•Minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing analytical intelligence related activities.
•No less than five (5) years of operational analysis in their analytical field.

5. CBRNE Field Service Technician : Edgewood, MD
Position Description: STS International is seeking an experienced Field Service Technicians to help support the Army’s Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE) Analytics & Response Systems (JPdM-CBRN A&RS) requires CLS services for Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) equipment sets used by CBRNE Analytical and Remediation Activity (CARA) and the Nuclear Disablement Team (NDT) of the 20th CBRNE Command. Services will to include sustainment, calibration, maintenance and repair of equipment and an asset management system to provide total supply, service and maintenance support. This includes equipment repair, shipping, accountability of equipment, inventory, shelf life and warranty management, equipment service contract information, and preventive maintenance scheduling. To maintain readiness, onsite and offsite support services.
Responsibilities:
· Provide all acquisition logistics support functions (i.e., planning, development, implementation, and management of support concepts and strategies) for programs within the JE-CLaSS portfolio.
· Provide technical support for CBRNE Commercial Off The shelf (COTS) equipment, repair, troubleshoot and maintain.
· Plan and develop effective product support strategies, ensuring they meet established goals for operational effectiveness and readiness.
· Manage, review and comment on Contractor technical manuals, validation efforts, provisioning data, training packages, and other logistics-related deliverables.
· Perform task include ordering parts, issue, receive, work orders, calibration accountability and inventory.
· Ensure integration of all support elements to maximize system deployment, supportability and mobility.
· Must be familiar with all aspect of DoD ordering process.
Minimum/General Requirements:
· One of the following MOS’s;
1. 74D Chemical Operations Specialist MOS
2. 52B Army Nuclear and Counter –Proliferation
3. 94F Army Computer/Detection Systems Repairer.
· Minimum 10 years’ of experience with CBRNE COTS equipment, to include a minimum of three or more years of experience in entry level logistics operations.
· Current Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) certification
· Maximo experience is required.
· The selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
· Active DOD Secret clearance or higher.
Education and Certifications Requirement:
· High School Diploma or equivalent and a completed apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty.
· Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) certification.
· DOD HAZMAT Certified
· Logistics certified through official military school or private sector experience is preferred.

Position Specifics: This position is located at Lifac facility in Hampton, VA. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Confidential Security Clearance. This position will require the ability to operate a forklift and scissor lift and candidate must have a clean driving record. Candidate will be required to operate, complete maintenance and train customers on drill press, powered shears, blast booth, iron working and sheet metal equipment as well as powder coating apparatus, spray painting, and paint booths. Candidate must have demonstrated mechanical ability to operate and maintain welding, drill press, powered sheers, blast booth, iron working and sheet metal equipment as well as powder coating apparatus, spray painting, and paint booths.
Must be able to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes. The exact weight requirements will be determined by the specific job, but no less than 30 lbs. Job Description:
Will function as a part of an Afghanistan-based intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of customer's analytical requirements. Position Summary:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•Actively participate in C.O.G.S. process to ensure the continued success of the program- maintain knowledge of the process through training, perform scheduled observations, and provide quality feedback in order to promote safer work behaviors and conditions.
•Diagnose combustion, electrical, and other equipment problems using a variety of test procedures.
•Dismantle combustion, electrical and other equipment, replace defective parts, reassemble and test.
•Work from quality procedures, customer specifications, industry specifications, machine manuals, and instructions from Group Leaders, Supervisor, and Service Technicians.
•Understand and work with wiring diagrams and schematics.
•Install and modify equipment in accordance with code requirements.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Deliver CTI developed courseware through instruction/facilitation in a classroom environment and develop aircraft specific CRM courseware.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor of Science / Arts degree in aviation or related field or equivalent academic experience.
Training and Experience: Must have flying experience within the past seven (7) years and a minimum of 500 flying hours in the B-52 aircraft.
Desired Experience: Instructor experience and 1000 hours in the B-52 aircraft.
General Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, flexible in work assignments, work with little to no supervision, and enthusiastic. Ability to travel extensively as required by work assignments. Security clearance required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for their aircraft by providing technical content for courseware.
• Conduct academic instruction.
• Conduct remedial student training when required.
• Monitor Stan Eval trends and initiate revisions in courseware to address customer trends.
• Monitor courseware currency in assigned academic areas of responsibility.
• Develop courseware/monitor courseware currency for their assigned aircraft and assigned areas of responsibility.
• Provide content input for all lesson revisions for which they are the primary SME.
• Coordinate lesson revision input with other I/SMEs.
• Identify areas of instruction requiring immediate attention.
• In coordination with the customer, develop an annual training plan for the primary customer site to which they are assigned.
• Review all aircraft and operations-related publications for updated information to be incorporated into courseware and training materials.
• Maintain proficiency and certification to teach as outlined in the CTI Instructor Training and Certification Plan.
• Serve as the interface between the customer and CTI.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned (e.g., business development, local meetings, CRM research, etc.).

More About the Role:
You will provide operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities regarding planning and synchronization of C-IED support to deployed SOF elements in the AOR. You will remain relevant and valuable to the supported command through coordination of SOF requests for C-IED support with other deployed assets and enabling elements.
You will directly support embedded teammates; manage requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with SOF pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
•Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
•Minimum two years’ experience providing operational support to one or more SOF units or commands.
•Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations assigned to a SOF unit.
•Minimum of five years of experience with the military planning cycle and tactical ground operations.
•The ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

Recruitment and Staffing Support
The Contractor shall provide recruitment and staffing support to customers of the three HRSSCs located in Cincinnati, OH. The following functions shall be performed in accordance with the SSC Standard Operating Procedures, the Agency’s policies and guidance, and the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) rules and regulations:
a. Consult with the SSC HR Specialists on recruitment actions
b. Develop job analysis and create crediting plans
c. Draft vacancy announcements using EPA’s EZ Hire systems
d. Conduct qualification determinations
e. Prepare certificates of eligibles
f. Risk Designation (OPM’s Position Designation Automated Tool)
g. Coordinate with Personnel Security Branch
Recruitment Staffing Specialist:
Provides expert recruitment and staffing related services, applying skill levels equivalent and on par with a GS-12 level Federal staffing specialists.
The expert/specialist(s) shall have responsibility for providing support to human resources specialists in the SSCs.
Key responsibilities shall include developing job analyses, developing crediting plans, drafting vacancy announcements, reviewing qualifications, and preparing certificates of eligibles.
