Job Description: Seeking exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as an All-Source/Targeting Analyst at the Senior and Expert level to support a USSOCOM contract. The contract will require intelligence analysts capable of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Counter Intelligence (CI), All-Source Analysts, Targeting Analysts, Collection Management, as well as Industrial Security Professionals. All-Source/Targeting Analysts shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation. Employees on this contract will be responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, Client development and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) analytical team. Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.
Job Responsibilities: The All-Source/Targeting Analyst must possess the capability of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT). Analysts are responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments and predictive analysis as part of an analytical team. The All-Source/Targeting Analyst will have advanced targeting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. The All-Source/Targeting Analyst shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation and have a through of the F3EA targeting methodology.
Job Requirements: The position of All-Source/Targeting Analyst at the Senior Level shall possess the following qualifications:
-Minimum of 8+ years experience (Senior) or 10+ years experience (Expert) with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with support to SOF operations.
-Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
-Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
-Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience.
-Excellent written and oral communications skills and be highly proficient in all source analytical support tools.
-Recent experience in Afghanistan, Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations.
-Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
-Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
-Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
-Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary

You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and C-sUAS network activity and narrow the search space to conduct improvised threat and C-sUAS defeat operations. As required, you will interact directly with the client, the C-sUAS, and Improvised-Threat Community of Interest (CoI), intelligence partners across the IC, and the deployed intelligence consumer during the development of intelligence products to meet intelligence requests for information. The primary role of the GIS Manager is to coordinate the GIS resources (tools and data) to ensure the success of the day-to-day operations of the organization. This includes management of hardware and software issues, database design and maintenance, technical support, and management of the GIS server. The manager must have the knowledge and the ability to articulate the “how and why” of putting GIS to effective use across all business lines within the organization. While providing reach back support, you will provide support to RFS responses developed by embedded teammates supporting units forward; answer requests for support from other intelligence consumers, and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with training and pre-deployment training/preparation. You will work closely with other members of the team to monitor and identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. You will assist with the development and maintenance of analytic policies and procedures for processing, production, and dissemination of intelligence. 5. C-IED Trainer (Ft. Stewart, GA)(Secret Clearance)
K2 Solutions Inc, (K2SI) is seeking highly motivated personnel to fill positions in various locations around the country in support of the Global Threat Mitigation Program.
As a C-IED Training Analyst you will, Provide expertise in counter-improvised explosive devices (C-IEDs), including training to tactical-level US and foreign military units and provide C-IED classroom and field instruction on current techniques and equipment for operating in improvised explosive device (IED) environments.
You will have the opportunity to Conduct C-IED and asymmetric warfare (AW) education and training on, Attack the Network (AtN), electronic warfare (EW), biometrics, homemade explosives (HMEs), site exploitation, hand-held detectors, and route clearance and provide initial and sustainment instruction through training methods, including coaching, mentoring, dialogue facilitation, and platform instruction.
You will Serve as an advisor and subject matter expert for brigade units and below during the planning and execution of individual and collective training events, including IED and other hybrid threat scenarios and examine and develop methodologies specific to the regional requirements of the training audience. As well as, Facilitate the integration of current IED threats into live, virtual, and constructive training events and platforms, perform duties as an Observer or Controller, and assist with after-action review to capture C-IED best practices and lessons learned. Provide input to design, develop, and refine courses of instruction (COI), training support packages (TSP), and Master Scenario Event Lists (MSELs) and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current events and tactics, techniques, and procedures. This position requires the ability to work extended hours in sometimes austere conditions and travel up to 25% of the time.

The Trans-Sahara Counterterrorism Partnership (TSCTP) is the United
States Government’s (USG) multi-year, multi-sector initiative to build
the long-term capabilities of North and West African partners to
contain, disrupt, and marginalize terrorist organizations and networks
in the region. TSCTP partners include Algeria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon,
Chad, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, and
Tunisia.
Across the Trans-Sahara region, al-Qa’ida in the Islamic Maghreb
(AQIM), Boko Haram, and associated violent extremist organizations
continue to exploit political unrest, weak governance, insecurity, and
ethnic conflicts to expand their reach and commit atrocities.
In support of this, Crisis Response Company (CRC) is seeking a
qualified Operational Advisor in Mali to support our contract with the
Department of State, Bureau of African Affairs, Office of Security
Affairs (AF/SA). The objective of this position is to operational
advisory services to the BAFS, Malian Armed Forces.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Operational Advisor shall provide operational advisory services
for up to a 120 person unit.
At a minimum, advisory services shall include the use of tactical
equipment with emphasis on infantry tactics, urban and rural
environments, operations orders and troop leading processes, and
mission planning and execution.
The Operational Advisor shall ensure interoperability with the Le
Groupement de Securite et d’Intervention de la Gendarmerie Nationale
(GSIGN) units when applicable.
The Operational Advisor shall coordinate all advisory activities with
the U.S. Office of Security Cooperation, to ensure that advisory
activities are complementary to existing U.S. assistance to Mali’s
security forces.
Key Personnel Required Qualifications
· Five (5) years’ experience working in Africa, post-conflict,
and/or developing nations.
· Ten (10) years’ special operations experience.
· Two (2) years’ experience advising foreign security or surrogate forces.
· U.S. citizen capable of maintaining a Secret clearance.
· French language skills (DLPT 2/2 or above) preferred.

The Maintenance Advisor shall provide Preventive and Routine Operator, Organizational, and Depot level maintenance support for Mali’s BAFS.
The Maintenance Advisor shall provide Preventive and Routine Operator, Organizational, and Depot Level Maintenance Services.
The Maintenance Advisor shall inspect U.S. provided equipment and conduct preventive maintenance; maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies; conduct post-maintenance operational checks and testing of systems.
The Maintenance Advisor shall provide technical and advisory services to the BAFS on all maintenance and logistical support systems required to operate and maintain vehicles and other mechanical equipment, including maintenance facility and personnel training operations and processes, when requested by Mali’s BAFS forces and approved by the U.S. Office of Security Cooperation.
The Maintenance Advisor shall ensure all proposed activities are coordinated with and do not duplicate existing and planned U.S. maintenance support to the BAFS. U.S. Office of Security Cooperation will serve as the coordinating office.
Key Personnel Required Qualifications
· At least two (2) years maintenance experience on vehicles such as the Toyota Hilux.
· Five (5) years’ experience working in Africa, post-conflict, and/or developing nations.
· Five (5) years’ hands-on experience working as an enlisted member or officer of the U.S. military.
· Two (2) years’ experience developing and delivering training modules to foreign militaries. Experience may be demonstrated by serving as a 91Z58 Chief Instructor or equivalent.
· Two (2) years’ experience advising foreign militaries.
· U.S. citizen capable of maintaining a Secret clearance.
· French language skills (DLPT 2/2 or above) preferred.

Strengthening the capacity of Central African Republic's (CAR) security sector institutions, including the Executive Unit for DDRR, security sector reform (SSR), and reconciliation. Currently nested in the Office of the President, the DDRR Advisor is fundamental to the success of CAR's ongoing efforts to govern democratically, disarm and demobilize armed group actors, revitalize and professionalize its military, and maintain long-term peace and stability. Duties and Responsibilities
Assist and advise the Government of CAR to increase its capacity to implement, oversee, and coordinate disarmament, demobilization, repatriation, and reintegration (DDRR).
Assist CAR in implementing the national DDRR program (known by French acronym PNDDRR) by assisting and advising on the planning of DDRR operations throughout CAR, and by building the capacity of CAR government officials in the Executive Unit for DDRR.

SUMMARY: The Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) Program Manager / SERE Instructor will support the Naval Special Warfare Advanced Training Command (NSWATC) provide advanced training to Naval Special Warfare trainees and other select groups.
This effort includes full professional, technical, logistic, and curriculum service support for four (4) different courses of instruction related to SERE and Personnel Recovery (PR). The courses are taught to both Navy SEAL/Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman pipeline students and Combat Support/Combat Service Support (CS/CSS) personnel.
WORK LOCATION: San Diego, CA; Kittery, ME; Kodiak, AK and Virginia Beach, VA
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· The Program Manager will also act as an Instructor
· Responsible for the performance and quality of all work required in this contract
· Act with full authority for the Contractor and be available to interact, as required, with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) throughout the term of the contract
· Provide supervision of all courses defined in this contract and make regular visits to all training locations and sites to evaluate instructor compliance to training objectives, facilities, scenarios, and exercises
· Evaluate each training location and course a minimum of twice per year
· Have the knowledge base to validate training syllabi and instructor guides for SERE training
· Review, track, maintain, and update as required by student evaluations, instructor evaluations, student course critique s, and NSWATC End of Training Reports (EOT) per Government standard operating procedures
· Ensure that refresher and sustainment training in resistance techniques, safety, and other SERE related disciplines shall be accomplished quarterly, or as directed by the COR and that training is tracked and recorded in the instructor's training jackets
· Supervise all Contractor personnel, assign work to employees, and coordinate with the Contracting Officer or COR as necessary
· Provide a Monthly Status Report to the COR that addresses the following items:
o Status of Camp us Planning and SERE facilities
o Status of special projects
o Logistics and transportation planning and resource issues
o Vehicle and facility maintenance activities
o Security management activities
o Communications systems status
o Communication systems certified inventories
o Training aid design maintenance and installation activities
o Any other issues related to the COI's, students, scheduling, or SERE activities
· Provide the following deliverables:
o Course Convening Roster

o End of Training Reports
o Annual Course Reviews
o Instructor Training and Jacket and Evaluations
· Apply direct knowledge of SERE based training to influence training technique and structure

SUMMARY: The Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) Academic Training Instructor will support the Naval Special Warfare Advanced Training Command (NSWATC) provide advanced training to Naval Special Warfare trainees and other select groups.
This effort includes full professional, technical, logistic, and curriculum service support for four (4) different courses of instruction related to SERE and Personnel Recovery (PR). The courses are taught to both Navy SEAL/Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman pipeline students and Combat Support/Combat Service Support (CS/CSS) personnel.
WORK LOCATION: San Diego, CA; Kittery, MA; Kodiak, AK and Virginia Beach, VA
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Apply direct knowledge of SERE based training to influence training technique and structure
· Display high personal standards of technical knowledge and professional competence in delivering training material
· Perform in a military environment
· Use technology available during instruction
· Produce and update training materials, as required
· Deliver lecture type setting teaching to students
· Potentially handle classified material, publications (DoD SERE and Personal Recovery) and possess knowledge to access required documentation
· The length of the duty day shall vary depending on the scheduled training
o Shift work may be necessary to support training requirements
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
· At a minimum, must be Ex-military with a rank of E-5 or higher
· Must have a minimum of four (4) years of honorable service in the U.S. military
· Must have prior experience as a military instructor
· Must have successfully complete an approved DoD Instructor Training Course (ITC), or other equivalent.
· Preferred to have a Master Training Specialist designation
o Instructors not currently possessing the Master Training Specialist designation shall work toward attaining the MTS qualification within the first eighteen (18) month s of hire as an instructor
Instructors shall have graduated and have qualified as an instructor of an approved DoD SERE Level "C " Course to include:
Completion of an accredited SERE training program such as the SERE Instructor Naval Enlisted Classification (NEC)
SERE Military Occupational Specialty (MOS)
SERE Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC)
The qualified SERE instructor requirement can be waived for former SEALs, SWCCs who have previously qualified as a high-risk instructor
Preferred to be familiar with military with organization and hierarchy of the US Navy / military rank structure
Preferred to have knowledge of Navy and military terminology and shipboard/installation environments and configurations
Possess a knowledge of basic and advanced training techniques, and of computer technology applications as they apply to instructional delivery
Preferred to have, direct experience as a current or previously qualified DoD SERE Instructor at a Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) certified Level “C” Code of Conduct School Specialized Experience.
· Preferred to have experience as a Navy NEC 9518 (Naval Leadership Development Program (NAVLEAD) Instructor, or Graduate of one of the following courses of instruction:

Must be able to successfully complete medical (OPNAVINST 1500.75B) and psychological screenings.
Able to maintain high level of physical fitness (3-mile hike with 45lbs and provide up to 10 hours of instruction)
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have a valid state driver’s license

48. Ranger Subject Matter Expert (SME) / SAT - SUT Instructor Position (OCONUS)
GovSource Inc. (GSI) is seeking former US Army Ranger Instructors and/or prior service 75th Ranger Regiment Soldiers for immediate OCONUS employment. Candidates must have previously served in one of the three Ranger Training Brigades or the 75th Ranger Regiment.
The Ranger Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be part of a Security Assistance Team (SAT) located in Amman Jordan, training Special Operations students at the King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center (KASOTC). Training will include basic and advanced Soldier skills, Light Infantry, Ranger/SUT, CQB and other SOF skills and mission essential tasks.
• Applicants shall all be able to achieve a score of 270 points or higher on the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) for their age categories. Applicants must be physically fit due to strenuous training conditions and the expectation to serve as mentors and model the discipline expected of a professional Special Operations Soldier.
• Applicants shall have at least three (3) years’ experience in their subject matter expertise and possess expert knowledge in the small unit tactics they will be teaching. Applicants shall have previous, recent CENTCOM theater experience (within 5-8 years).
• Applicants shall have prior experience as an NCO (Staff Sergeant or higher) of an Airborne Infantry Platoon or the 75th Ranger Regiment
Preferred skills and experience are:
• Platoon Sergeant or above; Airborne Infantry or the 75th Ranger Regiment (Senior NCO’s are preferred)

Description – Global Intel Manager of a small cadre of Intelligence Professionals deployed globally, primarily in Southwest Asia.
Develop, source and manage RFIs in support of intelligence requirements for small, austere OCONUS sites without organic intel personnel or capabilities, primarily in East Africa. Intel Manger must advocate for these RFIs with other government agencies operating in the respective Area of Responsibility (AOR) with collection capabilities in the AOR. Intel Manager will use intelligence gleaned from these sources to inform planning and decision making by DoS and AAR leadership.
Manage RFIs to ensure they support Force Protection, provide situational awareness of local AOR population sentiment/atmospherics and Indications and Warnings of potential threats.
Maintain awareness and familiarity with enemy Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) regarding the use of social media and new sites. Understand how to apply Publicly Available Information (PAI) analysis and OSINT analysis against operations in austere locations with limited to no organic intel support. Develop RFIs associated with OSINT/PAI analysis and advocate for those RFIs with other government agencies operating in the respective AOR.
Fuse intelligence sources such as All-Source Intelligence, GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, PAI and OSINT to produce daily reports from all available sources to assist in aviation mission planning.
Provide reach-back intelligence analysis support as required to six forward deployed intel analysts in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Provide daily administrative support to six forward deployed intel analysts in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Travel to remote sites to provide intelligence and security site-assistance visits as required. Estimated 30% travel per year.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements –
Education –Associates or Bachelor’s Degree OR 4-8 years direct relevant intelligence analysis experience PLUS
Experience – at least eight years analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former Army MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 180A, 35D, 34A, or other DoD agency equivalent.
