L3 NSS has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, VTC Technician with an advanced level of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) configuration management. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization OCONUS in Afghanistan. This position is required to travel OCONUS for a minimum of one year.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users and will report directly to the Task Order Lead.
Specifically the VTC Technician will be responsible for scheduling and supporting Tier 3 Audio Visual devices in the DoD organization. The technician will be responsible for the Audio Visual Conferencing administration, administration shall include but not limited to installations, routine maintenance (patches, updates, etc), remedial maintenance, hardware and software support. They will act as the centralized VTC network maintenance focal point, receiving and responding to alerts from network VTC systems conducting troubleshooting and coordinating with appropriate vendors for maintenance support. They will also track, document, and brief VTC utilization trends and maintain and update web-based VTC schedule. When required the candidate will provide escalation issues, coordinate projects and design recommendations for audio, video and conference equipment, and implement/Life Cycle refresh for audio and video conference equipment.
Required:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Medical and Dental Non-clinical Case Management and administrative Care Coordinator staffing in support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR). This requirement is designed to be flexible, responsive, and meets the ever-evolving needs of the government. DoDI 6025.19 establishes aggressive quarterly and annual metric goals for the separate IMR elements and for the overall IMR category of Fully Medically Ready (FMR) soldiers. The ultimate goals are to produce real-time reports based on complete, accurate data.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Preferred possession of a minimum 2 year degree in a medical field. Required minimum of two (2) years’ experience with knowledge of military culture and experience in a medical field, customer service, human resources, and case management. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Responsible for tracking medical status of ALL assigned Soldiers, in accordance with DoD, NGB, and State guidelines in reference to type of follow up, timelines, dispositions and all other guidance set forth in policy.
• Attend soldier readiness process/reverse soldier readiness process (SRP/RSRP) events and perform detailed records review of individual soldiers to identify any medical/dental concerns that require correction to maintain a deployable status..
• Ensure all medical documentation received from the Soldier and/or their medical team is received and placed in appropriated electronic record,
• Review medical packets to include MEBs, LODS, INCAP, RCMC, etc for accuracy and advise units on corrective actions if needed.
• Maintain Soldier medical records in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 40-66.
• Provide medical officer and/or MEB coordinator or delegate with all relevant medical/dental documentation to make informed decisions on Soldiers care he/she is being profiled for in an organized fashion.
• Obtain release of information from Soldier.
• Track medical appointments by communication with unit to ensure Soldier attendance and submission of follow up documentation.
• Correctly document care in MODS.
• Run MEDPROS report pre/Post PHA/SRP event.
• Monitor MEDPROS to ensure all scheduled services are completed/updated and current medical status is reflected.
• Report Medical Readiness updates to case manager as needed and/or requested
• 1.3.27 Upload and index medical documents of case managed Soldiers into Health Readiness Record (HRR).
• MODS entry of immunizations, designation of pregnancy, eye exams, medical warning tags.
• Performs on site Mobilization Station Assistance visits for units of the KY-ARNG to facilitate processing through the SRP at the mobilization station as well as maintain a deployable status at all times.
• Develops and maintains local mobilization medical readiness information databases and spreadsheets to provide weekly status reports to units and State Surgeon’s Office.
• Coordinate referrals for soldiers to address all components of a fully medical ready and resilient Soldier to include the psychological, family, social, spiritual, and emotional support programs available to service members (SM) using 4.19 Develop and maintain positive relationships at multiple levels within the KY-ARNG, including both Army and Air National Guard.
• Works with MTF, Tri-Care and the Military Medical Support Office (MMSO) to obtain prior authorization for treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS Must have a degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management, business administration or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications or systems OR three years of general experience as well as three years of specialized experience.
Knowledge of and skill in applying customer support concepts and methods; customer training technologies; systems analysis concepts and techniques; customers’ business processes and operations; cost-benefit analysis methods; and Internet technologies; sufficient to evaluate the feasibility of proposed new systems development projects; consult with customers to refine requirements; translate training requirements into design specifications; determine best approaches for implementing training solutions within the technical environment; and present formal training to all levels of users within the supported environment.

Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Master’s Degree in Social Work preferred. Licensed or Climical Social worker is also preferred.

Job Summary:
• Oversee Crawford House Resident Plan.
• Ensure that each Resident is assigned a Primary Care and Mental Health Care Provider through the VA Clinic.
• Ensure that residents are registered with the Pikes Peak Workforce Center.
• Ensure that residents have an active Resume.
• Ensure that residents are enrolled in HAV and HUD VASH Programs.
• Monitor whether residents are saving 75% of their income upon gainful employment. If bills are due, subtract that amount and ensure they are saving the remainder.
• Require residents to show proof of income upon gainful employment.
• Maintain Clinical Files on Residents in the Crawford House.
• Monitor residents who are on the disability track to ensure they are volunteering 20 hours a week within the community.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Maintain current knowledge of the Policies for CVRC and the Standard Operating Procedure Manual.
2. Interview, advise and monitor income for homeless veterans. Provide assistance with mental and medical appointments, and direct them to appropriate agencies for their personal needs.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people, including the young, the emotionally distraught, the angry and those suffering from duel mental health diagnosis.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and to direct the work of others.
5. Ability to organize, updates, and disseminate large amounts of information.
6. Supervise four part-time employees and one full-time employee.
7. Ensures that grant reimbursements and reports are submitted in a timely manner.
8. Submits bi-monthly billing to the Veterans Administration Clinic to the Substance Abuse Program as well as the homeless program.
9. Familiarize yourself with OB-10 (Online submission of approved billings).
License or Certifications:
Preferred but not required.

Duties are primarily performed in an office environment. At times, interacts with individuals under stressful conditions.

50. AEHF COMSEC Manager (Colorado Springs, CO)
Apogee is seeking Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) Planners with International Partner (IP) experience to support the IP Annex Support Center in Colorado Springs, CO. The IPASC is the primary interface with AEHF IPs for resource monitoring, Global Scenario (GS) development, system architecture, testing, training, and communications security (COMSEC). The AEHF COMSEC Manager position will provide technical support and engineering to the IPs for AEHF satellite communications (SATCOM) COMSEC, resource planning and monitoring, system engineering, modeling, testing, and training. This position may require shift work occasionally. Apogee is a growing provider of research, engineering, operations, financial and administrative expertise across an array of federal government organizations such as the Department of Defense, NASA, and the Department of Transportation.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Provide COMSEC responsibilities for the IPASC
•Provide IPs with associated COMSEC materials
•Provide COMSEC training support
•Ensure proper export control of Mission Planning Element (MPE) data to the IPs
•Support IPASC Mission Planning activities including IP troubleshooting and technical assistance
Requirements:
