6. Generator Field Service Technicians : Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC; Greensboro, NC
Qualifications: No degree required. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the
power generation field. Must be proficient in both mechanical and
electrical applications and have knowledge in troubleshooting,
maintenance, and repair for diesel and natural gas generator sets with
their associated fuel systems. Possess experience in troubleshooting
Automatic Transfer Switches, engine/generator control and excitation

Scope:
The Capture Manager is responsible for new business development including opportunity identification and qualification, capture management, proposal development and preparation for new business and current programs in the HIS business unit. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing, implementing and managing a capture strategy to achieve planned revenue growth in the federal marketplace.
The Capture Manager is responsible for managing cross functional teams to win assigned business opportunities, from the point when the opportunity is selected for pursuit until the contract is awarded. Overview: Immediate openings. This role will be to support of a U.S. Army Division providing personnel services performing access control, badge check and facility inspections to ensure compliance with protection and security requirements in a large compound area consisting of multiple high-rise buildings. The Army’s objective is to establish on-site professional support service for building lobby reception.
Primary Responsibilities:
Acknowledge personnel upon entering the facility.
Inspect all Government issued Common Access Cards (CAC) and AGENCY identification badges to prevent un-escorted entry into facility.
Compare the employee’s face to the photo on the CAC or AGENCY badge.
Physically touch the CAC or AGENCY badge to further measure security or to detect counterfeiting.
Screen unauthorized equipment/material before receiving a AGENCY Visitor’s badge. Responsible for informing the personnel escorting the visitor(s) that they must maintain a visual line of sight, physical proximity, or other means of control of the visitor(s) throughout the duration of being in that area/ building.
Process badge access applications, visitor requests, and issue badges. If visitor is NOT CLEARED, they require an escort.
Serve as an information center and answer inquiries made by visitors and/or employees.
Ensure visitors register and receive a visitor ID badge and have a proper escort if needed before being allowed entry into the facility.
Confiscate expired badges, log badge and turn into the PM for destruction.
Call the APG Police Department immediately if an unattended bag, box, or any other container is discovered. Complete Suspicious Package Checklist. Do not touch the package.
During the normal duty hours, notify the PM and COR of any security issues, including power failures, SMS issues, locks not working, doors not closing properly, etc.
Randomly inspect bags for cell phones, and any other media storage devices not approved for a restricted area
Monitor all alarms and CCTV, in the event of an alarm signaling a condition or incident contact building security manager.
Check the safe in the lobby once per night and fill out the SF 702.
Call the building custodian for all facility issues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare for critical course content and to instruct based upon lesson objectives
Capacity to motivate students based on the objectives
The ability to conduct effective High-Risk Role-Play as a method of instruction is crucial to experiential student learning within SERE High-Risk Level C Training
Adapt and adjust to doctrinal changes as lessons learned from the operational force are incorporated into POI and Joint Training Standards for SERE Level C training
Perform Resistance Training Laboratories (RTL) and participate in debriefing
Ensure each student graduates with the confidence and appropriate proficiency level to employ SERE and individual Personnel Recovery (PR) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) necessary to survive, evade, resist and escape across all spectrums of captivity
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
Must be a graduate of DoD recognized SERE Level C High-Risk Course which included Core Captivity Curriculum and the Directed Communication Model (DCM), with proof of certification; OR provide documentation of completion in Core Captivity Curriculum or the DCM from an accredited DoD SERE Course.
Must have a minimum of four (4) years of military service from any military branch, attained a minimum grade of E-5 and received an honorable discharge
Have the ability to maintain all physical and mental requirements, to include:
Pass a psychological evaluation
Accommodate rotating shifts, if needed
Perform work in varied conditions (indoor/outdoor, extreme inclement weather; to include rain and snow)
Pass a physical exam within the last 12 months from contract start date, per the suitable for duty requirements
Must be qualified and certified in accordance with (IAW) the Special Forces SERE School Instructor Certification Program (ICP).
Experience performing as a High-Risk Role Player
Ability to prepare critical course content and to conduct instruction
