This will involve working with a user experience testing specialist to replicate end-user environments, stressing the software to identify conditions that could lead to outages, establishing performance baselines and recording change over time, etc. Purpose of Job This role is tasked with ensuring the company delivers high quality products to its customers. Armed with a customer-oriented mentality this individual will perform load, stress, and performance and smoke tests against company designed to simulate real-world operating conditions that may arise in customer environments. This individual will create automated test cases whenever possible and liaise with other internal QA teams to maximize code coverage. This role is further tasked with assisting in the replication of bugs reported by end-users and ensuring that these have been corrected prior to new versions of software being released. These objectives will be realized by exercising a high degree of creativity, self-sufficiency and leveraging a strong understanding of customer environments combined with a technical foundation acquired from previous experience working in a software quality assurance role.
