POSITION OVERVIEW
The Parris Island Museum and Historical Society, a highly regarded 501(c)3 nonprofit founded to promote the history of Parris Island by supporting the United States Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island’s (MCRDPI) award winning Command museum, is looking for an Executive Director (ED) to lead the organization to the next level in its development. The ED selected will embark on a unique, ground breaking opportunity to develop, organize and grow the organization in a manner limited almost solely by the ED’s imagination and creativity.
The ED will be responsible for day to day Society operations including financial management and oversight of local and website retail sales activities. The ED will also have responsibility for developing and implementing a comprehensive Society strategic plan, building the Society’s membership base and all fundraising activities and functions. Reporting to the President of the Board of Directors, the ED will be the face of the Society, directly responsible for developing working relationships and communicating with funding source representatives and Society and MCRDPI staff.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 – 5 years of management experience
• Proven organizational management skills with demonstrated ability to coach staff

Reservoir International is seeking qualified Role Players/Subject Matter Expert-Trainers who can accurately depict career Foreign Service personnel and provide in-role and out-of-role guidance and training to Military Information Support Operations teams in a simulated embassy environment. All positions require U.S. citizenship. Countries of interest include Bosnia, Kosovo, Croatia, Serbia, Algeria, Mauritania, Nigeria, Kenya, Somalia, Lebanon, Yemen, Syria, Afghanistan, and Bahrain. This is a recurring exercise beginning in January 2014 through December 2014. Place of performance includes Fort Bragg/Camp MacKall NC, Fort Pickett and Fort AP Hill VA. Competitive salary for all positions for up to 5 days per exercise.
US Ambassador (AMB) This SME must speak English, possess a SECRET Clearance, and have at least one foreign posting on a US Country Team as either a Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) or an Ambassador (AMB). 5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) SME (TS/SCI) (MacDill, FL)
L3 STRATIS has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) SME. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization based at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. The CRM SME will be responsible for overseeing all task activities related to this function in support of the customer.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both internal and external executive leadership.
The CRM SME will work with various business stakeholders and engineers to support customer solutions, implement solutions and integrate the various complementary Cloud products. Specific Responsibilities:
• Work with Solutions Engineering to develop design strategies that integrate operational excellence across the platform solutions.

In addition to regularly scheduled hours and responsibilities, the CRM SME will be required to assist on special projects and emergencies. Required:
• Be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance/Sensitive Compartmented Information(TS/SCI)
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist Dynamics CRM certification.
• 8 or more years of demonstrated experience in:
o Architecting or developing Microsoft CRM applications.
o Using Microsoft Dynamics Developer.
o Installing, upgrading and optimizing Microsoft CRM.
• 3 or more years of demonstrated experience in:
• NET programming.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as a Special Forces Unconventional Warfare (UW) C4I Planner to support the design and execution of the JADE HELM (JH) UW exercise program. Provide support for USASFC(A) Unconventional Warfare Exercise with persistent exercise communications and network connectivity developments, requirements, planning, and sustainment. Performs technical support duties associated with HQ USASOC participation in USSOCOM, AFSOC, USJFCOM Joint Live, Virtual, Constructive Training Environment (JLVC-TE) exercises and SWCS simulations center. Integrating the USASOC operational and training systems communications networks into DoD’s interoperable infrastructure using secure distributed training methods, and includes technical support and collaboration with JFCOM J7 Joint Warfighting Center (JWFC), Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC), HQ USASOC and the USSOCOM Joint Training Support Center (JTSC). Provides communications and network technical support to execute AFSOC Commander’s T2/JNTC Joint Training Program Execution Plan. Provides communications technical support for the SOF C2 and JLVC-TE network integration with the Joint Training Enterprise Network (JTEN) to accomplish SECDEF/DoD Training Transformation and the Joint National Training Capability (T2/JNTC). Provide technical planning, programming, and budgeting efforts associated with integrating C2 and LVC capabilities to produce persistent secure net-centric interoperability that links AFSOC Training and Rehearsal Systems (ATARS) virtual training simulators in JNTC exercise and adhoc efforts as required/directed. • Must have in-depth knowledge of DoD organizational structures, functions and procedures, command relationships and responsibilities.

• Primarily working without supervision, responsibilities include providing technical, scientific and functional communications oversight and quality assurance support.

Reservoir International is seeking qualified Role Players/Subject Matter Expert-Trainers who can accurately depict career Foreign Service personnel and provide in-role and out-of-role guidance and training to Military Information Support Operations teams in a simulated embassy environment. All positions require U.S. citizenship. Countries of interest include Bosnia, Kosovo, Croatia, Serbia, Algeria, Mauritania, Nigeria, Kenya, Somalia, Lebanon, Yemen, Syria, Afghanistan, and Bahrain. Regional Security Officer (RSO) This SME must speak English, possess a SECRET Clearance, and have sufficient knowledge and experience to depict an RSO in an embassy environment. The RSO role player will discuss US Embassy Force Protection procedures and policies to include but not limited to freedom of movement, RSO Standing Operating Procedures (SOP) Procedures, Force Protection considerations, carry of firearms, non-combatant evacuation operation (NEO) and Military Information Support teams (MISTs) member’s roles when the mission is under direct threat. REQUIREMENTS:
• Related military experience and equivalent specialized training (ie, JOPES, CWPC, C2 or other operations planning courses) combined with extensive SOF exercise logistics planning experience.
• At least 10 years’ experience in developing SOF participation in JCS JNTC exercises at the Wing or Army Service Component Command (formally called MACOM) level.
• Experienced in Joint and Coalition, SOF operations and training.
• Thorough knowledge of the JEP, JCS exercise design, JNTC process, logistics planning process, and related management processes.
• Demonstrated communication and analytical skills, and an ability to operate independently.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with exercise participants such as COCOMs and components, supporting command staff, and other parties to effectively support realistic scenarios to facilitate Warfighter interoperability assessments.

Primary Responsibilities: The following duties include but are not limited to:
• Assist, prepare, and deliver documents in support of a variety of financial management activities to include Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Executing (PPBE), Program Types (U.S., FMS, etc.) and tracking data, IAW all current and future fiscal and appropriation law and policy such as but not limited to DOD 7000.14-R, Vols. 1, 2 & 3; Air Force Instructions (AFI) 65-Series and AFMCI 65-603;
• Possess knowledge of financial management and accounting functions, processes, and analytical methods and techniques in order to gather, analyze, evaluate and present information required by the program office;
• Maintain program budgets and other financial tracking documentation;
• Perform budget forecasting tasks, variance identification and analysis, program or financial execution reporting and reviews, schedule analysis, and earned value management (EVM) analysis;
• Provide advice and recommendations to the program office on all matters relating to budget, schedule or EVM;
• Apply knowledge to, rely upon and use automated management information systems in performing fact finding, analytical, and advisory functions
Essential Skills and Experience
• 4 years financial management experience, 2 of which must be in defense acquisitions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Active Secret or TS+

The individual must have comprehensive knowledge of acquisition contracting principles, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements and must be familiar with contract administration/closeout provisions of FAR Part 4.8 and applicable supplements to include performing the appropriate closeout functions for both ACO and ESC administered contracts. Primary Responsibilities: The following duties include but are not limited to:
• Work closely with FM, DFAS and the Program Managers to resolve Un-liquidated Obligations (ULOs) and Negative Un-liquidated Obligations (NULOs) in an effort to bring ULO/NULOs to a zero balance;
• Prepare de-obligation modifications for PCO signature where excess funds have been identified and validated;
• Ensure the physical contract records match the electronic file plans and contain the necessary closeout documents as well as perform all other relevant records management duties to include ensuring that all file locations are identified and tracked in the Closeout Priority Data Base (CPDB);
• Use data analysis tools to set closeout priorities to include such tools as MOCAS, CONWRITE, Closed Contract Database (CCDB), Shared Data Warehouse (SDW), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), the Air Force Records Management Information (AFRIMS), and any other available local reports such as the Merge report
Essential Skills and Experience
• 2 years of government contract experience;
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 24 semester hours in accounting, law, business, finance, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management;
