Minimum Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems

Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) Operations Support Element
(SE) Position

General Position Description:

The JNTC SE assists with JNTC implementation at accredited Service
and Combatant Command joint training programs. The SE provides
direct, on-site, and regional operational support to the joint
training programs, reaching across the Joint Training Environment to
ensure the most current capabilities are available to the training
audience. The SE functions as the Joint Warfighting Center (JWFC)
Field Staff and provides the training programs the joint interface
across the Joint Training Environment that enables the training
programs to obtain the joint context for realistic joint training.
The SE functions as the reach back to the JWFC and a worldwide
network of JNTC personnel at other accredited joint training programs

Specified Tasks:

1. Training support specialist who acts as the JWFC JNTC

Director of Maintenance to oversee approximately 8500 units of Marine
housing along with the surrounding grounds to include pools, playgrounds and
public spaces. They would like this person to be based in Jacksonville, NC
in order to be in close proximity to the bases. They are offering relocation
assistance, a base salary, bonuses and great benefits. There will be travel
required up and down the east coast for this position as there are scattered
housing sites in NY, SC and MA as well as core housing in NC. Manage a staff of over 100 people, annual budgets of around $25MM plus a capital projects budget. The ideal candidate has a Marine Corp background, has a degree and relative experience to housing facilities management. Must have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills. Responsible for negotiation of contracts with outside vendors, budget creation and control, analyzing existing systems and operations related to purchase order, work order and preventive maintenance systems in order to offer ideas on how to increase efficiency and decrease expenses.
