Performance Profile/Position Description:
Ø This candidate will be part of a team using a client implementation of Microsoft Project Server 2003 to provide Integrated Master Schedule and Component Schedule management services. Persons fulfilling this role will be supporting HQ AFMC/A4N by maintaining client schedules, administering the Project Server environment, integrating project management processes, and providing expert advice concerning industry best-practices and compliance with recognized industry standards in project management execution and project management office management.
Ø Top performing candidates in this position will display strong leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills required to drive sound project management standards compliance across the project team. These team members should display advanced skills in enterprise scheduling with Microsoft Project Server 2003 (2007 experience/familiarity is also highly desirable) as well as established past experience with configuring, administering, and operating the Microsoft Project Server 2003 solution.
Ø Persons in this role will be expected to be well versed in the project management lifecycle, project and programmatic scheduling, integrated master schedule management, risk management, issue management, and routinely apply basic project management principles through the use of the Microsoft Project Server 2003 solution.
Ø Persons in this role will be expected to contribute to business development activities by identifying new business opportunities, supporting proposal development, supporting client facing sales activities, and supporting the development of the Group’s project management solution capabilities/offerings.
Ø Person in this role will have daily end-client interaction. Team members in this role are expected to provide outstanding client deliverables as well as total professional representation. Candidate will conduct interactions with client as necessary to communicate schedule status, conduct “what-if” drills, propose improvements in schedule management and solution management configuration, and successfully deliver high-value deliverables. Strong performance and exceptional leadership skills are expected for candidate to become client’s trusted advisor in the proper management of the project. Candidates will work with functional to build and amend schedules, and report to HQ AFMC/A4N management.
Ø Candidate will also contribute to the development of new Deloitte project management solutions, intellectual property, and the internal operations of the Enterprise Program Management Solutions Group.

Position-specific Required Skills:
Minimum of 4 years in program/project scheduling experience
Certifications: actively hold Microsoft certification via the IIL “Belt” series or one or more of the following Microsoft 2007 certifications: Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS) Microsoft Office Project 2007, Managing Projects (70-632) and MCTS Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, Managing Projects (70-633) [ability to become certified in both within 2 weeks of joining Deloitte also considered]
Preferred candidates can display minimum 2 years experience deploying and administering the Microsoft Project Server solution (to include graphical indicator development, project controls, and reporting)
Preferred candidates possess minimum 4 years experience in planning and managing projects/programs with Microsoft Project Server solution, with at least 2 years of IMS development and management

Communications Planner (Colorado Springs, CO)
Provide support for USNORTHCOM Command, Control Systems Directorate to develop and integrate communications annexes (Annex K) into the Concept Plans developed by the command. Coordinate with components and subordinates to ensure they develop supporting plans. Coordinate with various DOD, Federal, State, Local, and Tribal agencies to ensure appropriate levels of support are offered by the command in supporting their operations. Review plans developed by components, subordinates, other combatant commands, and other federal agencies to ensure USNORTHCOM plans meet their support requirements. Also, serve as a staff officer, processing various taskings received in the branch.

Anti-Terrorism Staff Positions in Germany JR 39942

CACI is collecting resumes to bid on work supporting Anti-Terrorism staff positions in the US Army Europe (USAREUR G3) in Heidelberg Germany. Specifically we are looking to fill two positions. This is a one year contract. No relocation costs provided (but will provide a one time 3K travel reimbursement/initial set-up). Pay is commensurate and competitive based on experience1. The Senior AT Analyst must have a current TS/SCI clearance. The Sr Analyst will have be a former field grade officer (O4 or 05), recent experience in USAREUR, AT and Force Protection schooling and jobs as a minimum. He should have 6 years direct experience.2. The AT analyst must also have a TS/SCI clearance. The analyst in the same, ie former field grade officer (O4 or 05), CGSC, experience in theater, and some Force Protection training

Duties and Responsibilities:Senior Analyst: A person with recent and relevant experience as a Senior Analyst for antiterrorism programs or services. Recent experience is defined as experience within the previous four years due to the rapidly changing environment in antiterrorism. The Senior Analyst will provide on site program management support responsible to the COR for contract matters. The Senior Analyst shall have extensive knowledge in developing and implementing current Joint, Theater and USAREUR Anti-Terrorism doctrine, plans, policy, and procedures. The Senior Analyst shall have extensive knowledge of the terrorist threat and recent experience in implementing or recommending for implementation counter measures using National assets. The Senior Analyst shall have recent experience in producing written and providing oral communications at the MACOM or higher level. The Senior Analyst shall be capable of producing briefings, policy, and Operations Orders for General Officer (Brigadier General to General) review, approval, and signature. The senior analyst will direct the efforts of his contractor team in the staffing of AT documents, review and comment on Strategic Planning, recommendation on changes to AE Regulation 525-13, participation in staff visits to units throughout the USAREUR AOR to conduct assessment, surveys, and staff assistance. The senior analyst will provide assistance in conduct of forums to review, analyse, assess and evaluation AT program implementation and development The Senior Analyst will manage the subordinate analyst on this task and ensure responsiveness to PWS requirements. The Senior Analyst shall be responsible for the submission of all reports and products. The senior analyst will be an ILE graduate or equivalent with extensive senior field grade level operational experience in USAREUR.AT Analyst: The AT Analyst must have a detailed knowledge of AE regulation 525-13 and the current directives governing Joint, theater, and US Army Europe Anti-Terrorism Doctrine, Plans, Policy and Procedures under the direction of the senior analyst. The analyst will support all areas of responsibility assigned to the senior analyst. The analyst must have extensive experience in Army organizations in military decision making processes and be a ILE or equivalent graduate or service as a field grade officer

Required Qualifications: Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related work experience. Masters degree preferred. Must have a current US TS/SCI clearance.

Instructors must have graduated the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center, Fort Bragg or the PJ Course at Kirkland AFB.

All travel will be arranged by DMI's travel coordinator and all lodging will be provided at a DMI team house.

Positions as System Approach to Training (SAT) Analyst and Design Specialist

Immediate Vacancies: The UAE Special Operations Command has immediate openings for two System Approach to Training (SAT) Analyst and Collective Training Design Specialists.

General Job Description. The SAT Analyst and Collective Training Design Specialists will work in the Headquarters of the SOC, in the Operations Directorate. Responsibilities will include developing collective training processes and products for the subunits of the command, based on the Systems Approach to Training (SAT). Collective training will focus on Teams, Sections, Platoons, Companies and Battalions. Core training areas will be Counter Terrorism, Amphibious Operations and Mobility Operations. The SAT Analyst and Collective Training Design Specialist will develop SAT products that support training and evaluation in core disciplines (similar to US ARTEPs). As no formal collective SAT processes yet exist in the command, the two SAT Analyst and Collective Training Design Specialists will initially assess requirements and develop a SAT Collective Training SOP and a SAT Collective Training Implementation Plan. Once the SOP is developed, approved and in-place, the SAT Specialists will begin to develop products to support collective training.

Qualifications. The candidates will have formal training and certification in the System Approach to Training (SAT) and will have extensive practical job experience in a position as a SAT Analyst/Design Specialist in a Training Command such as TRADOC, the JFKSWCS (DOT-D), the Infantry Center, etc. Both formal training and job experience are required. The ideal candidate will be an ex-Special Forces senior NCO or Commissioned Officer. A high-degree of computer proficiency is required with particular emphasis in MS Word and Excel.

Location and Compensation. The positions are in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates with the UAE SOC HQ. The work environment is in a modern office with approximately 35-40 hours of work each week. Compensation is very generous with a large base salary, vehicle, phone and utilities allowance (totaling approximately $130,000 annually). Housing is paid for with a more than adequate housing allowance. Vacation is 36 days annually with round trip Business Class airfare from Abu Dhabi to home of record, twice a year for employee, spouse and up to three children. Education allowance is provided for up to three children under age 18. An end of service gratuity is paid consisting of three weeks' salary for each year of service. A substantial shipping allowance is authorized for inbound and outbound shipping of household goods. Initial contract is for two years.

Position for Civil Affairs/Psyops/SF Operating through Interpreters SME

Seeking to hire a Civil Affairs Operating through Interpreters Subject Matter Expert (SME). The successful candidate will have held MOS series 37, 38 or 18 for a minimum of 4 years, and have specialized experience in operating with interpreters and negotiation within the last 4 years . The successful candidate will also have training development experience and an active security clearance . Prefer expertise in one or more of the following regions : East Timor, Arabic, Haiti, South America, Horn of Africa, Burma, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka.

Qualifications:
Have held MOS or AOC 37, 38 or 18 series minimum of 4 years.
Specialized experience in Negotiations and Training Development.
Experience must be within the past 4 years.

Duties include the provision of subject matter expertise in Civil Affairs Operating through Interpreters programs, tasks and operations to ensure that all deliverables meet customer requirements. The Civil Affairs Operating through Interpreters SME will assist in clarifying customer expectations and standards, and respond to concerns related to all interpreter-related and cultural aspects of the courseware design, development, production, and delivery. The Civil Affairs Operating through Interpreters SME will write realistic scenarios for training in negotiations and operating through interpreters.
