1. Security Sector Reform (SSR) Adviser - Liberia
Security Sector Reform (SSR) Adviser to the Minister of Defense (MinDef), Chief of Staff (CoS) of the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL), and their respective staff. The position is embedded in the Liberia Ministry of National Defense and Armed Forces of Liberia at the Barclay Training Center.
DUTIES and Responsibilities
Conduct a needs assessment with the Government of Liberia to assess capability gaps, establish baseline metrics for performance,
and outline objectives during the period of performance. Advise the MinDef, CoS of the AFL, and their staffs with a primary objective of enhancing existing staff planning, programming and execution processes and capabilities, and facilitating improved coordination, in accordance with the approved needs assessment. Develop a professional rapport with senior leaders and staff members of the Ministry of Defense (MoD) and AFL Headquarters (HQ). Advisor should, consistent with USG goals and objectives, be responsive to the needs and priorities of the MoD and AFL as defined by the MinDef and the AFL CoS. Participate as an embedded member of the MoD and AFL HQ staff in the development of plans, procedures, and processes aimed at capability and capacity building. Assist the MoD and AFL HQ staff develop, implement, and institutionalize sustainable processes that will enable the AFL to operate
and the MoD to provide appropriate strategic guidance, budgetary, administrative, personnel, and logistical support to the Armed
Forces of Liberia. Assist the MoD and the AFL HQ staff in improving resource management capability and capacity though AFL policy development and implementation, training, and other means. Assist in developing the strategic and operational planning, policy development and implementation capacity of the MoD and AFL. Participate in and/or conduct classes, seminars, exercises, site visits, conferences, and other events to promote best practices and capacity building within the MoD and AFL. Coordinate activities with the Senior Defense Official; work with the OSC, DAO, the Defense Institution Reform Initiative (DIRI), and other capacity-building organizations to ensure synchronization of goals and objectives between the MoD, AFL, and the U.S. government. Support MoD/AFL internal coordination with implementation of U.S. Department of Defense military assistance capacity-building engagements in conjunction with the OSC with the MoD and AFL. Assist in developing the MoD and AFL role in other national security related areas as may be desired by MoD/AFL and the U.S. government in conjunction with the U.S. Embassy country teams (such as emergency/disaster response, control of small arms/light weapons, maritime safety and security, and conflict early warning). Support MoD and AFL efforts to keep stakeholders informed per Data Deliverables of results and make recommendations for
program objectives. Support MoD and AFL efforts to leverage/maximize synergy and activities awareness between U.S. (DOS,
DoD), international donor community, MOD/AFL, UN, AU, and other programs and initiatives. Under the direction of the SDO and OSC and in collaboration with the Minister of Defense and the AFL CoS, assist in implementing existing plans to facilitate the development of improved capability of the MoD to manage, sustain and employ the AFL. Assist, in cooperation with the Embassy, in the development of assessment instruments that may be used by the MoD/AFL and the U.S. government to evaluate the effectiveness of programs. The SSR Advisor may be required to develop training materials and conducting training during performance. All training requirements will be subject to negotiation in accordance Clause B-016, requiring approval by the COR and authorization by the CO.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The SSR Advisor Shall Posse:
· Master’s degree and at least ten (10) years prior professional experience working in the security sector OR a Bachelor’s degree
and at least fifteen (15) years of prior professional experience working in the security sector.
· Must have reached, at a minimum, the rank of O-5 in the U.S. military or U.S. civilian equivalent (i.e. FS-02/GS-14) in a civilian
capacity under Honorable conditions.
· Fluently speak, read, and write English (Equivalent to DOS Language Rating 4/4)
· Two (2) years of technical and management experience analyzing and supporting organizational reform of a government
agency.
· Two (2) years of technical and management experience analyzing and supporting reform in human resources, financial management, and budget management of a government agency.
· Two (2) years of experience advising and mentoring Sub-Saharan military officers and/or civilian staff at the staff officer
level (O-3 and higher/GS-13 and higher) developing security institutions commanded by a Sub-Saharan military Lieutenant Colonel or
higher or civilian equivalent.
· Two (2) years of personal working experience at the staff officer level in security sector policy and planning embedded in an
outside organization and/or foreign government.
· Two (2) years of working experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Job Description: Our remote Field Service Engineers provide a highly professional level of technical support

supervision.

• Plan and supervise customers in the execution of field installations of equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers on the installation, operation, troubleshooting, part

What You’ll Get to Do:

More About the Role:

Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.

GSI is hiring former US Army Ranger instructors for employment and OCONUS mobilization immediately. Candidates must be a recent US Army Ranger instructor or have served as members of the 75th Ranger Regiment.

Conduct multi-layered, multi-intelligence analysis to define patterns of IED network activity in order to narrow the search space to conduct CIED operations. Provide intelligence targeting support products and "reach-back" support to forward-deployed elements as required.
Positions will require periodic CONUS travel and six month deployments OCONUS.
An ideal candidate will have military intelligence experience, recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, GEOINT, All-source), able to fuse information from different disciplines into one comprehensive intelligence product.

Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance (TS/SCI)
Be deployable to the required theater of operations.
