Position Description Brief Description
As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the client products customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

Detailed Description
As a Sr. Support Engineer, you will be the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use of the client’s products. You should have an understanding of all Oracle products in their competencies and in-depth knowledge of several products and/or platforms. Also, you should be highly experienced in multiple platforms and be able to complete assigned duties with minimal direction from management. In this position, you will routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.

Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. May have project lead role.

Additional Details
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be the technical interface and contact point to CCA R&D and QA teams, for resolution of problems related to the CallcenterAnywhere product. Your primary task will be to provide application support to partner organization and customers and maintain high level of customer satisfaction. You must be able to work with general guidance and, in some areas, may work independently.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Manage Contact OnDemand Contact Center application for various environments, address issues/requests/questions relating to the application received from the R&D, QA and second-level support team.
• Act as a subject matter expert for other team members fielding and addressing Contact OnDemand issues and questions.
• Develop, document and publish knowledge base content to assist in knowledge sharing and to provide for streamlined issue resolution

General Requirements Preferred Qualifications:
• 4 years experience with Oracle Core products or five years experience with Applications products and have a technical degree.
• Strong customer service skills and an eagerness to excel and be part of a dynamic, fast growing team
• Strong bias for action and ability to independently evaluate situations and identify best courses of action

Position Description: Identity Operations Manager (IOM) (biometrics subject matter expert) for Commander. Interacts with DOD Biometrics Community of Interest (COI) articulating COCOM requirements and making recommendations to improve DOD policies and enterprise services. Provides strategic, operational and tactical lessons learned with respect to the acquisition, installation, and employment of biometric programs, systems and devices.
Provides the Joint Staff and Service component commands with the acquisition program resource requirements necessary to achieve biometric acquisition program objectives for the COCOM. Identifies documents, prioritizes and obtains Commander's validation and approval to submit identity operations resource requirements to the Joint Staff.
Ensures biometric functionality with DOD enterprise and improves theatre capability to operate. Synchronizes Biometrics Enabled Intelligence (BEI) and operations activities to meet the commander's tactical, operational and strategic goals.
Provide oversight of and assist in the development of a theater/COCOM specific biometrically-enabled watchlist.

Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge and experience of DOD biometric capabilities and operations. Complete understanding of biometric mission requirements and the ability to envision use of biometrics technology to enhance a wide range of COCOM/TSOC missions.
Knowledge of current and emerging biometrics technology. Knowledge of DOD live/latent fingerprints collection, iris scans, facial recognition, voice pattern analysis, DNA, hand geometry and behavioral patterns.
