K2 Solutions is seeking an experienced Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) Analyst. These analysts will provide technical and analytical support to battle-space characterization and intelligence production activities for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).
The contractor shall perform analysis of GMTI at NASIC including:
-Accessing GMTI data.
-Processing, analyzing data and producing reports based on the data.
-Produce and disseminate reports based on the data they analyze in support of integration of single-source intelligence products utilizing Government approved processes.
-Provide training on GMTI phenomenology and analytical techniques as coordinated with the Government.
Desired Qualifications:
-Experience using DOT Matrix, MOVINT Client, and ISR Forensics tool
-Experience with ArcMAP, Google Earth, and BRAT Suite of Tools Required Skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Strong oral and written communication, technical writing, and briefing skills
-Knowledge of the Military intelligence production process
Required:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience as a GMTI Analyst
-Experience with advanced data processing and exploitation tools
-Active security clearance with the ability to meet requirements for a TS/SCI clearance upon employment

Job Description:
Provide mission-level air defense and theater missile defense analyses using Extended Air Defense Simulation (EADSIM). Provide analytical and operational support to the mission in support of focused reviews of defense capabilities and requirements. Support operation of models, including but not limited to the setting up of models, creation of scenarios and Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), data extraction, data manipulation, and interpretation of model results. Maintain and update the data, and models, input data files contained in the Government’s systems and used in support of the modeling and analytic efforts for EADSIM model. Using the data, model input data files, and associated software, perform analysis and decision support, consisting of generating special displays, charts, graphics, data pulls, comparisons, and other analyses. Perform archiving of study data and retrieve data from previous studies included in the archives.
Requirements:
· 1-3 years of experience with EADSIM (Extended Air Defense Simulation)
· Demonstrated academic or other proficiency for model use
· Ability to utilize the model under the direct supervision of a higher level modeler
· Having the required training and applicable experience and expertise, and a clear understanding to perform mission-level air defense and theater missile defense analyses using Extended Air Defense Simulation (EADSIM)
· Ability to process model outputs, and running the models as necessary, and to produce baseline results that achieve study objectives
Computer Skills:
· Familiarity with use of models: Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS)
Education:
· BS in Operations Research preferred

· Top Secret required

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Initial License Trainee (ILT) attends initial certification class to obtain their Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Upon certification they will be fully licensed to supervise the operations of the nuclear reactor control room as an Operations Shift Supervisor.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Minimum:
. High School Diploma with some technical experience
. 5 years of Operating experience or Engineering degree or equivalent if filling Shift Technical Advisor role
AND one of the following:
. 1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable PWR facility or 1.5 years at a BWR facility
OR
. 2 years position equivalent to Reactor Operator (or Supervisor) at military reactor (Power Plant Watch Engineer, Engineering Watch Supervisor, Reactor Operator, Engineering Officer of the Watch, Propulsion Plant Watch Supervisor)
OR
. BS or equivalent in engineering, engineering technology or physical sciences and > 3 years qualified non-licensed operator or a supervisor or manager in work control, operations, engineering, outage management, maintenance, radiation protection, chemistry or training.
Position will be day shift during training (with possible exception of OJT on rotation), and 12 hour rotating shifts when training complete and fully qualified.

Applications Programmer Analyst I/II/Senior
The IT (Information Technology) Department and Municipal Court are embarking on an agile development effort to replace an out-of-date JIS (Justice Information System) with a custom web-based application utilizing Java and JavaScript. The goal of this project is to produce a very responsive, user-friendly system to assist with docket management, all related manner of scheduling (judges, police officers, attorneys, etc.), and payments.
We are looking for a highly motivated software developer to work with the team. After the six to ten month development effort, the software developer will continue to enhance and support the system and share the experience gained in the agile development methodology with the IT department.
As a software developer, you will learn cutting-edge technology and best practices. Utilizing the pair-programming approach, you will work side-by-side with another developer so that you can easily refine ideas, work collaboratively, and make progress consistently and rapidly. You will participate in daily standup meetings, test-driven development, and iterative processes.

The FNP provides deployment related health care to Active Duty Personnel in support of the 21st Medical Group at the Peterson Air Force Base medical clinic in accordance with the professional standards provided in the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Duties will include (but are not limited to):
o Provide a full range of Nurse Practitioner services in accordance with privileges granted by the Commanding Officer (e.g., supervise and provide general screening and medical care and examinations of patients for routine, acute and chronic conditions involving any and all organ systems; provide immunizations; diagnose, treat, and counsel patients as indicated).
o Treat patients with common acute conditions, illnesses, or minor trauma within accepted protocols, Nurse Practice Acts, and/or in collaboration with a physician.
o Collaborate with the physician in the health care of patients with chronic illnesses.
o Request consultation of referral with appropriate physicians, clinics, or other health resources.
o Assesses patients and order diagnostic tests as applicable.
o Prescribe and dispense medications as delineated by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
o Promotes preventive and health maintenance care, including annual physicals, positive health behaviors and self-care skills through education and counselling.
o Coordinates patient care through a continuum and facilitates the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to care, quality and cost effectiveness.
o Ensures compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures and guidelines used in the MTF. Provides care within ethical and legal boundaries.
o Completes orientation and competency verification programs in accordance with unit guidelines.
o Participates in the orientation of newly assigned personnel, as appropriate.
o Serves/participates in committees, functions and other meetings as directed. Provides relevant and timely information to these groups, and assists with decision-making and process improvement. Participates in customer service initiatives, and medical readiness activities, designed to enhance health services.
o Ensures a safe work environment, employee safe work habits and patient safety in accordance with regulatory agencies, infection control policies, and process improvement initiatives.
o Attends and participates in patient care reports, patient care conferences, team conferences, professional staff conferences and other appropriate activities only to the extent that such attendance and participation is relative to his/her assigned cases and/or performance of services as determined by the supervisor.
o Uses and follows the 21st Medical Group formulary for prescriptions for all patients that received care at 21st Medical Group. The formulary list is approved and maintained by the 21st Medical Group Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. Any drug not listed on the formulary must be approved by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee through the special drug request process.
o Follows DoD, Air Force and 21st Medical Group regulations and policies when arranging referral or consult. The provider shall inform patients of the required referral or consult by indication the specialty involved. All consults and referral will adhere to the 21st Medical Group approved Consult Referral Management process.
o Conducts themselves in a professional manner, providing patients with the utmost in quality care and attention. All patients shall be assured of their privacy and personal dignity. He/she shall be productive and perform with minimal supervisory direction. He/she shall ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and stored at the end of each work shift, and that preventive maintenance and routine cleaning are performed as required. The NP will ensure a safe work environment and employ safe work habits.
o The NP shall perform medical procedures compatible within the MTF’s operating capacity and equipment. New medical procedures/services shall not be introduced without prior approval of the Flight Commander or his/her authorized representative.
Work Schedule: The Clinic operating hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some primary care clinics providing services on Saturdays from 7:30 am to 12:00 Noon. Minor changes to the work hours may occur and will be agreed upon between the contractor and the government. The FNP will work typically no more than 40 hours per week; however, weekends and overtime may be required on occasion.
Job Requirements
The Family Nurse Practitioner will have:
o Graduated from an accredited college, university, or Family Nurse Practitioner nursing program recognized by the national nursing accreditation agencies of the National League of Nursing.
o A valid and active nurse practitioner license that is current, valid, and unencumbered with no limitations, stipulations, or adverse actions in effect during employment.
o Possess current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate by the American Heart Association.
o Knowledge of professional care theories, principles, practices, disease process and procedures.
o Knowledge of a variety of pharmacological agents used in patient treatment, the desired effects, side effects, and complications of their use as well as the accurate administration of the pharmacologic agent, including dosage calculations as required. Knowledge of the administrative requirements for proper documentation of patients’ condition including disease progress, acknowledgement of teaching, and follow up care.
o Ability to synthesize data from a variety of sources and make appropriate clinical decisions.

Required Skills/Experience
The Family Nurse Practitioner will have:
o Provided nurse practitioner services in a primary care manager capacity with enrolled patients for a minimum of 24 months within the past 36 months. Provided nurse practitioner services in a military treatment facility for at least 12 months within the past 36 months.
o Skill in using specialized medical equipment such as IV infusion pumps, cardiac monitoring devices, EKG units, oxygen analyzer, nebulizers and other unit specific equipment.
o Knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in the use of basic word processing, data entry and automated medical records. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and proficient in the use of the following DOD medical health information systems: CHCS, AHLTA, and ASIMS.
o Ability to effective communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people for the purpose of informing the healthcare team of plans/actions, for teaching/education to benefit the patient/family and organization. Uses appropriate communication format in addressing professional issues.
o Ability to read, understand, speak and write English well enough to effectively communicate with patients and other health care workers.

The U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research (USAISR) is part of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC). The USAISR is dedicated to both laboratory and clinical trauma research. Its mission is to provide requirements-driven combat casualty care medical solutions and products for injured soldiers from self-aid through definitive care across the full spectrum of military operations; provide state-of-the-art trauma, burn, and critical care to Department of Defense (DoD) beneficiaries around the world; and provide Burn Special Medical Augmentation Response Teams (BSMART). Within the USAISR, the Joint Trauma System (JTS) was established in order to improve combat casualty care across the continuum of care and to maintain the Department of Defense Trauma Registry (DoDTR) and the Military Orthopaedic Trauma Registry (MOTR).
The Biostatistician/Epidemiologist will have a strong statistical background and experience analyzing medical and/or health-related data, and will be responsible for: (1) collaborating with investigators and data retrieval staff on data acquisition, study design and implementation; (2) performing statistical analysis on data from a variety of sources; and (3) independently and collaboratively preparing abstracts, presentations, reports, and peer-reviewed publications.
The specific job requirements are as follows:
1. Data management and statistical analysis:
o Collaborate with data retrieval staff to extract data from existing large in-house data registries.
o Apply data management and programming skills to create analytic datasets; includes manipulation/merging of large datasets
o Perform basic descriptive analysis including preparation of tables and graphs
o Perform complex statistical analyses including multivariate modeling
o Train investigator(s) in the use of statistical software for graphing and basic analysis
2. Research Design:
o Provide expertise in developing study design, and statistical analysis plans.
o Assist in preparing research protocols
o Must have knowledge and experience working with observational research designs, both prospective and retrospective.
3. Project Support:
o Demonstrate skill in using SAS for data management and statistical analysis (required). JMP, and/or R (required); knowledge of and experience with SQL data extraction tools, such as Oracle Discoverer ®, QueryAnalyzer, TOAD, MySQL or WinSQL is a plus or any relevant new approved statistical package(s) is a plus.
Use multivariate statistical techniques, e.g. linear and logistic regression models, generalized linear models, and time-to-event methods (survival and hazard models).
o Increase knowledge of statistics, epidemiologic principles, and research design among investigators and management; identify opportunities to apply expertise to support and advance research goals, including providing statistical training.
o Collaborate with investigators to conduct research using data from the DoDTR or other intramural (within the Institute) or extramural sources (requiring an Institute CRADA and MOU).
o Serve as DoDTR liaison to other laboratories; facilitate data sharing and collaboration with those laboratories according to Institute policies and individual research protocols.
o Analyze and interpret data and prepare formal responses to research questions received from external sources. Such requests become valid taskings once approved by the Command to be resourced.
o Serve as an independent investigator, including developing relevant research questions; designing research studies and preparing study protocols; analyzing data in collaboration with a team of data retrieval experts and other investigators; produce abstracts, reports, presentations, and/or peer-reviewed publications from the DoDTR and other available data sources.
4. Core Hours of Operation: Core hours are those designated times and days during the pay period when non-shift employees must be present for work, other than a lunch period or approved leave. USAISR core hours are between 0800 and 1500. All personnel must be on duty during this period of time. The Biostatistician/Epidemiologist will perform their work during normal duty hours, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, with a lunch break ranging from 30 to 60 minutes between the hours of 1100 and 1300.
Job Qualifications
Fully qualified candidates for the Biostatistician/Epidemiologist position will:
o Have a Masters or PhD degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, demography, or a relevant field of health or social science, and from an accredited program.
o Have a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience analyzing medical or health-related data.
o Demonstrate previous success working in a group setting with teams of 2 or more individuals and resulting successful work products.
o Be able to communicate effectively with military and civilian research staff and investigators including physicians (M.D.) and PhD’-level staff.
o Demonstrate skill in using SAS statistical analysis software (required) to perform data management, basic descriptive analysis and graphing, and advanced statistical analysis including multivariate modeling. Experience with and ability to use other relevant software packages is a plus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Classification: Serves as advisor to managers and supervisors on classification matters for positions at all grade levels assigned to their organizations. Determines appropriate title, series, pay band and grade levels for white collar and trades and craft positions. Provides assistance as needed to managers and supervisors in preparation of position descriptions. Assists with determination of appropriate Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) status and appropriate position sensitivity identification. Advises and assists managers and supervisors with identifying appropriate pay range within the pay band for a position based on the classification determination. Evaluates position management in assigned organizations and makes recommendations for consolidation of functions, establishment of trainee level and intermediate positions, and changes in skills distribution. Analyzes and classifies individual position descriptions. Determines the responsibilities and the extent of authority of the position in relation to other positions which may seem to overlap. Determines the correct classification by comparison to existing standards related to the work and prepares necessary evaluation statements. Explains classification standards, classification decisions, impact of designated duties on classification, and complaint and appeal procedures to employees, supervisors, and operating officials or managers. Conducts research and provides advisory opinions. Exercises delegated classification authority to develop and evaluate/certify position responsibilities for all position actions including a significant amount of highly complex positions. Responsible for computing travel claims, reimbursements and travel advances for NAF Funded travelers. Ensures the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and division instructions are followed; maintains travel files. Issues and maintains log of travel order numbers. Creates and validates manual check proposals, complete the manual check print run, mail checks to the appropriate vendor and file the supporting documentation and check copies in the appropriate files. Reconciles accounts payable subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger. Responsible for maintaining the control of government travel cards.

Summary: The Mayvin Consulting Group, Inc. (Mayvin®) is currently seeking experienced applicants to serve as Administrative Support Specialist- FOIA that will support our Navy client.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Support activities necessary to assist the Federal Government in the cradle-to-grave processing, staffing, routing, coordination, review, report preparation, case management, database management, file maintenance, and recommendation of disposition of all FOIA/PA actions.
• Provide administrative support for the processing of FOIA or PA requests submitted by outside entities to the Federal Government.
• Initiate and prepare required draft documentation and correspondence related to all requests, to include reviewing and resolving all issues (fee agreements, fee waivers, and expedited processing) before processing any FOIA/PA requests to completion and responses for government review.
• Coordinates and tracks required tasks with NAVSPECWARCOM and Component staffs, including the routing of all proposed responses to FOIA/PA requests through Headquarters (HQ) Directorates, Centers, Operational Security (OPSEC) section, Staff Judge Advocate (SJA), and others, as required.
• Prepare draft interim responses to requesters acknowledging receipt and responses to status requests; prepare referral letters/memoranda to other agencies when appropriate; and prepare final response letters to the requesters, citing all applicable exemptions and providing appeal rights for all redacted information. This includes scanning all documents and properly redacting information, using REDAX (software provided for on government computers), to include specifying the appropriate FOIA exemptions.
• Input and update FOIA, DON, or other database tracking systems and prepare required periodic reports from database records.

• Support requirements for litigation holds, subpoenas, document preservation and retention, litigation files and internal administrative documentation, including signature logs.
Qualifications:
Education:
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study from a fully accredited institution. (Advanced degree preferred but not required)
Clearance:
• Active Secret clearance required.
Experience:
• At least two (2) years of direct related experience.
• The candidate must have general administrative skills necessary for document production and retention as well as demonstrable experience in FOIA/PA request processing (analyzing, tasking, applying exemptions) within the last six months.
• The candidate must possess an extensive knowledge of DoD Regulation 5400.7-R, the DoD FOIA Program, DoD 5400.11-R, DoD Privacy Program, related Navy instructions and directives, and familiarity with national security classification regulations.
• The candidate must have a working knowledge of the Navy’s correspondence manual.
• The candidate must possess information technology computer proficiency with the standard suite of Microsoft Office software products, to include Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.
• The candidate shall be sufficiently proficient in Microsoft SharePoint in order to maintain the OGC’s Public FOIA page, which resides on NSW’s unclassified server. This will entail tasks such as posting or pulling documents, maintaining file folders, granting or revoking permissions, and creating links on the OGC’s SharePoint site; no manipulation of code will be involved.
• The candidate shall be sufficiently proficient in Microsoft's Task Management Tracker (TMT) tool, as many NSW staffing actions are processed using TMT.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
