1. FT/Perm Position - Functional Analyst - San Mateo, CA.
THE JOB:
The Functional Analyst will participate in a full project lifecycle. The person selected to fill this role will have a strong aptitude for analysis and technical problem solving system analysis and implementation. The candidate will be responsible to analyze the business requirements received from Business Analysts and are responsible for translating these requirements into functional specifications and systems requirements. The person filling this role will defines solutions on a functional level including the analysis of technical project requirements documents received from clients, for functional impacts; The creation/documentation of general and detailed functional designs; Assisting in the creation of user acceptance testing plans; Will represent the project manager(s) in meetings and requirement gathering sessions with internal and external customers and business partners; Provide functional expertise (Level 2 support) for teams in charge of user support for day-to-day operations; Provide system subject matter expertise to various client support personnel within designated service delivery team; Perform functional troubleshooting; Work closely with business analysts and solution architects on system issues requiring client background and understanding of customer specific use cases; Understand the current condition of the application portfolio and functions and technologies to support the client needs; Provides functional and technical support to end users. REQUIREMENTS: The person filling this role MUST HAVE excellent documentation skills with the demonstrated ability to create functional specification documentation and it clients and internal technical groups; Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in a key business area, such as financial systems, IT, development, etc. along with a strong computer background, will be considered; Only candidates who are highly organized and have ability to meet deadlines and multi-task while working in a fast paced environment can be considered; The candidate filling this role needs to be self-directed/ results driven with demonstrated ability to multitask prioritize and execute on executive strategies; BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Finance. Experience will not be considered in lieu of a degree. Prior client operations support or client-interfacing experience. COMPENSATION: Compensation will be a competitive/market value salary (75-85K+ base -- depending on years of RELEVANT experience, education, certifications, etc.) Plus benefits, including health, dental, and vision, 401k with fully vested company match, and generous paid time off / holidays. 2. Regional Account Manager -- Tire Sales - Mid-West and South (two positions open in the south). The Roles Open: Mid-West Regional Account Manager who will cover MN, NE, IA, KS, MN, WI, SD, ND, CO.
Southern Regional Manager covers TX, AZ, NM, OK, LA, and AR. Southern Dedicated Account Manager is dedicated to one client and will be developing the dealer base for this client. Position Overview: The Regional Account Manager is a channel sales partner insuring the achievement of company's revenue objectives. This position is part of the field sales organization and interfaces regularly with clients, channel partners, management and other areas of the business. Requirements: Proven history of effectively using a CRM system to identify opportunities, report on funnel progression and quantify forecasts and results; Excellent ability to work independently using proactive selling skills to create new relationships and foster the existing ones; Previous experience successfully growing new and existing business in a field territory; 8-10 years of experience selling tires into off the road or agricultural verticals; Demonstrated experience selling through a channel or dealer network; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field; Ability to travel up to 80% of the time; Excellent communication skills; Must live within the territory; Industry knowledge.

Perform project-based management and support for a variety of technology and business process client project. The SATCOM Technician will provide in-depth technical support in the following areas: RF system maintenance, IP network operation, audio and video operation, presentation and maintenance with a special interest on satellite communications. The SAT is being provided to the Afghan National Army (ANA) in direct support of U.S. Foreign Policy and will take place at various USG secured installation/locations in Afghanistan.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the performance oversight of a 100+ personnel SAT.

URS Corporation is now hiring qualified Aircraft Worker. E-2C Organizational Level Maintenance. Shift work and detachment required.
Aircraft Workers in support of U.S. NAVY aircraft maintenance operations at Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, VA
High School graduate or equivalent with a minimum three (3) years actual and recent organizational level aircraft flight line or aircraft carrier flight deck servicing experience is recommended.
Must have completed military aviation maintenance training or maintenance technical school curriculum or possess an FAA issued A&P license. Prior experience with U.S. Navy operations on E-2C highly preferred. Knowledge and use of special tools/equipment required to perform assigned maintenance tasks is mandatory. Work is performed primarily outdoors under all types of weather conditions with exposure to loud noise and exhaust fumes. Ability to read and interpret technical publications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Should be a self-motivator and work with minimum supervision. Must have a valid Virginia Driver's license (Or North Carolina if NC resident) or obtain one within sixty days of moving to the state.
Must be able to meet physical requirements associated with and/or pass any medical examination requirements related to performing daily assigned tasks. There is a great deal of standing, climbing, bending and stooping. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Salary: $20.18 per hr
Job Description:
The Aircraft Worker makes repairs to aircraft following orders of higher grade worker. This work will be inspected by supervisors or quality assurance representatives for general compliance with accepted practices; assists in troubleshooting malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, hydraulic systems, engines, auxiliary power unit, ventilation, and heating systems, avionics and electrical systems. Removes, cleans, reinstalls, or replaces defective parts, accessories, and components such as worn gaskets, couplings, and fittings, bad actuators, accumulators, gauges, and fuel and oil lines. This worker may make adjustments and settings such as cable tension and seat movement settings and adjustments; will obtain standard parts by referring to parts manuals and by making comparisons with samples; will perform pre-flight and post-flight maintenance inspections in support of flight schedule; will enter in the maintenance records description of the work performed; may remove, install, and seal panels; may service engines and other various aircraft components; will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the E-2Caircraft, short of overhaul, required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition; will be required to carry tool boxes to and from aircraft; will perform preoperational inspection and operate ground support equipment such as electrical power supply, tow tractors, and engine starting units. The Aircraft Worker could perform this work up to 7 days and 40 hours a week and overtime depending on operational tempo.
