The Contractors place of duty is in HQ USSOCOM J7 Lessons Learned
Branch (MacDill AFB, FL), and they shall perform tasks such as:
Support operational and strategic observations, insights and lessons
on current Special Operations Force employment, SOF development, and
future SOF design as identified in working groups, operations,

Conduct CAARD to capture, document and archive NDS planning,

Leverage cross-functional military Services and government agencies
analytical studies and LL to support adjustments to NDS processes.
Coordinate with DoD and interagency to synchronize NDS LL efforts,
findings, and sharing of best practices.
Brief and advise senior SOF leadership on the effectiveness of the NDS
findings, potential approaches, benefits for capability resolution, and
implications.
Prepare and present concept papers that synthesize key elements of
thinking and challenge the current strategic construct and must be
suitable for publication in academic or national news outlets.
Develop and maintain an electronic resource, to include key points of
contact, to be used for mission continuity that may be accessed by all
stakeholders.

Skills Tactics Instructor on our Mobile Security Division (MSD) task
order. The Special Skills Tactics Instructor will serve as an instructor
and subject matter expert in areas that may include defensive/non-lethal
force tactics, room entry tactics, small unit tactics, physical
fitness/wellness, emergency medical care, suspect apprehension and
control techniques, risk management, mission planning, personal security
detail operations, communications, security awareness and threat

The Office of Mobile Security Division provides advanced security
related training and specialized security support overseas and
domestically to facilitate the Department of State; Diplomatic Security
Bureau's larger responsibility of creating a secure environment for the
conduct of U.S. diplomacy. To fulfill its responsibilities as an
emergency security support element within the Bureau of Diplomatic
Security, MSD performs three primary counter-threat missions: Security
Support Teams (SST) provide emergency security support: Tactical Support
Teams (TST) provide tactical security support for personal protection
security details; and Mobile Training Teams (MTT) provide security
support training. The incumbent has responsibility for planning,
organizing, and presenting and/or managing the presentation of one or
more of these subjects and for evaluating training effectiveness to
ensure that objectives are met. They are also responsible for ensuring
that a training program is in place to ensure that MSD can successfully
execute any of its three missions by serving as a course instructor and
as a subject matter expert in tactical skills used by specialized
military and law enforcement units.. The incumbent may also serve as a

skills programs, force continuum procedures and for such anti-terrorism

The RCC is the non-clinical case manager and advocates on behalf of the

Provide information about benefits available from Federal, State, and
local agencies.
Educate RSMs on proper procedures for navigating the military medical
care system.
Research regulations, manuals, instructions, National Research
Directory lists, and all available sources to develop comprehensive and
innovative solutions to client problem sets within the DoD care domains.
Make all efforts to minimize delays and gaps in treatment and service;
ensure detailed updates are made to the CRP as defined in applicable
guidance and USSOCOM operational requirements.
Address needs for the family and/or caregivers as they arise.
Coordinate the transfer of an updated CRP to, and directly communicate
with, appropriate personnel should the RSM be moved to a different
location for care.
Close the CRP when the RSM has met all goals or declines further

approval by the Regional Operations Officer, Chief of Recovery Care
Operations, or the COR.
Establish trust and build rapport with stakeholders in the warrior

Effectively prioritize and utilize time management skills to meet all
mandated milestone markers as defined in USSOCOM Directives and WCP
Policies and Procedures.
Collaborate with community partners such as veteran organizations,
Family Readiness Centers, training, and employment resources both on and
off the installation to form a pool of resources to support the care of
our RSMs, their families, and their caregivers.

39. Data Analyst Position (Fort Bragg, NC) (TS/SCI req’d)
JOB DESCRIPTION *
Duties and Responsibilities: Collect and analyze data to identify
trends and provide J8 leadership with valuable information that they can
use to improve operational and businesses practices. Main duties
include identifying, collecting, accessing, and analyzing data, and
deriving insights and making them accessible to the organization through
easy-to-understand graphs, charts, tables and reports.
The duties and responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing
data and making the data accessible to JSOC J8 leadership to inform
resourcing decisions. The day-to-day activities may include the following:
* Performing statistical analysis of data.
* Organizing and transforming data into comprehensible structures.
Data mining to extract information from data sets and identify
correlations and patterns.
Using data to predict trends in the customer base and the
consumer population as a whole.
Using tools and techniques to visualize data in
easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs.
Preparing reports and presenting these to J8 leadership or
customers.
Identifying and recommending new ways to save money by
streamlining business processes.
Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data.
Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and
business requirements.
* Coordinating efforts and technical discussions with Data Science
consultants.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: BS degree or above preferred in Mathematics, Data Analytics,
Statistics, Operations Research, computer science, Systems or Industrial
Engineering. Experience accepted in lieu of a BS degree.
Desired Experience/Skills/Abilities:
* At least two years of experience working as a Data Analyst or
similar position demonstrating the ability to analyze a variety of
data.
* Solid working experience with MS Tools and Excel.
* Experience working with SOF and/or JSOC.
* Experience with POM/Budget analysis.
* Experience with distributed data systems.
* Familiarity with common data structures and languages, e.g., SQL, JSON.
* Proficient in Python, R, and MS Office and SharePoint.
* Basic familiarity / additional competencies: Git Bash, GitLab,
GitHub, Docker, Tableau, Splunk, Qlik (Advana), Visio and/or MS
Power BI.
* A cursory knowledge base of the CI/CD pipeline and Ansible would be
helpful (but not required).
* Lean Six Sigma, Scrum Master, or Certified Product Owner training
(desired).
Travel: Less than 10%.
Security Clearance: Current DOD Top Secret clearance with SCI
eligibility is required.

Position Summary:

Specialistto support ARSOF training operations across multiple sites.
This role is essential to ensuring the smooth flow of equipment,
materials, and supplies that directly impact unit readiness. The ideal
candidate will bring a strong logistics backgroundmilitary or
civilianand thrive in a high-tempo, hands-on environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control,
equipment storage, and secure distribution of mission-critical gear
*
Maintain strict accountability and serviceability of all supplies
and equipment to support ongoing training missions
*
Provide logistics support at Camp Mackall, Fort Liberty, and other
training locations throughout the region
*
Process equipment requisitions, manage material movement, and track
deliveries to align with rapidly changing training schedules
*
Ensure compliance with all applicable supply chain procedures,
policies, and accountability standards
*
Collaborate with teammates and leadership to anticipate needs and
provide efficient, timely logistics support
*
Perform hands-on physical tasks such as loading/unloading, staging,
and transporting materials and equipment
Required Skills and Abilities:
*
Prior military logistics experience (e.g., 92A, 92Y, or equivalent
MOS) or comparable civilian experience in supply chain and warehouse
operations
*
Subject matter expertise in inventory management, logistics
coordination, and warehouse best practices
*
U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background investigation
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
*
Physically capable of performing manual labor and operating in field
environments with variable conditions
*
Active Secret Clearance required
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly
required to talk, listen, and write. The employee frequently is required
to use foot/ankle motions, hands or fingers, handle or feel objects,
tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit; and
reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or
