1. POWER GENERATION JOURNEYAN LINEMAN - Iraq
Summary:
The Power Generation Journeyman Lineman will be based of four PAE sites in Iraq. The Power Generation Journeyman Lineman will be responsible for the operations and maintenance the medium voltage electric distribution system and the electric power generation facility. The 11 kV medium voltage electric distribution system is mostly underground while the power generation facility consists of Caterpillar power generators, medium voltage paralleling switchgear system, PLC controls, fuel tank farm, fuel distribution, station electrical services, facility ventilation system, control consoles and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems and bulk fuel storage supply systems. The Power Generation Journeyman Lineman must take appropriate actions and decision making within a variable/changing environment to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable facility reliability and availability to meet full life expectancies. Operations are expected to be 24/7/365.
The Power Generation Journeyman Lineman will report to the Power Generation Supervisor and work closely with the Post Facility Manager. The additional duties and responsibilities below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and not necessarily all inclusive. Periodic travel may be required for work on projects at other locations in Iraq. Percent travel will vary but on average is expected to be less than 10% of the total time.
Reports to: Power Generation Supervisor
Working Environment:
The incumbent will work in a traditional office setting within the power facility as well as construction and maintenance sites including exposure to the dangers inherent with traveling to and working such at sites. Work is reviewed through conferences, written reports, and an analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of the power generation facility operations.
This position may be located in a war zone, in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert-like environment. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities and able to lift and carry 40 to 50 pounds of personal protective equipment for extended periods of time and being capable of running in the case of an emergency without putting oneself or others at risk.
Work Schedule:
The incumbent will work ten hours/day six days a week minimum, participates in a duty phone rotation and must respond to all power generation operations related after hours call outs.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performs hands on routine preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and emergency repair activities to keep the 11 kV electric distribution systems in working order. Diagnose problems and then repair/replace defective parts as required.
• Performs hands on inspection, maintenance and repair of the electric distribution system to include troubleshooting, fault detection, live line testing, splicing, terminating low voltage wiring and medium voltage power cabling, live line switching and sectionalizing.
• Hands on working knowledge to inspect, operate and monitor paralleling and main medium voltage switchgear systems, Eaton VCP-W, with local and remote monitor and metering capabilities, SCADA and PLC control systems, alarm response to ensure maximum system reliability.
• Repair lines by adding or removing cabling, using a variety of types of splices, connectors, sleeves, clamps, or elbows. Works in underground confined spaces and uses a variety of underground locating and fault finding equipment.
• Hands on working knowledge to work in close proximity to energized lines. Selects and uses a variety of hot line tools and makes use of PPE rubber gloves, line hoses, mechanical jumpers, fiber guards, blankets and other protective devices as specified. Works on all voltages as required throughout the system.
• Installs, removes, transfers, maintains and/or repairs cross arms, pins, insulators, guys, transformer and switch racks and other overhead pole and underground distribution equipment using a variety of hand tools, equipment and power tools.
• Installs and removes transformers, including primary and secondary current transformers and self-contained meters; disconnecting switches, circuit breakers and other underground distribution devices, rigging block and tackle where necessary or working with ground crew and winch to raise or lower equipment. May install street and area lights, working with primary and secondary voltages.
• Performs emergency repairs, phases and connects circuits under load; performs load checks and balances feeders as required.
• Repair and maintain lightning protection systems.
• Reviews and approves recommendations concerning alterations and improvements to the facility. Reviews and approves blueprints, drawings, plans, and specifications relating to installation and repair of facility equipment.
• Responsible for data collection and facility record keeping of various systems in operation according to prescribed schedules. Maintains all owner preferred equipment configurations and scope changes. Interprets system operations readings and makes recommendations for corrective actions.
• Inspects operational activities for safety precautions and instructs employees against occupational hazards. Responsible for employee conduct and compliance with all safety policies, regulations and compliance with all OSHA and NFPA requirements.
• Coordinates environmental testing, required permitting and compliance activities with the Department of States designated representative. Responsible for operation of the electric facility within all environmental and regulatory requirements and constraints.
• Manage, and schedule multi-skilled level operations and maintenance team members electrical switchgear and relay technicians and administrative/support personnel.
• Completes performance evaluations, implements training programs, addresses grievances, and administer disciplinary actions as required to subordinate multi-national employees.
• Responsible for department communications activities – attend/participate in department meetings. Identify department risk/liability and develop work plans to manage ongoing risks as it relates to the operation of the power generation facility, power delivery and power quality. Be able to articulate concerns and forward to Department of State management.
• Responds to emergency calls regarding power generation equipment breakdowns and unit outages. Ability to interpret and apply required corrective action with data readings and results of equipment checks to identify equipment or process problems and take appropriate responses to correct or resolve problems.
Minimum Acceptable Experience and Qualification Levels:
• Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in operating, monitoring, and maintaining 11 kV electric distribution systems or above in a public or private utility power company.
• Hands on inspect, test, and repair components level electrical systems to include generators, paralleling switchgear, transformers, transfers switches, switchgear, fuel monitoring and delivery systems, and medium voltage electric distribution system.
• Educational requirements are a high school diploma or GED plus related technical training.
• Certification in an approved lineman apprentice program with a minimum of 10 years of electric utility experience with overhead and underground distribution systems.
• Valid drivers’ license for home state of residency.
• Certificate in the Fundamentals of Electrical Safety based on NFPA 70E standards. This training must have been completed one year prior to start of the contract.
• Must have Caterpillar and Eaton factory certification specific to the equipment installed.
• Hands on knowledge and experience with hand, power, and shop tools of the trade.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar specifications and acceptable trade practices.
• Knowledge and experience regarding occupational hazards for electrical and mechanical trades, related safety practices, and skill required for the installation, maintenance, and repair of power generator systems and equipment.
• Basic knowledge and trained with current certification of First Aid & CPR.
• Must rescue an injured victim in confined space or in manholes.
• Must know Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Must have proficient working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (N.E.C.), and construction safety requirements.
• Must have proficient working knowledge of the National Electric Safety Code (N.E.S.C.), and construction safety requirements.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Must have an active SECRET level security clearance and have the ability to maintain.
• US Department of State, Medical Services, Medical clearance, Class 1, as required.
Required Skills and Competencies:
• Must be experienced in details and management of electrical power distribution and diesel engine maintenance and ability to troubleshoot down to a component level.
• Must be familiar utilization with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). PM systems, logistics, and energy conservation.
• Must possess current training and able to demonstrate general knowledge of industrial safety and environmental regulations, including compliance with OSHA and NFPA70E requirements, personal protective equipment use and lock out tag out procedures for electrical, mechanical and fluid systems and controls.
• Ability to read, comprehend/understand and apply information contained in manufacturer equipment manuals, facility document including drawings and specification, operation and maintenance manuals, standard operating and emergency response procedures, material safety data sheets, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply required corrective action with data readings and results of equipment checks to identify equipment or process problems and take appropriate responses to correct or resolve problems.
• Specific understanding and knowledge of power generation equipment startup and shut down and basic equipment maintenance procedures as they relate to the power generation equipment and/or auxiliary operator. Must be willing and able to perform physical activities including heavy lifting, climbing in and out of equipment, crawling and working outdoors. Must be willing and able to lift and move items, parts assemblies and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum.
• Must have knowledge of use and proper application of Personal Protective Equipment.
• Must have oral and written communication skills sufficient to produce employee evaluations and written reports for upper management and to brief upper management on project status.
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required, high level is preferred.

Diesel Fuel Delivery and Bulk Storage Operator
SUMMARY: The Diesel Fuel Delivery and Bulk Storage Operator will be based at one of four PAE sites in Iraq. Coordinate, execute, maintain, repair and install all types of diesel fuel delivery, filtration, bulk storage, leak detection and monitoring systems, valves, piping and control systems. Perform preventative maintenance (PM) activities, inspections and repairs; respond to emergency fuel system calls and maintain and repair all fuel delivery systems. Must possess Master Plumber or Pipe Fitter License. Reports to Facility Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to meet or exceed manufacturer and equipment design performance specifications and life cycle/durability and to meet a required zero downtime performance metric. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Frequency of duties, percent of time and work year may vary based on Post requirements.
Coordinate, troubleshoot, monitor, calibrate/adjust all fuel delivery system components and record system performance parameters, including fuel levels, leak monitoring and release detection recorder data, perform all EPA mandated systems tests and system verifications, record results and submit, perform repairs, inspect and maintain diesel fuel supply, delivery, bulk storage, leak detection and monitoring systems, valves, piping, filtration and water separator systems and system controls. Work shall include necessary services to coordinate fuel deliveries, storage tank product transfers, ensuring adequate and necessary fuel levels and quantities are maintained and furnished to generator diesel engines. Additionally, emergency spill and release cleanup labor shall be included as a duty/responsibility.
Perform routine and cyclic/repetitive preventative maintenance inspections adjustments, calibrations and repairs for the facility fuel delivery and bulk storage systems including but not limited to filtration, monitoring systems, leak control and detection, and all related system components and control systems.
Repair or replace fuel delivery and distribution lines, tanks, fittings, supports and hangers, replace and service fuel and water filtration systems, tank level and leak monitoring systems.
Respond to emergency fuel delivery/storage/system control and monitoring system failures, product releases and perform repair/restoration and call out for all fuel delivery and bulk storage and related systems.
Install new or modify existing system components, layout or configuration, system improvements with associated fixtures and associated devices and modify/rebuild existing systems, as tasked.
Provide labor and material estimates related to fuel system delivery and bulk storage services for repairs, rehabilitations, service restoration, etc.
May assist other trades with piping, plumbing and repair services.
Perform any required seasonal startup or shutdown services.
EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma, completion of G.E.D., or equivalent vocational school or short term courses resulting in Master Plumbers or Pipe Fitters License.
• Five or more years of experience as maintenance and repair technician in fuel delivery/production and bulk storage within private or public power utility sector, or fuel oil terminal operations/petroleum /chemical production operations or equal military operations is required.
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS or CERTIFICATIONS:
• Secret security clearance, including any required background investigations. And ability to attain and maintain security clearance while performing tasked work.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record required.
• Possess or have the ability to possess Hazardous Material certification. Certification shall be valid and maintained for entire employment/deployment period.
• Valid Master Plumber or Pipe Fitter License required for hire. License shall be issued by US State or local jurisdiction. License shall be held and maintained during employment and while performing work.
Additionally, possess working knowledge of the liquid level control and leak detection system. The system manufacturer factory training program certification is preferred.
TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT OPERATING KNOWLEDGE:
• Thorough knowledge of applicable NFPA fuel/storage codes, plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to read blue prints.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in area of certification prior to work commencement.
• Operating knowledge of and experience with personal computers and peripherals.
• Operating knowledge of general plumbing repair and maintenance equipment and efficient use of repair parts and tools of the trade required for hire.

GovSource Inc. (GSI) is recruiting a Special Operations Force (SOF) Mobile Training Team (MTT) to provide small unit tactics training at an OCONUS location.
GSI is recruiting to the following positions:
In-Country Training Coordinator. Will have at least three (3) years of experience in managing/leading programs, training, and oversight for projects of a similar size and scope. Additionally, the Training Coordinator will have U.S. Army Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA) Command experience or equivalent.
SUT Team Leader: Will have overall responsibility for leading the in-country team to accomplish the assigned tasks. The Team Leader shall will have at least five (5) years of experience within the special operations community conducting tactical training of foreign Special Operations forces.
SOF Trainers: Trainers shall have at least three (3) years’ experience in their subject matter expertise and possess expert knowledge of the subjects to be taught with additional experience as an operator in a special mission unit and/or Special Forces unit. They shall have recent experience (within five (5) years) training foreign Special Operations forces
MTT personnel must all be able to pass and maintain the physical standards of the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) for their age categories due to strenuous training conditions and expectation to serve as mentors and model the discipline expected of a professional Special Operations soldier.
MTT personnel must present a professional military appearance.
SOF SME’s shall be required to handle/fire military weapons, participate in evasive driver training, operate under austere conditions, and conduct strenuous military activities (patrols, react to contact, CQB drills, etc.) while attending Pre-Deployment Training (PDT) or performing the LRR training mission.
Preferred Skills:
Members of 1st Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) within the last five (5) years.

The SOF Operations Integrator will provide operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities with regards to planning and synchronization of C-IED support to deployed SOF elements, coordinate SOF requests for C-IED support with other deployed assets and enabling elements, ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging C-IED processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs, and provide advice to SOF Commanders and their staff on how to best integrate C-IED, and specifically Attack the Network (AtN) capabilities into their ongoing operations and analytical efforts.
Best Candidates: The best candidates will be recently retired or soon to be retiring SOF Senior NCOs (E-8 or E-9), Field Grade Officers, or Warrant Officers who have an active or current TS/SCI clearance, a combination of leadership and staff experience, multiple SOF combat deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, locations in Africa, or other similar deployments where C-IED planning and Attack the Network combat operations took place, and will have the knowledge and credibility required to advise senior SOF Commanders and Staff on integration of C-IED efforts into the planning and execution of ground combat operations.
Detailed Responsibilities:
SOF Operations Integrators, in conjunction with other members of the SOF Support Team, will work with tactical and operational Special Operations Forces (SOF) elements (ODA to TSOC) to leverage cutting edge tools and processes designed to improve intelligence and operations fusion within their planning and mission execution cycles. The focus of these fusion efforts is exposure of enemy networks that employ IEDs.
The SOF Operations Integrator will serve as a direct link between our customer and deployed SOF units on all current and future initiatives.
The SOF Operations Integrator serves as the primary advisor to the deployed SOF commander and staff on all activities with regards to planning, and synchronization of effort of our customer AtN support to deployed SOF elements. The Operations Integrator applies in-depth understanding of both the supported unit's operational requirements as well as our customer's AtN capabilities in order to identify exploitable vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations. The SOF Operations Integrator must apply a thorough understanding of the Ops/Intel fusion process as well as subject matter expertise on SOF operations, IEDs, and our customer's capabilities.
The SOF Operations Integrator ensures all SOF requests for AtN support are fully coordinated with other customer deployed assets. 19. Deployed CI Screeners - Qatar - Secret Clearance
ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.
ITA currently has opportunities for CI Screeners in Qatar to conduct screenings, complete reports and do all necessary background checks on locally employed persons screened.
Screening: A screening will consist of an in-depth interview utilizing a standardized interview method supported/approved by the Installation Access Application (IAA) and AFOSI; records checks; and biometric enrollment.
The contractor shall utilize equipment furnished by the government to include NRTIO biometrics, PCASS, and CELLEX equipment at each site. Sites will work in concert with the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS), Site Security Manager (SSM), and necessary biometrics databases in order to accomplish required screenings.
Screening Process: The screening process shall be conducted in accordance with (IAW) applicable USCENTCOM and USAFCENT security directives and the established standard operating procedures (SOPs). The contractor shall develop its own SOPs, based on the local environment, the host nation processes, applicable U.S. or host nation requirements or laws, and needs of the locally supported AFOSI units.
Screening Preparation: The contractor will receive notification of newly hired contractor employees or other persons requiring access from the installation contracting office or local command authorities. Additional interviews and screening efforts may be required as determined by the local AFOSI supported unit.
Screening Methodology: Screening interviews shall be conducted IAW the SOPs used and approved by U.S. Government representatives (Contracting Officer’s Representative ((COR), with the overall intent of identifying applicants that pose a risk to U.S., Coalition or Host Nation forces. Screeners shall structure their interviews to create a professional and respectful environment. Screeners shall utilize rapport building techniques to build trust with the applicant. It is important that the applicant understands the purpose of the interview and how the information from the interview will be utilized.
Reporting Results: Results of a screening will be reported to the respective AFOSI and installation security/force protection offices, if derogatory information is discovered, as prescribed by the local AFOSI Commander.
Safeguarding Information: The contractor shall safeguard all information and information systems with applicable guidance and rules set forth by the U.S. Government, Department of Defense and installation security office. Information derived from the operation of a LEP screening cell is the property of the U.S. Government and shall be safeguarded IAW classification and applicable guidance.
· Minimum Qualifications:
Screeners shall be the DoD Civilian equivalent of AFOSI (AFSC 7S071), Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Army CID, USAF AFSC 3P0X1 (Security Forces) with four (4) years law enforcement or investigations experience, or USA MOS 35L/M, 180A, 18F, 35E (Strategic Debriefer or individual with similar skill set) with a minimum of four (4) years field experience (not including training time).

As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Sensitive Activities Planner/Compartmented Capabilities Integrator, you will support the Department of Defense and its efforts to identify and neutralize enemy threat networks capable of employing improvised threats, such as Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), and other improvised weapons of strategic effect.
More About the Role:
You will embed with and advise Combatant Commands at all echelons on effectively leveraging specially compartmented material and non-material capabilities to eliminate or neutralize improvised threats and the networks that employ those threats.
You will provide the subject matter expertise to JIDO, Combatant Commands and their JTFs while maintaining situational awareness of Special Programs, STO, ACCM, and sensitive activity plans, operations, units, and friendly and adversary capabilities.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willingness to submit to a CI Poly.
More than three years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented or sensitive activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Intelligence Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
· You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
· You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.

29. Cable Technician - Iraq
The Cable Technician’s primary responsibilities include the installation of Inside/Outside Plant copper and fiber optic cables, terminating all types of fiber optic connectors and installing cable in a manner consistent with Army regulations and Industry Standards and practices (ANSI/TIA/EIA/OSHA/NFPA).
This position is based out of Baghdad, Iraq and my require travel to other sites within Iraq.

The Vector Control Supervisor will be responsible for and lead a mixed team of Foreign National (FN) and Local National (LN) employees.
The Vector & Pest Control Supervisor will take ownership of all BDSC vector and pest control services. This position reports to the BDSC Site Services Manager. DUTIES:
Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.

This is a supervisory position primarily based at one of four PAE sites in Iraq and serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. The Fuel Systems Supervisor is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the complete fuel storage and distribution system from the bulk storage, supplementary storage, and day tanks, to the distribution systems to the generators and Service Station, including backup fuel storage tanks. DUTIES:
Responsible for the fuel operations in accordance with work instructions and safety procedures directed by the Utilities Manager.
Manages all petroleum operations conducted on the CONGEN compound.

Provide guidance and assistance to the fuel personnel; monitors quality, quantity and timeliness of work performed.
Oversees quality, safety and environmental issues within the Fuels Department.
Ensures compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Ensures the fuel section is aware of and complies with government and company policies and procedures.
Randomly inspect the worksite for deficiencies and initiates corrective action.

EXPERIENCE:
Must have minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a certified Petroleum Operations Technician.

Previous fuel supervisory experience in an OCONUS environment with a multi-national workforce.
Must have good organizational and communication skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.

This position will be associated with the Project Support Office (PSO). The Chief Engineer will take ownership of all utilities associated with the facility including but not limited to all generators and associated power generation, transmission and distribution equipment as well as water purification and waste water treatment. This position reports to the BDSC Operations Manager. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
DUTIES:
The Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing the prime power and life support utilities programs and will be regarded as PAE’s professional authority on all engineering questions related to operations within this compound.
The Chief Engineer provides daily work assignments and supervises:
One Assistant Chief Engineer
One Generator Mechanic Supervisor
Two Power Generation Operator Supervisors
Nine Generator Mechanics
Two Power Generation Operators.
The Chief Engineer will be responsible to manage and oversee the:
Operation, calibration, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs to all mechanical, electrical equipment systems and electrical/pneumatic control systems
The preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, repair, installation and modernization of all power generation, transmission and distribution equipment on the BDSC compound:
The 113 prime power generators made by Aggreko, Aggrko, Aksa, Caterpillar, Cummins, Ghapdar, Honda, Indeks, Perkins, Wilson and other manufacturers with outputs ranging from 20 kW up to 1600 kW.
The Chief Engineer also has the same responsibility to manage and oversee the operations of the water treatment and waste water treatment plants to include all pumping, filtering, piping and control systems.
The Chief Engineer:
Reports any malfunctions or lack of compliance with Statement of Work (SOW) to the Operations Manager.
Performs scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
Assists in developing the Statement of Work (SOW) when requested including diagrams and specifications in compliance with OSHA and National Electric Code (NEC) standards.
Maintains effective, timely and respectful communication and interaction with other employees, managers, and supports other organizations.
Performs other administrative tasks including material ordering, inventory, work scheduling
Collects, analyzes and summarizes data for report preparation and submits written reports.
Is responsible for facility custodianship of work area and management of tools, equipment and spare parts.
Must be able to take initiative to analyze a situation and to make frequent technical decisions based on specifications, safety and electrical codes.
Must be able to evaluate operational effectiveness and develop/maintain effective operational control mechanisms.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in operations and maintenance of a large plant, facility, base or municipality; with specific experience in the operation of power plants, physical plants and building operations. The Chief Engineer shall also have a minimum of 3 years management experience overseeing large facility preventive maintenance programs supervising a workforce of 20 or more personnel in an overseas setting. The Chief Engineer must also be familiar with the fuels process.
Knowledge of applicable U.S. Codes and accepted trade practices.
Knowledge and experience regarding occupational hazards of the electrical and mechanical trades, related safety precautions and considerable skill required for the installation, maintenance and repair of power generation and water/waste water treatment systems and equipment.
Must have good organizational and communication skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.
REQUIRED:
Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. The Chief Engineer must have Certifications relating to power plant and central plant operations. Technical school and/or acceptable prime power certified generator school is mandatory. An electrical or mechanical engineering degree is preferable but not required.
Security Vetting: Must possess an active DOD or DOS clearance (minimum Secret, or higher as required by the position). Must maintain eligibility at the required security level for the duration of the contract.

The Plumber, Lead will be responsible for performing plumbing requirements on O&M, small construction, remodeling, or renovation projects and will report to the Plumbing Supervisor. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
DUTIES:

Responsibilities: Supervisor, LCC: This is a supervisory position will be based at one of four PAE sites in Iraq and serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. The Light Construction Crew Supervisor will perform and supervise work required for the repair, maintenance, installation, and modernization of carpentry work for buildings, equipment and grounds to include schedules, inventory, estimates, manpower and material requirements.
This Supervisor position assumes complete responsibility for installation and repair of all carpentry projects and related O&M. The LCC Supervisor will also be the supervisor of the Light Construction Crew (LCC) and will coordinate multiple projects. The candidate will manage and lead the construction projects including technical support, logistical support, fiscal responsibility, safety and client satisfaction.
