***IMPORTANT*** The manager is looking for two individuals that are experienced managing and administering benefits plans. For the Mechanicsburg, PA only position compensation experience would be preferable. Candidates for these positions should be individuals that require little to no direction especially for the Mechanicsburg, PA position.
JOB DUTIES:
•Ensure all benefit programs are accurately captured and administered in ADP’s WinFlex module for employee benefits administration
•Coordinate processing of enrollments, COBRA, terminations, status changes, disability, leaves of absence, FMLA, 401(k), pension, and welfare plans
•Process and ensure employee benefit election data and employment data is entered accurately into HR/Payroll system and vendor websites to include adding and terminating participants, qualifying events, claim resolution, change reporting reconciliation and approval of health, dental, life insurance and other benefits invoices for payment
•Provide excellent customer service, communication, training and support to internal and external customers and serve as liaison for problem resolution on any benefit related questions (internal or external customers)
•Perform payroll/benefit related reconciliations and reconcile benefit statements along with gathering employee data and overseeing the processing of monthly health and welfare billing
•Prepare complex benefit reports extracting data from the HR/Payroll system or various
databases for senior management along with making recommendations and process enhancements
•Coordinate the company’s wellness programs and a variety of other programs related to employee benefits and employee health/fitness
•Lead annual open enrollment of employees into benefit programs
•Confer with BCBSF benefits staff, Membership & Billing, and other external benefit vendors about new benefit program offerings and assistance in resolving benefit related issues
•Evaluate and monitor current benefit programs for fit with FCSO’s strategic goals; maintain current knowledge of benefit trends and make recommendations in order to incorporate best practices
•Conduct orientation for new hires at new employee orientation and follow-up to ensure new employees enroll in benefit programs
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
•5 or more years of experience with benefits programs, including benefit open enrollment administration
•Strong knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to benefits administration and coordination with payroll, employment law, and compensation
•Ability to analyze and interpret policy and procedural questions, draw conclusions, and make effective recommendations
•Detail oriented, with strong organizational and customer service skills required
•Ability to manage sensitive information in a confidential manner
•Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
•Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills, superior telephone etiquette and ability to interact effectively with managers, employees, and vendors
•Must have a strong dedication to customer service and satisfaction
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, the Internet, email, and other relevant software
BUSINESS SPECIFIC CRITERIA:
•Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree
•Experience with PeopleSoft, ADP, WinFlex and/or other major ERP applications
•ADP Certification Enterprise, Autolink, ReportSmith

Safely switch railcars and safe train movement.
SAFETY: Comply with company and federal safety rules, policies and procedures to include wearing required safety equipment, responding to and acting on
safety concerns.
COMMUNICATION: Obtain and receive information and act on oral or written instructions by various communication devices. Monitor and report daily work.
TRAIN OPERATION: Climb on/off equipment, set/release hand brakes, couple/uncouple air hoses, remove/replace broken 75lb railcar connectors, ride moving
cars by hanging on grab irons or ladders. Observe, interpret and relay hand, lantern, and other signals for train movement; judge and control speed and
clearance distance of cars; distinguish among colors and see at night.
SWITCHING FUNCTIONS: Operate track switches and derails to change train routing within yards or on road. Check switch points for proper alignment.
TRAIN AND EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS: Switch, spot cars and determine train make-up. Observe and monitor track conditions (e.g. broken rails, defective
switches, weather-related problems). Inspect cars per federal regulations. Observe and report on passing train conditions.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely switch railcars and safe train movement.
SAFETY: Comply with company and federal safety rules, policies and procedures to include wearing required safety equipment, responding to and acting on
safety concerns.
COMMUNICATION: Obtain and receive information and act on oral or written instructions by various communication devices. Monitor and report daily work.
TRAIN OPERATION: Climb on/off equipment, set/release hand brakes, couple/uncouple air hoses, remove/replace broken 75lb railcar connectors, ride moving
cars by hanging on grab irons or ladders. Observe, interpret and relay hand, lantern, and other signals for train movement; judge and control speed and
clearance distance of cars; distinguish among colors and see at night.
SWITCHING FUNCTIONS: Operate track switches and derails to change train routing within yards or on road. Check switch points for proper alignment.
TRAIN AND EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS: Switch, spot cars and determine train make-up. Observe and monitor track conditions (e.g. broken rails, defective
switches, weather-related problems). Inspect cars per federal regulations. Observe and report on passing train conditions.
