Public Job Description
Designs courses and/or provides instruction to flight crew in ground school including such subjects as aircraft systems, operation procedures, emergency procedures, troubleshooting, integration with ground teams, and special operations tactics, techniques and procedures. Conducts aircraft visits and procedure training in both static aircraft and procedures trainers. Assists in aircraft familiarization.

Serves as a telephone operator on rotating shifts utilizing the T-Metrics Attendant Console; Placing and receiving a variety of local and long distance calls, government official and personal. Performs all duties as stated in the Contract Statement of Work which requires the use of tact, courtesy, judgment and professionalism.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (duties and responsibilities and percentage of time spent performing functions).
• Calls involve commercial numbers; leased lines; direct tie lines; and include overseas connections; collect or charge calls; conference calls, covered by both government and commercial billings, and charges made over both commercial and military systems.
• Applies various special government procedures and different types of local and long distance calls applicable to several different classes of telephones.
• Handle emergency calls such as fire alarms, bomb threats, calls for the Security Police and ambulance service.
• Provide directory assistance information and services requiring a general knowledge of the functions, protocol and activities of various Air Force installations.
• Performs Base Locator functions using the Global Address Listing. Furnishes telephone numbers, designations and location of offices and personnel.
• Calls out standby maintenance technicians, resets telephone exchange switches, and performs related duties as directed by the maintenance technicians.

• Inform the Lead Operator of customer complaints and annotate problem in the MSL.
• Notifies Lead Operator of any problems found in the MSL.
• Log all information on the MSL or notify the Lead Operators of information that is disseminated via the Public Address System, pop ups on the computer screen or the Giant Voice System.
• Ensure switchboard operations are handled in an expedient and professional manner.
• Complete training, on-the-job training for operator standards and procedures, methods and regulations. Use a personal computer to provide directory assistance and perform other functions. Must maintain proficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of established Operating Procedures.

• Participate in all Base Exercises and ensure co-workers are aware of exercise situation.

Position Description IT Systems Engineer to function as the Integrated Test Lab (ITL) Manager. The ITL Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the MDA Integrated Test Lab (ITL). The position is on the JRDC program at Schriever AFB, CO. The ITL Manager will lead the development and maturation of an integrated test lab environment. As part of the development effort, the position will evaluate and define the intended purpose of the lab and will assess the current equipment availability to ensure it adequately addresses the intended purpose and/or make recommendations to ensure an operable test lab capability is instantiated. Position Description The data management analyst supports Det 4 AFOTEC activities as a member of the AFOTEC support team. The analyst performs a variety of operational test and evaluation (OT&E)-related analysis tasks within the scope of the anatomy of an AFOTEC OT&E program. The analyst applies knowledge of/experience with ColdFusion, Crystal Reports, MS Access/Excel, Edit Plus, Standard Query Language (SQL) and web based data collection in support of multiple test teams. Specific responsibilities include:
• Develops and maintains SQL database with flexibility to change database as new needs and requirements are identified.
• Develops web-based data collection application used by test personnel to identify test procedures, equipment used, and results data collected during test
• Perform periodic data backups to prevent loss of data if existing system fails
• Apply AFOTEC required documentation to web-based application
• Assist in allocating analyst support relative to assigned priorities

Service Portfolio Management Service Owner for IT Services under the JRDC contract. The position will be located in Huntsville, AL or at Schriever AFB, CO based on selected candidate's preference.
Description:
The Service Portfolio Management Service Owner is responsible for the oversight of the Service Strategy ITIL processes and discrete project execution. The Service owner will be accountable for the ownership of the processes, work flows, reporting and metrics required for full life cycle and project management. The Service Owner will work with the government entities/organizations to validate that the Service Management offerings meet the requirements of the Engineering and Operational organizations to drive process improvements and procedures that will improve overall IT Service Delivery to the customer. The Service Owner will be responsible for managing a staff consisting of business and process engineers, Service Level Management and metrics staff. The Service Owner will be responsible for managing the Project Management Office (PMO) as well as coordinating across the peer organizations on continuous process improvement. The Service Owner will report to the JRDC CIO.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in an IT, Management, or Engineering discipline and 10 years of experience in organizational management and customer management. A Bachelor's degree and an additional five years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Master's degree. Must have experience in project management and process improvement. Must be ITIL certified and be very IT knowledgeable. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge of DOD proposal, contract, and budget practices, prior matrix and management of geographically dispersed teams. A strong systems engineering and project management background. JOB SUMMARY:
In this position, you will repair and maintain the AH-1W helicopter. Specific duties may include: removing, servicing, and installing aircraft subsystem assemblies; preparing aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks; performing scheduled inspections; and inspecting and repairing body, fuselage, landing gear, and other components required to keep the aircraft in top working order. JOB DESCRIPTION:
The qualified applicant must have recent airframes maintenance experience. Experienced with hand and pneumatic tools, measuring devices, portable support equipment. Perform corrosion control prevention and touch up painting. Perform modifications to aircraft structure and structural panels, drilling and riveting. Follows engineering drawings, schematics, safety procedures, military specifications, standards and technical manuals to accomplish assigned tasks. May be required to handle hazardous materials in performance of assigned duties. May be required to wear personal protective equipment, where applicable. Documents work performed in aircraft forms and records. The incumbent may be required to work from blueprints or project sketches and templates without the use of jigs or fixtures and should be able to perform a majority of the assembly operations on all parts of the aircraft as well as required fixture and bench assembly operations. Position may require periodic CONUS/OCONUS travel, shift-work in addition to scheduled and unscheduled overtime and weekend/holiday work.

In this position, you will repair and maintain the AH-1W helicopter. Support the customer by performing aircraft maintenance as part of an integrated team. Utilizes technical expertise to assist the customer in achieving and sustaining a high level of proficiency in the day-to-day maintenance and flight operations. Support at all levels from basic maintainer to quality assurance representative. Positions located in the following locations: MCAS Camp Pendleton, CA, MCAS New River, NC and Afghanistan.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position provides expertise in the following areas of aircraft maintenance. Applies general knowledge of military AH-1W aircraft hydraulic/pneumatic systems, ground support equipment, environmental systems, egress system, general electronic systems, AC / DC power distribution systems, avionics integration, secondary power, and mechanical and electronic flight control components and systems.
Must be capable of properly installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing aircraft avionics components and electrical systems. Applies knowledge of military AH-1W aircraft electrical systems, cockpit instrumentation, electronic flight controls, air data systems, electronic counter measures, fault recording systems, navigation systems, communication systems, and built-in test interpretation to support military rotary wing customers. Follows engineering drawings, schematics, safety procedures, military specifications, standards and technical manuals to accomplish assigned tasks. Documents work performed in aircraft forms and records. Position may require periodic CONUS/OCONUS travel, shift-work in addition to scheduled and unscheduled overtime and weekend/holiday work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Completion of Military Technical Training or comparable Civilian Trade School is desired.
• Training & Experience: Military or Civilian experience on AH-1W or equivalent aircraft required. 2-8 years of experience working on similar aircraft.
• Physical: May be required to work in areas that are noisy, dusty, and dirty. This position requires normal physical functions. Have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, work well with others and have the physical ability to lift and handle heavy material. Maybe required to work in harsh climates such as sand storms and high temperatures.
• Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to deal with a wide range of customers and Senior Managers. Must be comfortable supporting the Warfighter.

Education and Experience Requirements
These positions require significant operations/maintenance experience. Advanced course work in engineering, electrical or mechanical technology, or related disciplines is considered a plus. Because of the magnitude, fiscal responsibility and leadership demands of this position, successful candidates must effectively demonstrate particularly strong leadership abilities and must develop skills in coaching, team building, leadership and communications. Description: Provide Support services consisting of facilitation of maintenance (actual maintenance is performed by General Dynamics (GD)), supply support, technical assistance, logistics planning and management (consisting of any movement of Stryker vehicles into and out of the contractor employees AOR). Shall be required to perform 7 days a week for 12 hours a day in deployed locations (SWA) in Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
Duties/Responsibilities: Provide logistics operations and maintenance support services to the seven (7) Program Manager – Stryker Brigade Combat Teams (PM-SBCTs) forward deployed locations in Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
Shall: Facilitate maintenance, consisting of the following activities:
• On a daily basis, monitor, evaluate and provide daily reports to PM-SBCT on the status of prime contractor supplied Class IX (CL-IX) repair parts on hand in-country, on order, and projected needs over the next 90 days. In addition to daily written reports, provide verbal updates during the twice weekly Logistics Operation Cell (LOC) conference calls.
• On a daily basis, provide assessments and recommendations for the tracking of maintenance trends of all Stryker vehicles in the respective AOR, and parts with respect to availability. Daily informal verbal reporting to the PM-SBCT shall also be required via telephone and email.
• Provide supply support, consisting of the following activities: Arrange daily activities (consisting of setting up meetings and teleconferences) with PM-SBCT elements in the USA and abroad, U.S. Army Stryker Brigade Units. Perform Logistics Liaison expertise in the form of communicating information to other SWA and in-country logistics elements and maintenance operations including the U.S. Army Material Command (AMC) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
• Coordinate with in-country representatives for military air movements of all PM-SBCT personnel through all deployed Stryker locations based on mission needs.
• Provide technical assistance
• Prepare presentation material in order to brief incoming Army personnel (new deployments and officers coming into AOR) on the mission status.
• Provide support for logistics planning and management.
• On a daily basis, track and report the arrivals, current location, and status of all Stryker Vehicles being deployed into SWA.
• On a daily basis, attend logistical reviews, briefings, and meetings for mission status within the respective AOR.
Education: Applicant must have a BS degree and 10-15 years of experience working in a US Army Director of Logistics position as a Field Grade Officer.

Service Portfolio Management Service Owner for IT Services under the JRDC contract. The position will be located in Huntsville, AL or at Schriever AFB, CO based on selected candidate's preference.
Description:
The Service Portfolio Management Service Owner is responsible for the oversight of the Service Strategy ITIL processes and discrete project execution. The Service owner will be accountable for the ownership of the processes, work flows, reporting and metrics required for full life cycle and project management. The Service Owner will work with the government entities/organizations to validate that the Service Management offerings meet the requirements of the Engineering and Operational organizations to drive process improvements and procedures that will improve overall IT Service Delivery to the customer. The Service Owner will be responsible for managing a staff consisting of business and process engineers, Service Level Management and metrics staff. The Service Owner will be responsible for managing the Project Management Office (PMO) as well as coordinating across the peer organizations on continuous process improvement. The Service Owner will report to the JRDC CIO.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in an IT, Management, or Engineering discipline and 10 years of experience in organizational management and customer management. A Bachelor's degree and an additional five years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Master's degree. Must have experience in project management and process improvement. Must be ITIL certified and be very IT knowledgeable. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge of DOD proposal, contract, and budget practices, prior matrix and management of geographically dispersed teams. A strong systems engineering and project management background. Description: Provide Support services consisting of facilitation of maintenance (actual maintenance is performed by General Dynamics (GD)), supply support, technical assistance, logistics planning and management (consisting of any movement of Stryker vehicles into and out of the contractor employees AOR). Shall be required to perform 7 days a week for 12 hours a day in deployed locations (SWA) in Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
Duties/Responsibilities: Provide logistics operations and maintenance support services to the seven (7) Program Manager – Stryker Brigade Combat Teams (PM-SBCTs) forward deployed locations in Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
Shall: Facilitate maintenance, consisting of the following activities:
• On a daily basis, monitor, evaluate and provide daily reports to PM-SBCT on the status of prime contractor supplied Class IX (CL-IX) repair parts on hand in-country, on order, and projected needs over the next 90 days. In addition to daily written reports, provide verbal updates during the twice weekly Logistics Operation Cell (LOC) conference calls.
• On a daily basis, provide assessments and recommendations for the tracking of maintenance trends of all Stryker vehicles in the respective AOR, and parts with respect to availability. Daily informal verbal reporting to the PM-SBCT shall also be required via telephone and email.
• Provide supply support, consisting of the following activities: Arrange daily activities (consisting of setting up meetings and teleconferences) with PM-SBCT elements in the USA and abroad, U.S. Army Stryker Brigade Units. Perform Logistics Liaison expertise in the form of communicating information to other SWA and in-country logistics elements and maintenance operations including the U.S. Army Material Command (AMC) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
• Coordinate with in-country representatives for military air movements of all PM-SBCT personnel through all deployed Stryker locations based on mission needs.
• Provide technical assistance
• Prepare presentation material in order to brief incoming Army personnel (new deployments and officers coming into AOR) on the mission status.
• Provide support for logistics planning and management.
• On a daily basis, track and report the arrivals, current location, and status of all Stryker Vehicles being deployed into SWA.
• On a daily basis, attend logistical reviews, briefings, and meetings for mission status within the respective AOR.
Education: Applicant must have a BS degree and 10-15 years of experience working in a US Army Director of Logistics position as a Field Grade Officer.

- The leave rotation is 9 weeks on/3 weeks off - with paid leave rotation flights

Looking for an administrative assistant to perform the following duties:
* Provide exceptional service to all clients
* Maintain files and records in the client database
* Prepare necessary paperwork prior to client appointments
* Accurately complete and forward the necessary paperwork after a sale
* Maintain and distribute client suspense's
* Become proficient in all necessary computer applications to include the client database
* Screen all Advisor phone calls and handle each call appropriately
* Process incoming correspondence, mail and email
* Assist in problem resolution and act as the Advisor liaison with the various business partners as well as the Home Office
* Keep Advisor and other team members up to speed on pending business, production and progress
* Assist with District activities when requested
* Perform other duties as requested by the Advisor
Minimum Requirements
* 1 to 2 years general office experience preferred
* Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in basic computer skills
* Familiarity with various computer products such as MS Word and Excel
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast paced environment
* Self-motivated
* High school diploma or equivalent life experiences
* Satisfactory completion of background check, fingerprinting and required employment documentation
* Satisfactory completion of screening/hiring tool if required by District Advisor
