DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Unload sand, cement, lumber, pipe and other construction materials.
• Dig and excavate earth for ditches and foundations.
• Lift and load barrels containing scrap metal, wood, dirt and sand.
• Aid trade-workers in construction repairs and modifications of buildings.
• Clear away broken pavement and stone with picks and shovels.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to meet and maintain all requirements of this contract/task
• Possess a general knowledge and skill of various trade techniques involving carpentry, masonry, electrical, sheet metal work and painting.
• Contractor shall have a valid and current driver’s license when operating a government vehicle.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE

Various Naval and Marine Corps installations in the NAVFAC area of responsibility. Majority of work will be conducted at 937 N. Harbor Drive, Naval Base San Diego; Naval Base Coronado; and Naval Base Point Loma.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Physically demanding position which will require the contractor to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs, dig earth, lift and load refuse barrels.

• Determine process and follow-up on active duty pay entitlement actions requiring numerous different and unrelated procedures
• Review pay accounts and service records to discover and correct irregularities. Review and complete pay entitlement documents/actions necessary to update a service member’s pay account.
• Review pay accounts prior to service member’s separation for correct entitlements
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy and legality.
• Promptly and accurately compute military pay and allowance.
• Ensure required documents are mailed to Defense Finance Accounting Service – Cleveland (DFAS-CL).
• Resolve pay record and personnel record problems to include reconstruction and post-audit reconciliation.
• Review for correctness all disbursing affected documents of pay information
• Assist in performing auditing work on various pay actions (ie, back pay claims, recent pay problems, etc)

Job Description:

This is a Senior Analyst position supporting the Joint IED Defeat Organization's C-IED Operations Integrations Center. Will be required to provide intelligence research, analysis, data collection, production, and dissemination of products responding to the emerging requirements of the Command. Integrate and disseminate reports and products. Identify emerging trends and methods of operation in order to deter and interdict networks associated with the sourcing, production, delivery and emplacement of IEDs. Analyze data from in-theater in order to strengthen information gathering through JIEDDO fusion capabilities. Provide deployed forces with higher level of human terrain understanding in their AO, especially with respect to recognizing and capitalizing upon signs of radicalization.

Job Requirements:

- 15 years of analytical experience, preferably as an all -source, CI/HUMINT or CT analyst.
- Deployed experience as a HUMINT analyst or HUMINT operations support in Iraq or Afghansitan a plus.
- Strong background in : Middle East/ SWA regional analysis, political analysis, intelligence collection, and Ci/HUMINT analysis.
- Proficiency in the following analytical databases and research tools such as M3, Falconview, Query Tree, Analyst Notebook
- Bachelors degree

This is a Senior Multi-Discipline/General Military Intelligence/All Source Intelligence Analyst position supporting the Joint IED Defeat Organization's C-IED Operations Integration Center. Directs and manages team production requirements including content, analysis, and presentation. He/she proivdes indications and warnings analysis, collection management, targeting, imagery, network analysis, moving target indications backtracking, counterintelligence, counter-terrorism, information operations, foreign disclosure, international engagements and threat analysis. Directs and participates in information retrieval, knowledge consolidation, analysis, and development of assessments of facts, threat intents, cultural behavioral norms, implications of the environment, and friendly as well as adversarial involvement in that environment, and guides accurate identification of adversarial intent, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and potential threat courses of action. Integrates and ma
nages the intelligence capabilities of team with operations support teams. Maintains liaison within the intelligence community and develops, through team functions, analyst-to-analyst communications with operational and tactical consumers of intelligence. Job Requirements:

- 15 years of all source analytical experience, preferably as an all -source, CI/HUMINT or CT analyst.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong background in : Middle East/ SWA regional analysis, political analysis, intelligence collection, and Ci/HUMINT analysis.
- Proficiency in the following analytical databases and research tools such as M3, Falconview, Query Tree, Analyst Notebook

This is for a Senior Geospatial Imagery (IMINT) Analyst supporting the Joint IED Defeat Orgazation's C-IED Operations Center. Responsible for supervising and analyzing aerial and ground permanent record imagery developed by photographic and electronic means. This includes: studying aerial photographs and recommending the use of imaging sensors for reconnaissance and surveillance missions; using electronic, mechanical and optical devices, as well as photogrammetry, in order to obtain information from imagery; determining target coordinates for accurate location of imagery analysis findings; identifying enemy weapons and equipment defenses; analyzing installations and lines of communications, and studying land and sea areas that could become battlegrounds in time of war

1.3 Administrative Support
