WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Mid
OSINT Training Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's
Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Integration Center (OSIC) in Reston,
VA. This position will provide functional and organizational support of
the Client's relevant lines of effort at the Agency and Defense
Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) Levels.
The ideal candidate will be able to support the Client's Policy &
Engagement through their knowledge within the Open Source Intelligence.
The Mid OSINT Training Specialist will assist the Policy & Engagement
team in shaping the OSINT discipline through the creation of OSINT
training materials, instruction of OSINT training courses and writing of
policy/procedural documentation for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
The Mid OSINT Training Specialist should expect to have daily direct

RESPONSIBILITIES:? Serve as a JSOC Academic Instructor and Course
Facilitator at Fort Liberty, NC. Educates, coordinates, and develops
lesson plans and curriculum on a wide variety of subjects covering the
scope of Joint SOF Operational academic support for the J7 Staff
Development Division.? Develop, coordinate and deliver training to GCCs
and TSOCs and DOD, Interagency, and Service Academic Institutions as
part of Mobile Training Teams. This position is supported under the
UEWTEP contract.
EDUCATION:? Bachelor?s Degree with related military experience or other
related field of study or 15 years of equivalent experience.
Academic/Instructor experience, either military or civilian, with any
instructor certifications is highly desired.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Qualified candidates must possess a solid understanding of
National/USSOCOM policies and procedures related to SOF employment and a
comprehensive understanding of Joint SOF doctrine, strategic and
operational level Joint SOF operations, and Joint SOF tactics,
techniques and procedures. Knowledge of and credibility within JSOC and
subordinate organizations and the Interagency and experience with and
comprehensive understanding of USSOCOM, its components, Geographic
Combatant Commands and Theater Special Operations Commands is highly
desired.? Previous JSOC staff experience is highly desired.? Qualified
candidates must have experience with public speaking and possess the
requisite skills and experience to instruct both small and large
audiences and capable to instruct/facilitate multi-service DOD,
Interagency, and International student courses.? Candidates must
understand policies and procedures to develop lesson plans and exercises
and analyze recent/historical operations for course discussions.
Candidate must a) possess advanced management and organizational skills;
b) have a basic understanding and experience using operational products
to incorporate into lesson plans; c) have very good oral and written
skills to prepare and present academic material or facilitate Senior
Leader Seminars to senior officers and their staffs; d) assist in
development of lessons, requirements and documentation for use by the
Staff Development instructor cadre; e) proficient in Microsoft Office
products and SharePoint; f) capable of independent work and/or
collaborative efforts with teams of instructors to write lesson plans
and curriculum for all courses; and g) comfortable briefing senior
military and Government leaders. Best candidate has previous and recent
JSOC staff experience, platform instructor experience, and a
comprehensive awareness and understanding of the operational plans,
contingency operations, crisis action planning and the Joint Operational
Planning and Execution System (JOPES).
Frequent CONUS/OCONUS travel to support academic and training
requirements is required. Tourist passport required. No relocation

*Position Summary:*
The Recovery Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for oversight for the
Recovering Service Member (RSM) and family through the continuum of
care. Responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of care, services,
and benefits needed for holistic recovery of the whole person and
life?long continuity of care.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of

1. Serve as focal point to assist the RSM in his/her course through the
entire spectrum of non-medical care, management, reintegration and
rehabilitation services available from the Federal Government, including

Administration.
2. Communicate with the RSM and his/her family or other individuals
designated by the RSM regarding non-medical matters that arise during

delivery of services/resources through the Comprehensive Recovery Plan

provide oversight of the CRP as defined in DODI 1300.24.

About the Role:
The Portfolio Lead (PL) works directly with client Program Managers (PM)
as well as other Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) personnel

? Serve as a lead Collection Manager for special projects and

Instructor/Land and Maritime SME to join the team in a temporary
position supporting the US Navy at Navy Outlying Airfield in CA. /

Responsibilities
* Meet and maintain eligibility for high-risk training instructors, as
delineated in MESFINST 1500.1 series and supporting references.
* Perform basic to advanced levels of classroom and practical field
instruction in accordance with approved curricula (provided by the
Government), including nighttime exercises as required.
* Maintain an Instructor training binder containing course material
information and attendance. No specific format is required; however,
basic information regarding the courses and attendance shall be
readily available.
* Perform and observe the safe operations of, including but not
limited to, authorized weapons systems, small craft, tactical
vehicles, assorted support equipment, and authorized technical
training equipment, including laser systems and synthetic weapons
trainers.
* Perform course preparations to include, but not limited to
preparation of classroom, weapons loading, weapons mounting, target
placement, computer set up, practical area set up, vehicle staging.
* Perform operator level weapons cleaning, maintenance and repairs of
all authorized weapons systems and ranges.
* Participate in material maintenance of existing curricula following
Government authorized processes.
* Obtain course qualifications in accordance with MESFINST
1500.1(series), MESFORINST 3502.1(series), Advance Skill Management
data base.
* Complete and maintain required Personnel Qualification Standards
(PQS) for each watch station that the instructor is training or
evaluating personnel on.
* Perform general facility cleanup to include but not limited to,
trash removal, sweeping, swabbing, kitchen, appliances, lounge,
bathroom, Tactical Operations Center (TOC) areas, and ranges.
Education:
* Graduate of a certified Navy Instructor Training Course (NEC 9502,
9501, 805A, or 9518) or equivalent (Completion of a civilian (or
commercial) formal course of instruction, which has been evaluated
and certified as a JIT/NITC equivalency by the Center for
Professional Development).
* Consideration will be additionally granted for experience as a
Crew-Served Weapons Instructor, Small Arms Marksmanship Instructor,
and/or Expeditionary Small Arms Marksmanship Instructor, or similar
military instructor qualification.
Experience:
* Five (5) year experience of USN Naval Coastal Warfare, Maritime
Expeditionary Security, Riverine, Coast Riverine or Special
Operations (USN SEAL, or Special Warfare Combat Crewman).
* Graduate of Blackwater, Mid-South Shooting Institute, Gryphon or
Special Forces Advance Urban Combat (SFAUC), or Marine Corp Advance
Urban Combat (MCAUC) small arms weapons training. Equivalent
tactical small arms weapons training schools will be considered
* One year of instructional experience in lieu of designation (as
evidenced by DD214, course certificates, etc.).
* Prior military shall have Honorable Discharge from Active Duty
Military service, with favorable reenlistment code.
* Qualified Navy or civilian industry standard equivalent Range Safety
Officer for small arms and CSW static and dynamic live-fire ranges.
Qualifications:
* Must meet Navy High-Risk Training requirements as outlined in
OPNAVINST 1500.75 series.
* Must complete PQS for required watch station(s) within 12 months of

* Possess valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Automated
External Defibrillator (AED) certification.

*Position Summary:*
The Recovery Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for oversight for the
Recovering Service Member (RSM) and family through the continuum of
care. Responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of care, services,
and benefits needed for holistic recovery of the whole person and
life?long continuity of care.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of
importance; other duties may be assigned)*
1. Serve as focal point to assist the RSM in his/her course through the
entire spectrum of non-medical care, management, reintegration and
rehabilitation services available from the Federal Government, including
services provided by the Department of Defense, the Department of
Veterans Affairs, the Department of Labor, and the Social Security
Administration.
2. Communicate with the RSM and his/her family or other individuals
designated by the RSM regarding non-medical matters that arise during
his/her recovery, rehabilitation, reintegration and/or transition.
3. In accordance with current DoD and VA Interagency Care Coordination,
serve as the lead coordinator responsible for the development and
delivery of services/resources through the Comprehensive Recovery Plan
(CRP) to ensure quality care and accountability as soon as the RSM
transitions to outpatient status.
4. Conduct a needs assessment for the RSM and family to identify goals
and ensure needs are met. Based on RSM?s needs, develop, implement, and
provide oversight of the CRP as defined in DODI 1300.24.
5. Conduct CRP briefings with RSM?s unit leadership and/or unit
immersion briefings for newly assigned unit commanders within 60-days of
assignment as directed by Site Lead (SL) or Regional Lead (RL.)
6. Investigate, assess, and reassess when necessary; all client cases
involving multiple variables to determine both tangible and intangible
needs across the spectrum of DoD care domains within the CRP.
7. Seek the best possible outcome for the RSM through conventional and
unconventional processes per governing regulatory guidance. Utilize all
available sources, e.g. the National Research Directory lists, SOF
specific information and benefits, VA benefits, programs, and Family
Readiness Centers to develop comprehensive solutions within the DoD care
domains of the RCP.
8. Establish trust and build rapport with stakeholders in the warrior
care process to effectively influence COA execution.
9. Facilitate expeditious and timely delivery of treatment and service.
Identify gaps in medical/non-medical services, intervene as necessary to
expedite outcomes and assist with coordination of resources to develop
and improve outcomes for enhanced delivery of services such as financial
counseling, spouse employment assistance, respite care information, and
childcare assistance, etc. and resources available through the National
Resource Directory and other sources.
10. Ensure detailed updates are made to the CRP as defined in applicable
guidance and USSOCOM operational requirements.
11. Coordinate/communicate to ensure successful transfer of RSM?s CRP
should he/she be moved to a different location for care.
12. Inactivate the CRP when the RSM has met all goals or declines
further support and maintain all documents according to applicable
USSOCOM policies.
13. Consult and collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams during initial
treatment phase and continuing throughout the continuum of care,
including support during the disability evaluation system process.
14. Ensure the RSM, family, and/or caregivers have access to all medical
and non-medical care management services including, but not limited to
medical care, rehabilitation, education, employment-related programs,
and disability benefits.
15. Manage the CRP, anticipating future challenges during phases of
recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration. Review and make
modifications in conjunction with the Recovery Team supporting the RSM,
family and/or caregiver.
16. Maintain communications and coordinate with agencies, in
coordination with and under the direction of the WCP to ensure delivery
of assistance and to resolve conflicts.
17. Assist in coordinating local and state resources, including referral
to Governmental and non-Governmental agencies, state and local services
and agencies, as appropriate, where the RSM and family reside.
18. Maintain detailed records of the RSM to document delivery of
benefits and medical and non-medical care.
19. Collaborate as needed with community partners such as veteran
organizations, Family Readiness Centers, training and employment
resources both on and off the installation to form a pool of resources
to support the care of RSMs, their families, and caregivers.

functional SME training cell and ICW other Headquarters and unit lead
planners and objectives, the Exercise Intelligence Planner will develop,
plan, manage, and control intelligence exercise/training support to
enable multiple Headquarters and units to meet their respective exercise
and training objectives.? Within the JELC, develop, support, and execute
realistic complex intelligence and threat scenarios related to strategic
and operational level problem sets for Geographic Combatant Commanders.?

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
*The best candidate will have extensive and recent JSOC experience
producing all source analysis intelligence products*. Qualified
candidates must possess advanced management and organizational skills
and demonstrate extensive experience overseeing, producing, and leading
development of all-source predictive, intelligence community/interagency
counter terrorism (IC/IA CT) related intelligence products for JSOC
exercises.? Minimum of 12 years of special operations experience
including 5 years with the National Mission Force.? Minimum of 4 years
of experience developing SOF tactical-operational level products to
support GCC and TSOC SOF/CT exercises.
Candidates must also demonstrate expertise in the application of
all-source strategic and operational intelligence and developing
strategic intelligence products.? Must have significant analytical,
planning, organizational, coordination, negotiation and directing skills
to ensure requirements are satisfied and demonstrated ability to
prepare/analyze IPB/Order of Battle products. Must be capable of
briefing Senior Officers in large audiences and lead exercise

within the interagency and recent JSOC assignment is strongly desired.?
This position requires a solid foundation on use of current intelligence
systems in all-source analysis, and solid background in procedures to
