About Phoenix Global Support
PGS is a US government provider of Signals Intelligence training and operational support, HUMINT solutions provider, and provider of robust exercise support. In addition to Signals Intelligence support, PGS provides language translation support, ground and airborne test and evaluation of SIGINT capabilities, ISR support and Tracking and Target Location (TTL) systems and training. PGS currently holds contracts with several USSOCOM subordinate commands as well as direct support to USSSOCOM major program, JTWS-PGL.
Position Description:
The successful candidate will produce geo-location data to support the development of various intelligence reports. Using Geospatial skills and knowledge, the qualified candidate will manage and facilitate the prosecution and analysis of collection data files. Additionally, the candidate will conduct general and directed radio frequency searches on targets of interest in the OEF Theater of Operation. This is a 24-hour operation and shift work is required, typical 40 hour work week.
Required Skills:
Experience with communications intelligence collection equipment is required. Experience with ground, airborne, and/or national geo-location systems is preferred. The successful candidate will have previous experience with analyzing and processing collection data files. The candidate must be able to have a TS/SCI security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Previous target experience with Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia is beneficial. THE JOB: Director of Franchise Support (DFS) is responsible for the operational support and professional business guidance of franchisees within their assigned area. The DFS works together with the Franchise Owner (FO) to help the franchisee to assemble productive teams, grow and become profitable through operational excellence. CTC has an opportunity for a qualified Senior Network Analyst or Engineer with Modeling, Simulation and Analysis (MS&A) Expertise in Tampa, FL.
SENIOR NETWORK ANALYST/ENGINEER
Primary Responsibilities:
Seeking a Network Engineer or Network Analyst with network and application performance management expertise, specifically experience with Application Performance Management and Network Performance Management products from Riverbed (formerly OPNET) to include AppResponse Xpert, AppTransaction Xpert, VNE Server, SP Guru or Cascade Profiler is desired. Experience with Network Management systems to include Solar Winds, Cisco Works, and HP Openview will be considered. Candidate should have extensive experience troubleshooting and maintaining both wireless and wired communications systems (hardware and software). Based on the needs of the specific network/information system supported, responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Provides technical expertise on the operation, maintenance, management and deployment of the hardware, software and/or transmission facilities comprising the network/system.
• Responsible for engineering support to existing and emerging technological enhancements in the specific network/system.
• Troubleshoots high-visibility applications for the Command related to end-user experience and application performance efficiencies.
• May be required to have knowledge of the operations and management of tactical systems the extent required to ensure interoperability with the strategic systems.
• Interfaces with SMEs and other technical experts on network performance, based on Department of Defense (DoD) criteria and recommends additions/deletions/reconfigurations.
• Researches, analyzes and/or develops reports of network/system operations, functions or performance, network topology plans/changes, network route plans/changes, configurations, etc.
• Coordinates with other technical experts to formulate implementation plans for the insertion of new technologies into the network/system, support evolving Government requirements.
• Applies systems engineering disciplines to the provisioning of new service offerings over the network/system.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years technical experience and a BA/BS degree in Engineering field or Information Technology.
• Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance (or ability to obtain SCI status).
• Experience with network systems engineering, network topology planning, network route planning, management of network configurations and network modeling and simulation.
• Familiarity with Riverbed’s Network Planner and/or Modeler.
• Experience with Application performance management and classification tools including Riverbed’s AppResponse Xpert and AppTransaction Xpert, CA's NetQoS, and BlueCoat’s PacketShaper and experience with wireless and wired communications systems (hardware and software).
• A fundamental technical understanding of multi-tier application architectures and performance issues.
• An ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Security Plus Certification.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification OR Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
• Experience with USSOCOM SIE preferred.
Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance (or ability to obtain SCI status).

Responsibilities
Lead a diverse team of Systems Engineers, Systems Administrators, SQL
Developers and other disciplines in architecting, operating, maintaining and
improving enterprise core systems and servers. Must be a proven leader; able
to guide, grow and mentor team members. Good communication skills both
written and verbal are required.
Provide specialized expertise within multiple IT systems such as: Windows
2008 R2/2012, SharePoint 2010, Exchange Server 2010, VMWare 5.1 as well as
general knowledge of related disciplines. This would include performing
installation, administration, troubleshooting and support of server
operating systems/services, storage, and Data Center solutions. Oversee the
implementation of system specifications; integration, testing, and
documentation are a key part of the role. Exhibit strong technical skills
as they relate to numerous systems and storage technologies including but
not limited to: Windows Server2003/2008/2012, Exchange Server 2007/2010,
Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012, DC's/DNS, DFS, Active Directory, DHCP, Wave,
IIS, VMware vSphere 5, ESXi 5, Cisco UCS/Nexus, Infoblox, SCCM, Hyper-V.
Responsible for performing in-depth analysis and technical support of
systems, including complex problem resolution, design, development, testing,
operational integration, and user support. Provide operating systems
planning and evaluation for performance analysis, capacity planning and
hardware upgrades.
