Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC), Logistics Support Management Center’s (LSMC) Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) Division as a Senior Logistician and Quality Assurance specialist in support of MIDPAC/WESTPAC regional operations. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in all QA related functions as directed by the government regional CSP QA lead performing such functions as may be required to assist in the oversight of the CSP 3PL. Interface with CSP government leadership to develop, execute and support CSP actions to promote and enhance the effective implementation of program policy, methodologies, processes, standing operating procedures, and business processes and procedures to facilitate enterprise level worldwide operations; assist in the oversight third party logistics providers; and coordination of overall CSP daily operations. Represent the regional government CSP QA lead and Director CSP as required to include but not limited to relevant MCLC, DoD, combined/joint project operations and business activities to include IPTs, working groups, conferences, teleconferences, VTC’s, briefings, etc. Prepare/present briefings and presentation materials as required. Responsible for managing large and complex projects and providing management for a group of smaller projects via subordinate managers. Tracks and controls scope of work, resource utilization, schedules, and work accomplishments. Travel as required. Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess two (2) years of college education and twelve (12) years of relevant experience, or any equivalent combination of education/ experience for a total for fourteen (14) years. The ideal candidate will possess: (1) extensive experience supporting the CSP PMO performing day-to-day wholesale supply anagement and QA/QC support; (2) subject matter expertise in CSP operations at various CONUS and OCONUS locations, comprehensive knowledge of Marine Corps policies, procedures, and operational doctrine related to CSP operations and 3PL activities, including quality metrics, standards, and Government expectations for end-user supply support via 3PL providers; (3) Understanding of CSP PMO operations, major ongoing improvements, acquisition programs, Government leadership priorities and budget constraints, and current 3PL CSP operational paradigm; (4) knowledge of past CSP operational paradigms and historical lessons learned and best practices for Marine Corps Consolidated Storage desired; (5) Comprehensive understanding of Marine Corps or Joint logistics and supply operations CONUS, OCONUS, and related to high-tempo contingency operations; (6) Broad knowledge of MCLC organization, command structure, and ongoing global logistics operations; (7) Comprehensive understanding of CSP operations from both the PMO perspective and the end-user perspective; (8) Knowledge of the equipment included within the CSP domain; and (9) Familiarity with DPAS and/or other similar USMC/DoD LOGAIS systems. Must have one (1) year of management and supervisory experience leading personnel, and must be able to function independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Must be able to conduct strategic planning to achieve initiatives in alignment with Command priorities, and be adept at communicating with all levels of personnel from commanding officers and Command staff to lowest user level. High-level writing, verbal, and presentation skills are a must-have. Must be able to obtain/maintain base access and a DoD CAC card. Must favorably pass a National Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit Checks (NACLC).
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required.
Work Environment:
This job primarily is performed in an office environment primarily in an inside environment/cubicle. Needs to be able to work well with co-workers and clients. Needs to have clear, concise and accurate communication skills (English language). Independent personal transportation to office and to offsite locations is required. Must be able to gain access to Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA., as needed.
Equipment and Machines:
Ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, fax machine and other equipment including desk supplies and other work related tools as required.
Attendance:
Routinely requires working an 8 hour day, M-F. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely critical. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.

Travel to and from customer’s locations and the test fields may be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. Job Description:
Applicants selected for this position will serve as a SEMAT Submarine EQOL Program Team member (Marine Electrician) performing shipboard electrical maintenance and repairs. Must have operational and maintenance experience as a Marine Electrician with Trades school and a minimum of 7 years of shipboard HM&E electrical systems/equipment operations, maintenance and repair experience. Must be able to read and interpret ships drawings, schematics, ship technical documents and manuals. Must be competent in the use of electrical tools and test equipment to perform corrective repairs to accomplish submarine / shipboard equipment repairs. Must be physically able to climb and work on submarines in an industrial environment. Must be able to obtain, hold and maintain a government security clearance at the SECRET level and a Navy Base access I.D. (CAC or RapidGate).
Performs shipboard inspections and repairs related to marine electrical and mechanical systems in a non-shipyard environment onboard naval or commercial vessel. May supervise and coordinate teams of various trades to accomplish a total project. Under minimal supervision, performs assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed. Selects or adapts standard procedures or equipment. Performs recurring work independently. Constructs components, sub-units, or simple models or adapts standard equipment. Troubleshoots and correct malfunctions. Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work in shipboard environment. Able to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes. The exact weight requirements will be determined by the specific job, but no less than 30 lbs. Able to work on and climb ladders, work in extreme temperature environments, shipboard, shipyards, under industrial conditions and in confined spaces. Able to perform other duties as required. May involve high heat, humidity, noise and dirty conditions, working aloft or over the sides of vessels, riding ships at sea for extended periods. Description: Position requires interface with U.S. Navy Regional Maintenance Center personnel, other shipyard project management, ship’s crewmembers, company’s production trade personnel and a variety of subcontractors. The Ship Superintendent is responsible to the Program Manager for overall coordination of project execution.

* Using the EVM Performance Analysis and the Program Contractor’s Schedule Risk Assessment, if available, the contractor shall develop and record risk-based and comprehensive estimates-at-completion (EACs), including confidence level (S-curve) utilizing the best practices and techniques as outlined in the GAO Cost Estimating and Assessment Guide. The EACs with all supporting reporting shall be delivered to Government in electronic format. Shall recommend corrective action to record the findings, advise the government.
* Shall assist Government analyze Program Contractor’s OTB (Over Target Budget), OTS documentation and developing independent predictability analysis to provide insight into contract technical, cost and schedule performance issues. The OTB/OTS process shall be conducted in tandem with the IBR. shall document the analysis results.
* Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) Support.
* Shall perform the IBR by performing requirements of the PWS

Job Functions and Responsibilities

•May grease, adjust and make emergency repairs to equipment
•Utilize the appropriate safety equipment, such as gloves, chaps, helmet and hearing protection at all times to protect workers from injury.
•Utilize Best Management Practices (BMP) for project implementation and completion.
•Complete all required training directed by the Army installation and OT Training Solutions within the specified time frame.

K2 Solutions Inc. is currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging JIEDDO-COIC processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.
Experience and Education:
This position may require recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.
The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.
Required:
Applicants must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.

Responsibilities
• Will provide Operations Research Counter IED analytical support to the Global Response Force (GRF) and its organic elements on response timelines commensurate with assigned missions.
• Will provide commanders tailored analytical products and trend assessments using current operational data based on specific intelligence and assessments within a specified Area of Operations (AO).
• Can expect to deploy on tours with anticipated lengths up to four (4) months.
• Must be physically able to deploy with SOF or explosive ordnance device (EOD) type of military unit.
• During non-deployment periods, the GRF-Deployed ORSA will support the readiness brigade and prepare to deploy through a series of staff training and pre-deployment exercises and will provide region specific C-IED analytical products.

Qualifications:

Job Description
Lake County is seeking a road maintenance worker to perform a variety of maintenance and traffic tasks related to the preservation and upkeep of county highways, bike paths, bridges, drainage structures, other highway features, and DOT facilities. This position performs semi-skilled work in operating tools and highway maintenance. This position also performs essential snow and ice control operations. All duties are performed in accordance with the county safety code and established safe work practices. The regular hours of work are Monday through Friday from 6:30am until 3:00pm. During the snow and ice control call-outs this position is on a 24 hour call-in status.
Required Skills
In order to be successful in this position the candidate must have the ability to operate maintenance trucks, pavement marking equipment, tractors, mowing machines, snow plows, salt spreaders, compressors, jack hammers, generators, and other highway maintenance equipment. The candidate must also have the ability to wash, grease, and assist in maintenance/servicing equipment including minor repairs and preventive maintenance; the ability to repair, replace and patch asphalt and concrete surfaces and fill in aggregate shoulder ruts; the ability to direct and control traffic during road maintenance; the ability to remove and dispose of trash, dead animals and other debris found on highways; the ability to trim and chip trees and shrubs, cut grass, weeds and bushes; the ability to work from ladders or scaffolding; the ability to perform difficult physical labor; the ability to load and spread salt and de-icing materials; plow and remove snow; the ability to clean, repair and erect signs; dig post holes, set or pull posts; the ability to repair and clean culverts, drains, storm sewers, ditches and other drainage facilities; the ability to clean and make minor repairs to bridges; the ability to perform routine housekeeping duties in headquarters by cleaning, keeping stockpiles of material shaped and other tasks related to the general care of headquarters and grounds; the ability to operate and maintain dump trucks, hauling stone, concrete, sand, asphalt and other construction materials; the ability to repair guard-rails and fences; paint curbs and roadways; the ability to work under extreme weather conditions and the ability to work overtime as required.
Required Experience
We are looking for a candidate with at least a High School diploma or GED, or one to three years related experience, or a combination of education and experience. Minimum of a CDL Class B license with air brakes with a satisfactory driving record, but a Class A license is preferred. Experience in road construction and maintenance also preferred.

Detailed Responsibilities:

The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.

Responsibilities
The C-IED Operations SME will work with training team members that will assist / lead training in Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) training, IED / Counter-IED (C-IED) Intelligence, Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) and Law Enforcement Professional (LEP) Programs and Scenario Development. The contractor will possess significant experience in military command, control, and communications. Must have extensive background in requirements analysis, the Military Decision Making Process, advanced warfighting concepts and doctrine, and Counter-Improved Explosive Device (C-IED) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP). Interacts directly with unit commanders during the development of training in preparation for deployment and sustainment activities. Actively coordinates the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element training requirements. Assists units in applying the JIEDDO-COIC's products, including target and network analysis packages. Applies emerging doctrine and tactics to improve unit application of C-IED methodologies. Assesses the impact of programmatic and technical options on stated user requirements and doctrine.
Provides expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the C-IED subject matter. Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation and alternatives. Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills. Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts, and contributes to the development of new principles and operational concepts. Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly adaptive and innovative. Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated. Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into effective solutions.
Specific tasks as the Operations SME/ Training Advisor include:
- Gather and document C-IED lessons learned.
- Perform a variety of complex analytical tasks in support of one or more contract task orders.
- Develop plans and monitors tasks to meet contractual / project requirements for assigned Program.
- Establish and define Program plan requirements and direct or perform in-depth studies to determine optimum Program plans.
- Develop reports and analyzes performance metrics and Programmatic documents against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
- Conduct research and develop solutions that assist in the improvement and development of defense, homeland security, and information systems, including financial, technical and/or engineering data.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced Program Analysts.
- Prepare and deliver various high quality communications and briefings up to and routinely including O6 level decision-makers.
- Assist with all facets of successfully executing the team's contract with key focus areas including: scripting, designing, executing rotations and executing training rotations.
- Develop rotational scenarios for large scale military exercises across scope of combat and non-combat contingencies.
- Publish detailed scenarios in approved formats and build scenario briefs and scene setters.
- Ensure compatibility and deconfliction of scenarios with all forces.

Position Description
Serves as the Outreach Section head and manages community capacity building efforts nationally to create a network of support for transitioning Marines, and assists Marines in connecting with opportunities identified through the network, in support of the Headquarters Marine Corps, Marine and Family Programs Division, Personal & Professional Development Branch (HQMC MFR). Reports to the Personal and Professional Development Branch Head.
Leads Marine Corps efforts to build and sustain the Marine For Life Network (M4L Network) in communities across the United States in order to help Marines and Sailors who serve with the Marine Corps, connect with resources and opportunities as they transition to civilian life. Oversees the M4L Network which is comprised of up to 100 Reserve Marine Officers and Staff Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) who serve as M4L Representatives who are responsible for networking with employers, educational institutions, non-profits and others who seek to assist Marines as they reintegrate into civilian life. These representatives are assigned to one of four regions; Northeast, Southeast, Central and West.
The incumbent must integrate the efforts of a staff with a variety of professional, technical and administrative skills; including active duty military, drilling Reservists, General Schedule civilians and Non-Appropriated Fund personnel. Ensures that disparate work projects executed by personnel dispersed across the country are fully coordinated, mutually supporting and in compliance with headquarters policy. Assesses the impact of program changes on external organizations, personnel across the Marine Corps, and adjacent programs and staffs to maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational efforts. Develops and implements a nation-wide outreach plan to connect with federal and non-federal organizations in order to identify and develop opportunities for transitioning Marines as well as to build overall awareness of the value that Marines offer the civilian community. Coordinates with federal and state organizations and evaluates veteran-focused programs of non-profit organizations and other non-federal entities. Disseminates information about veteran-focused programs across the Marine Corps. Attends authorized events to make contacts that can create more opportunities for support of transitioning Marines. Serves as the M4L Network “brand manager” ensuring that all marketing and advertising efforts communicate the purpose, capabilities and image of the organization in an authorized, clear, concise and effective way to include efforts conducted through both traditional and social media channels. Ensures that all subordinate actions are in synch with and support established goals by establishing key information that must be communicated to external audiences and ensuring those communications are effectively monitored. Insures customer satisfaction by ensuring procedures are established to collect customer relations data and direct customer feedback and regularly review that information in order to further refine services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field appropriate to the work of position AND four years of experience in, or related to, career planning or advising, employment services, sales or recruiting, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above. Must have knowledge of military transition assistance, veterans benefit programs, or similar type programs. Must demonstrate the ability to collect, evaluate, and disseminate information effectively; to track and assess organizational metrics; and to identify and prioritize goals in support of an organizational mission. Ability to communicate effectively (writing, listening, speaking, presenting to small and large groups) is essential.
