1. Regional Sales Manager -- Oahu, HI; Central CA; MA and NJ (can be located anywhere in MA or NJ). Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager is a sales leadership position. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for organizing, motivating and leading a team of regional sales consultants. The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within their team reaches their monthly and annual targets. The candidate will have a track record proven leadership abilities (communication, relationship building, training & development, hiring and firing), as well as direct sales experience to manage all aspects of the territory. The Incumbent must have the ability to train and evaluate sales consultants abilities, ensure the highest standards of sales skills and measurable sales results are being met and maintained, articulate the company's value proposition, manage and track opportunities through the sales pipeline, and demonstrate highly accurate forecasting ability while mentoring existing sales consultants on improving pipeline forecasting and ultimately increase revenue within their territory. Duties and Responsibilities: Being primarily a leadership position the core competence of a successful Regional Sales Manager is their ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a team of sales consultants to move opportunities through the entire sales process and close sales; Work with Field Marketing specialists to ensure adequate lead generation, and with Inside Sales to ensure leads are being tracked and converted to opportunities and sales by consultants; Ensure that sales consultants are working effectively with Inside Sales, Field Marketing specialists, event coordinators and interns to maximize lead conversion and lead closure rates in their assigned territories, as well as managing their individual Pipelines to meet or exceed individual quotas; Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager and Field Marketing Specialists to ensure Marketing dollars are being used most effectively to generate high quality leads to feed pipeline opportunities; Ensure "best practices" are being used by each sales consultant in working with their assigned Inside Sales consultant. Ensure the highest level of attention is being paid to lead conversion rates. Using SFDC reports and regular meetings to manage and track the process of converting leads from raw to qualified, to site evaluations, and closed sales; Work with consultants and Director of Regional Sales to manage and analyze both individual sales pipelines and regional pipelines from SFDC Stage 3 to Stage 7c, to ensure and maintain highly accurate monthly S&OP forecasting; Produce and maintain detailed S&OP forecasts for their assigned region including regular updates and recommendations to ASP's for the territories as well as competitive pricing analysis for the Director of Regional Sales and VP / GM of Residential and Light Commercial Business Unit; Ensure all team members maintain professionalism and proper etiquette through all forms of communication; Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced team environment; Assist the Residential Solar Consultants in closing business at customer sites when needed; Ability to handle all escalated pertinent customer concerns/issues with all necessary internal departments and stakeholders. These departments include Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Facilities and HR. Always to work as a team with internal departments; Provide accurate information both upwards to the Director of Regional Sales and downwards to Regional Sales Consultants, Inside Sales Consultants, Field Marketing specialists, Event Coordinators and Interns; May include direct sales responsibility for Residential and Light Commercial Sales projects; Co-create measurable and achievable regional quarterly objectives to address new business development, sales targets, managing existing business, and when necessary corporate objectives with the Director of Regional Sales and the VP / GM of Residential and Light Commercial Business Unit; Co-accountability with Sunrun Operations Managers for overall profitability of branch activities; Ownership of regional customer relations issues, both in a proactive and reactive capacity; Assist Director of Regional Sales in establishing, maintaining and communicating up-to-date customer requirements and competitive analysis for their region; Maintain a thorough and current knowledge of solar electric market conditions, rebate and tax incentives, and electric utility rate schedules. Requirements: Minimum 5-10 years of management-level sales experience with a strong working knowledge of the Residential Solar Market and sales "best practices"; Demonstrated ability to maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual sales for their region; Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to build world-class sales and support organization; Has managed both inside and outside sales personnel; Has been a sales manager in a growth technology or high-end construction industry, preferably the solar photovoltaic integrator industry; Has developed and executed tactical sales plans; Has managed phone sales; Has a proven ability to transfer sales skills and knowledge to sales professionals under their direct management; Ability to utilize SFDC report creation for all tracking and forecasting activities; Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower sales employees to achieve objectives with a strong "team" focus and approach.

Duties and responsibilities: Work with Inside Sales team to respond to leads, and contact prospective customers to evaluate a customer's Solar needs; Explain the company's product offering, schedule and manage customer phone appointments; Quickly determine a prospective customer's knowledge of Solar, and guide a conversation towards evaluating a customer's requirements, determining if a customer is a good prospect for Solar, setting a phone appointment, and preparing and presenting a solar proposal that meets their needs; Probe for needs, analyze electrical bills and usage and propose systems that meet the objectives of the customer; Understand and discuss the relative advantages of various forms of financing and be able to structure financial proposals to meet a customer's needs by using cash proposals, low up-front lease proposals, home equity loans, or Power Purchase Agreements; Understand the company's internal tools and processes and use these tools to plan, prepare, create and deliver proposals to potential customers; Track and monitor performance against quota, responsible to meet or exceed minimum performance standards as established by Sales Management. ABOUT THIS POSITION
The forest is looking for a leader with an interest to work efficiently and collaboratively. This position is supervised by the District Ranger. The incumbent manages the Recreation Program and supervises a GS-9 Recreation Planner and a GS-7 Special Uses and Outfitter Guide Specialist. Primary duties include program management of developed and dispersed recreation, trails, wilderness management, recreation special uses, outfitter guides, budget, supervision, and serves as the District Travel Management Coordinator. In addition, this position coordinates with Forest recreation staff and external partners. This position serves on interdisciplinary teams to complete NEPA projects and provides input to planning efforts with potential recreation impacts. The position serves as a primary District Staff with duties that include additional assignments as requested by the District Ranger.
Duty Station Specifics
Leadville Ranger District, Leadville, Colorado; Lake and Chaffee counties, Colorado. The District has 11 permanent year round and seasonal staff, and up to 10 additional temporary staff during the summer field season. The District is the highest ranger district in the Forest Service System. Elevations range from 8,000 to 14,400 feet. The majority of the 289,000 acre district is above 10,000 feet. Leadville, Colorado is located in central Colorado on US Highway 24. Access to Interstate 70 is 30 miles north of Leadville, with Vail and Breckenridge only a 45 minute drive. Buena Vista is 38 miles to the south, Denver is approximately 103 miles to the northeast.
Leadville Ranger District Recreation
CAMPGROUNDS & PICNIC AREAS: The District manages the Turquoise Lake and Twin Lakes Recreation Areas. These two areas provide camping, day use, boating, fishing, and hiking recreation opportunities. There are 15 developed campgrounds on the district. All fee sites are operated by concessionaires.
TRAILS: Over 350 miles of non-motorized trails including the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail and the Colorado Trail are on the District. There are numerous partners and volunteers including the Colorado Trail Foundation and the Colorado Fourteeners Initiative. There are ten peaks over 14,000 feet on the District.
WILDERNESS: The District is the lead manager for the Mount Massive, Collegiate Peaks, and Buffalo Peaks Wilderness areas which cross into the Salida and South Park Ranger Districts. A portion of the Holy Cross Wilderness is on the District.
WINTER RECREATION: The District manages the special use permit for Ski Cooper ski area, Tennessee Pass Nordic Center ski trails, and the Chicago Ridge Backcountry Snow Cat Skiing permits. Ice fishing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling are all popular on the District.
OUTFITTER-GUIDES: Twenty permitted guides providing environmental education, hiking, backpacking, low impact camping, mountain biking, horseback riding, x-country skiing; fishing and hunting. An additional 20 guides operate on the District from neighboring units.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Install, operate, and maintain assigned TACLAN equipment (to include assisting the customer with Mission Planning Kits and Field Computing Devices).
• Deploy, maintain and upgrade Windows-based servers and applications including Active Directory, File and Print Services, Microsoft SQL, MS SCCM, Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager, and DHCP, MS Exchange, and McAfee HBSS.
• Provides senior level administration of Windows based network systems including, but not limited to, support for Windows 2003 and 2008 servers and Windows 7 workstations.
• Tracks support requests through the ISD Remedy system while keeping an inventory database updated with current network devices.
• Updates, repairs and documents work for servers and workstations; coordinates warranty work for same.
• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned TACLAN equipment, and on-site analysis and repair of software and hardware problems found by the customer.
• Provide recommendations for and implement backup and system restoration policies.
• Perform on-site software assistance in the form of installation of updates, new baselines, and information assurance/virus protection tools and patches for all network and client hardware/software.
• Provide “desk-side” user support in response to TACLAN helpdesk calls by the user. Support consists of isolating faults and identifying & replacing faulty parts with on-site spares to return the TACLAN systems to service.
• Inspect and maintain the hardware configuration of all TACLAN equipment in accordance with the TACLAN Program Office approved configuration specifications.
• Interface with the TACLAN LCSM at the Team TACLAN facility in Brandon, Florida, to report and return faulty parts. Shipping costs shall be paid by the LCSM and are not part of this effort.
• Assist users with questions with hardware and software problems.
• Supports Audio Visual & Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC), and Desktop Support as the need arises and as directed.
• Be responsible for providing operational training on established TACLAN systems to government personnel who are assigned to maintain and operate the TACLAN systems in deployed scenarios. Training will be at the basic operational level and may include preventative maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. This training will supplement New Equipment Training courses provided by the TACLAN Program Office.
• Be prepared to deploy on exercises and/or real-world deployments as needed to provide user support to the TACLAN equipment. When deployed, personnel will maintain all equipment, tools, diagnostic software and ensure operational software is current.
• Be physically able to lift 80 pounds, stoop, bend and work under benches, in tight places and in all-weather surroundings. Be in proper physical condition to be deployable in any climate, any location that may be requested by the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in an aggressive, entrepreneurial group engaged in managing and leading business development and sales activities with Fortune 500 firms, scholastic institutions, NGOs, and government organizations. Engage prospects to educate, design and deliver a Travel Risk Management program in support of their travelers and expatriates (including employees, students, volunteers, contractors and/or dependents.)
Deliver results in direct sales to businesses and government agencies
Utilize a blend of events, networking and cold calling for generation of qualified sales leads
Interact across client’s relevant departments (Security, HR, Risk Management and others) to define and deliver optimal travel risk management solutions
Set direction for prospect communications: proposals, sales support documents and other client-facing materials
Work directly with other internal functional areas to support potential clients and partners
Understand existing sales and marketing strategies; identify strengths and weaknesses and which strategies generate revenue
Domestic and international travel required
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of enterprise sales experience with 100% or greater attainment
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Strong Expertise in:
o Client needs identification
o Solutions selling
o Closing expertise
o Contract negotiation skills
Highly energetic and motivated to succeed
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Efficient time management and organizational skills
CRM experience; Microsoft Office Suite experience
