronize efforts and interface with the US Forces Iraq at the highest levels. Supervises all site leadership.

*Typically requires 20 to 30 years of related experience in the US Army.
