Seek the best possible outcome for the RSM through conventional and unconventional processes per governing regulatory guidance. Utilize all available sources, e.g. the National Research Directory lists, SOF specific information and benefits, VA benefits, programs, and Family Readiness Centers to develop comprehensive solutions within the DoD care domains of the RCP. 8.
