2. Quality Control Lab Technician - San Antonio, TX
Description: Preform chemical control duties including: obtaining samples of the process, test the samples advise the control room operator of the results and suggest corrective action s if needed. Communicate with operator, supervisors, shipping and receiving and production assistants concerning test results or plant processes in need of attention. Description: Responsible for safely troubleshooting and repairing electrical and instrumentation equipment including compliance with reliability, quality assurance, environmental and government programs. Duties include:
* Troubleshooting, calibration and maintenance of pneumatic and electronic analog and digital process control instrumentation.

Provide Subject Matter Expertise to conduct mission analysis and operational design for current and future Inform and Influence Activities (IIA) in support of the Commander ISAF Counter-insurgency (COIN) Campaign in Afghanistan.
• Support includes framing the Influence operational environment; framing the IIA problem in the context of the COIN Campaign; developing the IIA operational approaches to the solution for maintaining the Influence initiative against the Insurgency; and institutionalizing solutions in the detail of IIA operations plans, standard operating procedures, and doctrine.
• Support evaluating IIA by developing assessment criteria – measures of performance, measures of effectiveness, and impact indicators. Advise on the intelligence preparation of the Influence environment.
• May serve as client leadership personal representative to supported HQ and staff.
• Coordinate client operations with supported HQ staff directorates, key decision makers, key staff, and other LNOs.
• Attend key meetings and events and report significant information up and down the client chain of command.
• Coordinate and track Requests For Information (RFIs), product support requests, and product dissemination.
• Assist planners in developing synchronized inform and influence activities that leverage client capabilities.

Requirements:
• Must be an Inform and Influence Activities (IIA) SME with 10-plus years working in Strategic Communication/IO/PSYOP with the U.S. military
• Graduate of a Senior Service College (USA, USN, USMC, USAF) or equivalent SSC Fellowship
• Must have a successful tour(s) as a Strategic Communication, IO, MISO or equivalent Planner dealing with strategy, policy or campaign development at the national level (Office of the Secretary of Defense, The Joint Staff, a Service HQ or interagency equivalent), or at a regional or functional component command HQ within DoD (e.g., Central Command, Special Operations Command)
• Must have at least one tour inside Afghanistan in support of the Counter-insurgency campaign
• Must have 3 years of experience with deliberate planning and the Military Decision Making Process at a Geographic Combatant Command, Functional Command, and/or Coalition Force HQ in support of operations in Afghanistan
• Must have in-depth knowledge of US policy, doctrine, and authorities for conducting Inform and Influence Activities (MISO, etc.) and use of the Internet for Influence Activities

DPRI (ACE) Coordinator supports III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) located at Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan. In this position you will be responsible for working with FEMA Public Assistant applicants and writing project worksheets, assessing damages, identifying mitigation opportunities and monitoring repairs and structural improvement. • This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency, (FEMA), Region II, Sandy Recovery Field Office team in Eatontown, NJ.
The incumbent is responsible for implementing Public Assistance Program, conducting direct interface with public officials, including local government, state, private non-profit, health, education and other officials representing public institutions.
• Assesses damages, inventory needs, writes project worksheets, maintains Case Management Files. Tracks progress of project worksheets from submission to data entry to obligated funds and project completion and works closely with public assistance coordinators and technical experts.
• Interfaces with state, FEMA and other federal agency officials as duties require.
• Assists in evaluating the implementation and delivery of Public Assistance programs and makes recommendations to senior management for further action to improve performance, compiles data for further program analysis, works collaboratively with associated personnel and assists in ensuring that satisfactory resolution of Public Assistance program issues or identifies problems.
• Represents the Public Assistance program on various issues and conflicts and negotiates with key federal, state and local officials on issues, or to gain acceptance on program issues.

Job Description:
Providing NAMTS program administration and execution support and guidance at
their parent NTMA and other NTMAs within their geographic region if no RNC
is assigned.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting the NTMA leadership and NAMTS organization as required.
* Conducting United States Apprenticeship Program (USMAP) and JQR
indoctrination, including an overview of all components and benefits of the
NAMTS program for NTMA leadership and NAMTS candidates.
