The Quality Assurance Analyst I candidate of choice will perform the following activities: Support quality assurance needs of various back-end software applications, databases, web services, data files, hardware components, system integration and sync processing. Test a few major releases and numerous maintenance or patch releases in 3 to 6 month time frame. Working on 1-2 projects at a time. Creating/updating QA plans and test cases to verify application functionality with the help of other Quality Assurance Analysts. Test on a client/server .NET application that is primarily tested in VM environments on tester desktops and Prod-Sim environments. Understand the database and network architecture used by the applications and how it may or may not impact the testing efforts for the software releases. Manually test applications. Serve as an Intel All Source Analyst WMD/CBRN SME in the Joint Exercise
Control Group during exercise execution.
QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates must have sufficient analytical
background to be functionally knowledgeable of the WMD programs of foreign
nation states and WMD/CBRN-related activity and threats posed by terrorist
groups and violent extremists. Candidates must possess technical
knowledge of WMD/CBRN-related topics including nuclear power, nuclear
weapons, improvised nuclear devices, radiological weapons, toxic
industrial chemicals, chemical weapons, biological weapons, and associated
delivery systems.
EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree. 15 years of relevant experience with DOD,
DOE or FBI.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Qualified candidates must possess advanced
management and organizational skills and demonstrate experience
overseeing, producing, and leading development of WMD/CBRN related
intelligence products for SOF exercises. Must have analytical, planning,
coordination, negotiation and directing skills to ensure requirements are
satisfied and demonstrated ability to prepare/analyze WMD/CBRN products.
Must be capable of briefing Senior Officers in large audiences and lead
exercise functional planning collaboration sessions. Knowledge of and
credibility within the interagency, notably Department of Energy (DOE) and
FBI, is strongly desired. WMD/CBRN experience within USSOCOM and a
comprehensive and complete understanding of National Counter WMD policy
and support organizations, Geographical Combatant Commands, USSOCOM, and
TSOCs is highly desired. Best candidate will have extensive and recent
SOF experience as a WMD/CBRN all source analyst, experience in WMD/CBRN
programs, understand National policies, procedures, and protocols, have
recent exercise design experience in back side WMD/CBRN exercises and
front side participation in WMD/CBRN exercises, and solid background in
exercise design methodology and procedures. Must be competent on Intel
Databases to include Intelink, M3, TAC, CAPS.
CONUS/OCONUS travel to support JELC activities is required. No relocation
assistance is provided for this position. A level of government security
clearance is required for this position with access to Sensitive
Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to obtain and maintain the
required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a position
