Job Description
This position is in Afghanistan for a PC-12 Mechanic. The FAA licensed A & P Mechanic performs scheduled maintenance, makes repairs, and completes inspections required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the aircraft OEM approved and established and/or modified maintenance procedures and processes. This position is for a highly motivated person to be responsible for performing/supporting daily organizational level maintenance in accordance with technical data and directives; render technical assistance and instruction to AAF personnel in the assembly, operation, service repair and modification of the PC-12. A wide and comprehensive acquaintance with, and understanding of, both general and specific aspects and the technical phases of the job and their practical application to complex problems and situations ordinarily encountered. Usually works without established procedures, performing a wide variety of nonstandard complex tasks using advanced techniques and requiring extensive knowledge of discipline. Analyzes requirements for special projects and recommends methods and processes to accomplish. Conducts research and assists in investigational studies. Supports the design/development of new or modified equipment or methods/systems for improved performance through analysis and check-out. Evaluates and resolves calibrating and troubleshooting problems. Leads and mentors others and lower level employees, may assign work and schedule work flow. Maintain a good working relationship with customer personnel and be aware of and respect cultural differences at the host location.
Basic Qualifications
Licensed FAA A&P mechanic 5 years of experience is desired with maintenance experience on DoD aircraft desired Experience on DoD fixed wing turboprop aircraft. Must have ability to get OEM certification to perform PC-12 aircraft maintenance Must be able to pass/qualify all CENTCOM CRC medical and training requirements Must be knowledgeable and conversant in military maintenance operations, safety, standardization, technical inspections, and supervision instructions, student management, and maintenance management. Equivalent experience/education combinations are permitted for this position which is 5 years of related experience and a HS diploma or equivalent
Desired skills
Desired experience with PC-12 Work experience in austere environments such as Afghanistan Understanding and accepting local languages, customs and traditions (to be able to work with local customs, transport systems and language interpretation) Ability to work in a team environment Proficient in Dari a plus, but not required.Should possess a full understanding of US DoD military aviation maintenance operations. • Target language proficiency: 2+/2+ or Advanced-High. Proficiency will be demonstrated by combinations of the following: telephonic Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) or 2-skill OPI from the DLIFLC, an interview certified by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL).

Intelligence Training Coordinator (SME)
Background:
Develop, enable and advise Assistant Ministry of Defense Intelligence (AMoD-I), General Staff Intelligence (GSG2) Staff, National Military Intelligence Center (NMIC) and elements of the National Military Command Center (NMCC) in intelligence operations, policy, doctrine, planning, programming, management, staff supervision, process and intelligence oversight in support. This includes, but is not limited to the principal military related intelligence disciplines to include mission support to Resolute Support staff. All contract personnel will maintain a deliberate focus on Intelligence Institution Building and Critical Functions using DOTMLPF and associated methodologies or an alternative provided by the military or government contract leads.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
SME shall coordinate, train, advise and provide strategic direction to the staff in the following functional areas: Program of instruction (POI) course development, POI course revisions/ updates, curriculum management and course implementation.
Training Coordinator SME will assist the Senior Intelligence Training Coordinator with all of the designated activities including but not limited to: Coordinate, advise, mentor, and train all Intelligence Training Personnel with regards to NIMS, NMIC, GSG2 and AMOD-I including the ITC Commandant, Staff, and Cadre in addition to leaders, staff and personnel of AMOD-I / GSG2 on the following tasks:
• Development of Curriculum Development and Refinement Programs
• Development of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures for course validation.
• Development of curriculum specific to NMIC, AMOD-I, GSG2 and Intelligence Support Training and Learning Material
• Collaboration and Coordination with all GSG2 / AMOD-I Mentors and Advisors for all Training related activities
• Advisor to Afghan Trainers related to the Intelligence Training Facilities
• Advisor to all GSG2 Mentors for all training related activities
• Responsible for designated portions if Intelligence Training Instruction as annotated by the Military and Government Contract Leads
• Responsible for ensuring the Afghan Intelligence Training Institutions and Critical Functions are measured and evaluated using at least a DOTMLPF methodology or another approved by the military or government leads
Minimum Qualifications:
• Former Military Intelligence O3/O4; Chief Warrant Officer; Senior NCO
• Bachelor’s degree or educational equivalent with direct functional area experience is required
• Recent operational experience in Afghanistan or Iraq training international forces is highly desired
• Training and experience in professional development and adult education is desired
• Experience in professional development, training, and working with Middle Eastern or Central Asian cultures, is desired
Candidate must meet all physical, medical and other requirements for overseas deployment in accordance with current DoD regulations. Candidate must possess a fitness level appropriate to performing work in a field environment and current medical exam completed within the past 12 months. The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.
Experience and Education:
This position may require recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.
The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.
Required:
Applicants must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.
This position requires the ability to obtain and hold a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility. (Resume must show that proposed employee currently holds a TS clearance with previous access to SCI level of information.)
At least 5 years' experience in increasingly responsible positions in one or more military, academic or intelligence community functional areas.
At least 2 years' experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.

Possess analytical experience at SOTF and higher.

The SOF Intelligence Integrator should have familiarity with the following methodologies: F3EAD, CALEB/IWA, Social Network Analysis and CARVER.

Documented experience developing or maintaining a Common Intelligence Picture (CIP).
Experience providing direct analytical support to HUMINT operations.
Experience providing direct targeting support to deployed SOF elements.

Position Responsibilities
Technical Accounting
• Manage all technical issues such as asset impairment, capital lease management, embedded derivatives and restructuring provisions.
• Purchase Price Accounting Adjustments
Taxes
• Responsible for management of all tax related information requests, assisting with and review of all tax filings, payments and true ups.

-U.S. Army MOS equal to 21 series
