Job Summary
Install, maintain, replace and repair electrical and electronic communications equipment.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all railroad rules and regulations for safety, operations and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)
• Install, maintain, replace, and check communication equipment including, but not limited to, cables, antennas, computers, printers, monitors, radios, telephones, modems, wireless components, security cameras, batteries, connectors, various parts and testing equipment
• Cut, splice, and pull cable on ground, poles and towers
• Use trenching equipment to bury equipment and cables in ground
• Receive and record inventory delivery
• Retrieve parts from inventory to install and maintain equipment

Training
You will be required to attend up to three weeks of paid training at the Railroad Education & Development Institute in Atlanta, GA. CSX will pay for travel, lodging and meals as required by collective bargaining agreement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• High School diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License
• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with Airbrake Endorsement prior to start date
• Ability to obtain and maintain a FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License prior to start date
• Two years' experience in radio, voice PBX systems, and/or data/networking troubleshooting and repair or technical degree in communications related field
Preferred Qualifications

• Two years' experience operating heavy equipment such as back-hoes, line/bucket trucks, excavating and aerial type lift equipment, etc.

• Maintain paint shop equipment including the spray booth, compressor, water traps, gun cleaners, respirators, and paint guns. Ensure that paint and refinish areas stay clean and organized.
• Maintain the paint color library as well as mixing equipment and containers.
• Maintain safe work practices and communicate any unexpected problems or required procedure changes to management.
• Maintain an 85% efficiency rating, or better.

This position is located, Program Executive Office (PEO) of the Office of Procurement and Logistics Office, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in Washington, DC.
This position supports all of the Project Management (PM) and Logistics activities of the PEO. The Project Manager contributes to the PEO and the Program Manager’s mission by planning, directing, implementing, evaluating and coordinating all functions and objectives.
Major duties and responsibilities include, but lim <> ited to the following:
• Analyzes and implements policies, regulations and procedures that affect their specific project and all of its associated activities;
• Implements the Program Manager’s overall guidance/direction and provides technical insight into developing/managing policies, procedures and operational schedules;
• Analyzes all tasks related to the different functions in the life cycle phases;
• Plans, implements, monitors and evaluates solutions requiring the application of advanced PM/organizational principles and uses an even wider range of qualitative and quantitative techniques;
• Analyzes the total life cycle support function across PM/PEO, using the key baseline criteria of cost, schedule and technical performance;
• Communicates/coordinates with the Program Manager, other related Managers, matrix support organizations,
the user community and contractor partners in support of the project execution;
• Administers, develops, implements and maintains policies, regulations and procedures that affect his/her
specific project and all of its associated activities;
• Develops, directs and/or implements total life cycle support functions that may involve activities such as planning, coordinating or evaluating all logistics actions required to support a specific project.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time, 8:00am-4:30pm. Compressed/Flexible Schedules Available. Telework May Be Available.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is responsible for the development, supervision, coordination, and implementation of international narcotics control assistance activities and international criminal justice issues for the US Department of State (DOS). RELATIONSHIPS
The Advisor receives direct government oversight, assignments, and direction from the INL Director at the US Embassy Monrovia or their deputy. The US-based INL Radio Communications Advisor provides technical oversight for the Advisor’s work.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Advisor will support, assist, and advise INL in its efforts to develop a radio communications project in support of the Liberia National Police (LNP) augmenting the existing radio system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with developing, implementing, and managing the radio communications project for the LNP that is responsive to Liberian priorities and US government (USG) goals and strategic objectives for Liberia
• Assist in the implementation of a radio communications project that is complementary of the existing LNP radio system; provide expert advice on a range of technical issues including, but not limited to, the definition of technical requirements for the deployment of an augmented radio communications system for the LNP

The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator will focus problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration as well as the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of intelligence (to include unevaluated intelligence) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate its construction, design, and usage.

Duty Summary: Works under the supervision of the Chief, Network Effects Cell (NEC). The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is responsible for international narcotics control and anticrime assistance and development activities for the US Department of State (DOS).
Currently, the Office of Criminal Justice Assistance and Partnerships (INL/CAP) is responsible for implementing major criminal justice reform programs in numerous countries, including Mexico, Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, Lebanon, Liberia, Haiti, Kosovo, and the Palestinian Authority. More than 1,200 police, corrections, and legal advisors are deployed in support of these programs worldwide. Each of these advisors must successfully complete pre-deployment training, (PDT), to be eligible for deployment.
The Training Specialist/Instructor (TSI) will provide assistance to the INL/CAP training team. The TSI will aid in the development, delivery, monitoring, assessment, coordination, and content control of criminal justice sector training courses to police, corrections and rule of law advisors being sent overseas in furtherance of DOS goals.
INL is in the process of re-designing and improving the existing training program; establishing operational and educational control for all pre-deployment training efforts; as well as preparing to serve the professional training needs of the entire bureau.
