As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Strategic Peace & Reconciliation Analyst, you’ll support US policymakers, military commanders, and their staff with research, briefings, and written assessments in support of peace and reconciliation efforts in Afghanistan.
More About the Role:
This position performs daily review of intelligence and other incoming reporting for lead development and follow-up and assists in the generation of peace and reconciliation requirements for collection or exploitation. Responsible for providing tailored research and analysis to assist U.S. policymakers, military commanders, and their staffs in analyzing actors and networks affecting peace and reconciliation efforts within or external to Afghanistan; develops visual and geospatial diagrams, and identifies positions, motivations, and vulnerabilities of those actors and their networks. Supports the planning, organizing, and coordination of peace and reconciliation-related activities, including providing actionable intelligence and development of feasible, acceptable, and suitable recommendations. Prepares and drafts correspondence, assessments, briefings, and reports for U.S. policymakers, military commanders, and their staffs. Maintains liaison with the U.S. Embassy, Resolute Support, inter-governmental agencies, non-governmental agencies, and interagency elements. Participates in coordination meetings to include VTCs within theater and with CONUS-based agencies and organizations, as required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance.
Ten years of analytical experience and a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
One year of USG policy-level analysis experience.
Three years of experience with intelligence methods and tools and expertise with critical node analysis of insurgent and terrorist networks.
Skilled at implementing and utilizing best practices, proper tradecraft, and evaluating relevancy of disseminated information.
Medically deployable to CENTCOM.
Able to complete required personal weapons qualification prior to deployment.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Previous deployment experience with the U.S. military, Department of State, or other U.S. agency. Experience living and working in Afghanistan.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Afghan history, culture, demographic, ethnic, and tribes including their similarities and differences.
Knowledgeable of the key decision-makers within the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, including within the Ministries of Defense and Interior, and the structure of these organizations.

5. Gateways Program Management and Support SME (A5/8/9) (Langley, AFB/TS SCI eligible)
Overview
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Support all aspects of Airborne C2 capabilities, capability gaps, systems integration, and developing JCIDS documents. Assisting with achieving interoperable, affordable, responsive, and sustainable C2 systems which satisfy Service, Joint, Interagency, and Coalition C2 information exchange requirements. Development of C2 investment strategies and providing technical assistance for airborne C2 systems integration planning. Support the generation of operational requirements for acquisition and integration of new or modified airborne C2 capabilities, recommending executable courses of action and providing technical reports, development and coordination of JCIDS documentation and Air Force (AF) Program Objective Memorandum (POM) documentation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in engineering (electrical, mechanical, radio frequency)
* Five (5) years' direct operational experience in C2/TDL systems
* Five (5) years' direct experience in analyzing, developing, and evaluating directives, policies, and procedures associated with modernization and sustainment of Air Force Systems
* Two (2) years' experience fielding of military systems
* Two (2) years' experience developing tactics, techniques and procedures for C2/TDL systems
* Three (3) years' experience in a HHQ (e.g., MAJCOM, HAF or equivalent) staff officer or equivalent position creating, preparing, conducting, delivering, oral/written decision briefs, reports, positions, draft messages and other correspondence.

Analyzing new requirements and interoperable solutions, planning, programming, and integration.
* Provide personnel to support program/project management and analytic support for TDL and tactical edge network requirements, planning, and integration with air, space and terrestrial networks.
* Support generation of TDL, C2 and communications requirements; TDL planning; and TDL integration
* Provide technical, analytical, cost and life cycle expertise to support the integration and implementation of TDL systems across the USAF, other US Services, and partner nations.
* Function as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for assigned systems. Employ SME expertise to assist operational users and provide constant liaison between operational users and product centers/program offices.
* Assist in all phases and subjects of program requirements management; e.g., Requirements Working Group, Requirements Review Board, etc.
* Advise and assist on cryptologic matters in support of future architectures (as an example JALN) to include Link-16 modernization, radio systems and data storage. Coordinate with platforms and monitor integration schedules.
* Coordinate, facilitate, and support requirements definition, refinement and validation through JCIDS processes to include but not limited to include development of JCIDS documents and supporting requirements analysis documents. ICD/CDD/CPD, Modification Proposals (AF Form 1067).
* Examine and analyze solution's ability to satisfy capability needs to include cost benefit analysis, operational benefit analysis and operational feasibility of potential solutions to satisfy requirements. Support design reviews and make recommendations/evaluations of approaches to include technical evaluations.
* Provide technical, analytical, cost, and lifecycle expertise.
* Assist in developing plans for sustainment and modernization of airborne gateway systems, to include integrated logistics support, maintenance, and training.
* Assist in oversight of the security, testing, and fielding accreditations. Assist with efforts required by Air Force Instructions to gain certification and accreditation in support of System Security Accreditation Authority, Certificate to Operate, Interim Authorities, and Spectrum Certification required for systems associated with TDL Transformation programs.
* Support development of migration strategies for current capabilities towards programs of record and their integration into future architectures.
* Support documenting Certification and Accreditation of IT systems in the Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR).

6. Manpower Requirements Analyst (Langley, AFB/SECRET)
The successful candidate's core responsibilities will include, but not to be limited to:
The candidate shall provide support to effectively plan, program, budget, and execute resource requirements. Assist in performing capabilities, program, and cost analyses for new and modified systems to include managing, developing, and analyzing resource documentation for the core A5/8/9 mission in support of program execution. The candidate shall support manpower requirements to include identifying position requirements, proposing required adjustments, and coordinating adjustments through appropriate processes
The candidate shall maintain broad technical and analytical resource proficiency to efficiently translate weapon system requirements into documented resource reports. This will require maintaining a close interface with a wide range of users, developers, industry, Air Staff, and other agencies as required to ensure resource development efforts are aligned with overall DoD direction.
The candidate shall assist in evaluating system capabilities and program cost effectiveness according to fiscal parameters and measurements. This will include assessing costs for accuracy and reasonableness and identifying potential alternatives.
The candidate shall assist in developing strategies to optimize modernization efforts contained within the HQ ACC Program Objective Memorandum (POM) to include creation of spreadsheets and briefing charts
The candidate shall monitor and analyze funding execution to ensure consistent and proper resource alignment among projects. This includes working with HQ ACC organizations and maintaining databases necessary to prepare the A5/8/9 Fiscal Year Execution Plan, Initial Distribution, budget execution, maintain management internal controls, and monitor obligations/expenditures within funded programs.
The candidate shall assist with cost, schedule, technical, and performance assessments and develop briefings and background papers to identify potential impacts and proposed courses of action.

The candidate shall track and execute required manpower updates and incorporate into appropriate manpower systems
- Eight (8) years' experience USAF MAJCOM level or higher experience in monitoring Unit Manning Documentation; Base-level service delivery products; and Command Manpower Military Personnel Appropriation (MPA) Man-day Management System (M4S)
- Eight (8) years' experience in planning, organizing and developing new or modified work methods, organizational structures, management processes, or program administration procedures.
- Eight (8) years' experience reviewing and maintaining the Unit Manning Document (UMD) and the Unit Manpower Personnel Roster (UMPR)
- Skilled in managing the Alpha , Gains/Losses Listing, Air Expeditionary Force (ADF) and Evaluation rosters

• Perform diagnostic, repair and maintenance functions on a variety of electronic equipment including CNC machine tools.
• May instruct and assign work to other Electricians.
• Fill in during Electrical Supervisor’s absence.
