In today's evolving defense environment, systems that offer powerful new capabilities to assess, control and display critical information across the command spectrum are the key to getting information to those who need it. Key to the U.S. Air Force air & space superiority mission is the Integrated Space Command and Control (ISC2) Program.
By integrating approximately 40 systems into a common, interoperable C2 information technology infrastructure, ISC2 gives commanders at the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), U. S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) and U.S.
Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) the flexibility to handle growing mission responsibilities in the areas of air and missile warning and space command and control (C2).
The architectural backbone of ISC2 is the Combatant Commander Integrated Command and Control System (CCIC2S). Position Responsibilities:
Network Engineer Crew position for the Infrastructure Support Group (ISG) within the Network Control Center (NCC). This position is responsible for implementing security relevant patches on Cisco and Juniper devices, troubleshooting any network issues on both classified and unclassified networks, completing various network related projects and other various maintenance related duties. This individual will support 24x7 operations in Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station (CMAFS). This will be a swing shift position.
Education Required:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports HQUSSTRATCOM's J65's Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for technical support to the System Certification staff in the daily conduct of the system certification process for multiple missions systems to include the following: Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) System, Theater Event System (TES), and Space Surveillance and Control Systems. This scope also applies to replacement or new systems.
Job Description:
• Oversee all operations to ensure all Objectives (System Certification, Protocol Testing, Tech Performance Evaluation, Air & Missile Defense Operational Test Suite and Sys/Network Admin) are met.
• Document Review-Review Development Test and Evaluation (DT&E) and Operational Test (OT) plans and procedures, Test Objective Worksheets (TOWs), other test documentation, and various requirements documents (e.g., Operational Requirements Document (ORD), Capabilities Design Documents (CDD)) for determination of impact to the technical integrity and sufficiency of system requirements verification of the ITW/AA, SSA and TES systems.
• Review systems deficiency reports, as they occur, monitor trend analysis and identify certification/integrity issues.
• Evaluate scenarios and simulations designed to test the SSA, TES and ITW/AA systems as required by the Government.
• Test Preparation-Attend test-related meetings ensuring test methods and scenarios are adequate to demonstrate the integrity of the ITW/AA, SSA and TES systems ensuring no degradation.
• Participate in development of simulation requirements as required by the Government. Identification of data reduction and recording requirements shall be provided for the appropriate sources and users within the ITW/AA, SSA and TES systems.
• Test Support-Attend test events as identified by the Government. These events will include pre-test briefs, actual tests and post-test briefs.
• Provide Quick Look Evaluation Reports for discussion of abnormalities, correct processing and planned retest dates while notifying the Government/ COR verbally of the results at the conclusion of the tests.
• Test Data Collection and Analysis-Analyze data from various system tests and identify data collection requirements to the Government.
• Utilize the Air and Missile Defense Operational Test Suite (AMDOTS) system to expedite analysis and in near-real-time to assist development teams in the correction of anomalies.
• Technical Support-Attend ITW/AA, SSA and TES design reviews, Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, Integrated Test Team meetings, status, and/or working group meetings to provide technical support to the government certification team.
• Identify any potential certification issues to include analysis of proposed design, test capability, redundancy and any other issues that might affect certification of the system verbally during the meeting.
• USSTRATCOM/J65 Technical Performance Evaluation (TPE) Program- Plan, coordinate, execute, and analyze data from, and report on, ITW/AA, SSA and/or TES end-to-end technical performance for USSTRATCOM/J65 in accordance with SI 535-04 and provide periodic simulation media requirements and technical reviews.
• Air Missile Defense Operational Test Suite (AMDOTS)- Work with various organizations to install, administer, and maintain Remote Monitoring Units (RMUs) to support automated data collection and retrieval for the AMDOTS Data Warehouse, set up, configure and support internal and external networks; continue to develop and maintain all systems, applications, security and network configurations; troubleshoot network performance issues; identify potential problems and provide recommendations to resolve those problems.
• Protocol Testing and Compliance- Maintain the Communications Test Unit (CTU) by developing software to maintain the CTU.
• Determine protocol compliance of Advanced Data Communications Control Procedures (ADCCP) handlers in ITW/AA, SSA and any other mission sets in accordance with the governing standards or interface control drawings.
• Systems/Network Administration- Provide system/network administrative functions using the latest server operating system

Assist the DDI Warfighter Support (WS) with policy oversight, implementation planning, and execution of transformational initiatives for the geographic CCMD intelligence directorates, JIOCs, Component Command and CSA, and Military Service intelligence initiatives; Ensure timely development of related policies, directives and instructions and assist in providing subject matter expertise to support the USD(I)’s oversight role; Review CCMD, Services, and Combat Support Agencies’ compliance with OUSD(I) guidance, policy, and the JIOC Execute Order (EXORD). The Maritime SOF and AtN Doctrine SMEs integrate technical and operational asymmetric information into training and provide training to units both CONUS and OCONUS, supporting multiple training and/or exercise events simultaneously. Assist in the development, utilization, and enhancement of more sustainable and mission-realistic training curriculum, exercise scenarios supported by simulated IED devices.
The Maritime SOF and AtN Doctrine SMEs provide expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the C-IED subject matter. Serve as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation and alternatives. Job Description: Downrange Operations and Training is seeking a retired or former UH/MH-60M (15T) repairer for an OCONUS Aircraft Maintenance Instructor (AMI) position in Taiwan. The AMI position is part of a Security Assistance Training Team that is being provided to the Taiwan Army. The aim is to assist in the building of a mission ready UH-60M Helicopter Squadron which has maintenance support and training capability to sustain the force by the Taiwan Army. The training team is being provided as part of the Security Assistance Training Program which directly supports US foreign policy and DoD Security Cooperation Plans and Programs.
Experience Required:
1. Previously qualified as a school trained U.S. Army 15T UH-60M Aircraft Repairer.
2. Must have at least five (5) years’ experience conducting and supervising US Army Aviation UH/MH-60 maintenance programs
3. Experience as an UH/MH-60M Assault Helicopter Platoon Sergeant or Experience as a Platoon Sergeant in aviation
4. Experience as a Production Control or Quality Control NCOIC in an Army Aviation Maintenance Unit supporting UH/MH-60M aircraft
5. Experience as a Technical Inspector on the UH/MH-60M.
Note: experience as an instructor at a formal maintenance qualification course is desired.

Detailed Responsibilities:

The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. Job Description
The Director of Ambulance Operations, also referred to as the EMS Director will emphasize close coordination, communications and collaboration with the DoS officials in Iraq, the MSSI DSH, small DSHs, HUs, CONUS support and other relevant locations to ensure that responsive and reliable services are delivered at all times.
The EMS Director will manage day-to-day operations, logistic and administrative functions to optimize overall service delivery. The EMS director reports to the MSSI Program Manager and is responsible for technical oversight over all assigned EMTs (Basic, Advanced or Paramedic) staff. The EMS Director may also provide clinical services as an EMT-P and is clinically supervised by the site lead provider or other provider that is supervising clinical care on site.
The EMS Director monitors the skills, training and performance of all medics using the following scope of work:
The EMT-P will be assigned to treat patients in one of three settings: (1) Field Health Unit, (2) Small medical/trauma hospitals, (3) Large medical/trauma hospital and assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician or physician extender.
The EMT-P interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records the information on patients' charts. EMT may be required to draw and collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis. The Supervisor will be expected to supervise other EMT’s, schedule, maintain shelf stock and ensure the presentation of an orderly and safe clinic environment
The EMT-P will perform emergency skills, such as managing respiratory, trauma, and cardiac emergencies, and patient assessment. Typically, an EMT will deal with bleeding, fractures, airway obstruction, cardiac arrest, and emergency childbirth. EMT-P will use and maintain common emergency equipment, such as backboards, suction devices, splints, oxygen delivery systems, and stretchers.
EMT-P provides more extensive pre-hospital care than do EMTs. In addition to carrying out the procedures of the other levels, paramedics administer medications orally and intravenously, interpret electrocardiograms (EKGs), perform endotracheal intubations, and use monitors and other complex equipment.
All EMT-P positions are subject to location availability and assignment will be based on skill set needs.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.
Required Skills
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Completed an approved Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) course, and certification as a Paramedic
Must Hold and Maintain Certification by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians – Paramedic OR hold and maintain PHTLS/ITLS and PALS in addition to State Paramedic License, ACLS and CPR.
Received additional education and training in anatomy and physiology as well as advanced medical skills desirable
Prior experience as a Paramedic Supervisor or Field Training Officer preferred

Clinical and EMT field experience.

Seeking NP or PA for 5 hours per week X 48 weeks (with possibility of extension)
The center NP/PA agrees to adhere to the policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the client. The center NP/PA will have primary responsibility to implement the program outlined above and may be assisted by the client and/or regional health specialists. The center NP/PA, with the concurrence of the center director, may delegate by written and dated health care guidelines any of his/her responsibilities set forth in this contract to appropriate qualified staff. The center NP/PA may delegate professional responsibilities set forth in this contract to another full- or part-time clinician only with the center director's prior concurrence and a prior review of the secondary clinician's qualifications by the regional director and regional medical specialist.
1. The development, implementation, and monitoring of the center health and wellness program, to help students become and stay employed, including:
•Advising the center director and health services staff on all medical and health related matters. This shall include staffing requirements; the advisability of medical separations, including the furnishing of diagnosis, prognosis, and recommendations for future care; the utilization and cost of services; the personalization of patient care; and any other health areas deemed appropriate by the center NP/PA and the center director.
•Consulting with center staff on ordering, accounting for, and safeguarding health equipment, supplies, and medications.
•With due regard for Client requirements, the center NP/PA will prioritize health needs and set program direction accordingly. To accomplish this, the center NP/PA should confer with the health and wellness manager (HWM), the center dentist, and center mental health consultant (CMHC), and meet with the center director or administrative officer on a monthly basis to review policies and expenditures for that period and establish restraints, if necessary, to stay within budgetary guidelines. The center NP/PA may involve the regional health specialists in this process, if needed.
•Developing a system to promote the coordination and integration of the health components (medical, oral health, mental health, environmental health, and health education) with other center activities. This will be done in cooperation with the HWM, center dentist, and CMHC.
•Providing advice and assistance to health education instructors on the implementation of the health and wellness program and promoting health and wellness outside the clinic walls (i.e., out on center) to enhance employability of the total student population.
•Ensuring the maintenance, confidentiality, and safeguarding of all health records.
•Issuing and maintaining signed and dated standing orders for medical care in accordance with the Health Care Guidelines TAG.
Staying current on Client policies and procedures via frequent communication with the center’s HWM, review of the Client Health and Wellness website and participation in monthly national center NP/PA teleconferences.
2. Providing direct medical services to students, including:
•A cursory medical inspection for each student within the first 48 hours after arrival on center, and a definitive medical examination and health history of each student within 14 days of arrival on center. The medical examination will include the interpretation of all routine laboratory tests. Although much of this work may be delegated, the center NP/PA maintains the ultimate responsibility for the quality of work performe
•Diagnosis and treatment of illness and injury, including the center NP/PA's availability on center for acute illness and injury visits
•Arrangements for preventive immunizations and detection and control of communicable diseases as specified in PRH-6 and the Immunization and Communicable Disease Control TAG.
•Provision of all necessary referrals for specialist and institutional care and assisting in reviewing follow up information from such off-center referrals.
•Providing a system of 24-hour emergency back-up coverage/referral.
The center NP/PA is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of the contractor or Client. The center NP/PA agrees to provide malpractice insurance to cover the NP/PA's professional services to students. We can assist you with this.

The Controller works with a high degree of independence in performing accounting and financial activities for the company by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information as well as managing staff. This role is responsible for all areas relating to accounting functions and financial reporting. This position will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks and activities, and is expected to make recommendations for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This position must meet tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities. This person will also assist in the analysis and preparation of the consolidated financial statements. In addition this person will be a contact for the external auditors when performing their annual audit as well as assisting with the internal audit process as it relates to other internal processes.
Essential duties and responsibilities will include:
-Monitoring cash flows and facilitate in forecasting financial trends
-Providing an interpretation of financial information
-Developing management mechanism in the finances department for purposes of minimizing the financial risks
-Supervise and oversee the operations of the Finance and Accounting Department
-Advise Senior Management
-Responsible for and performs all pricing activities for Government solicitations
-Develop business unit budgets and report budget vs. actual expenses monthly Managing the firm's budgets
-Responsible for month end and year end close of general ledger and financial records Responsible for overseeing the financial statement audits
-Perform financial analysis on job profitability, labor distributions, budget vs. actual
-Responsible for preparing monthly financial statements (Income, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows, Cost Status Report), quarterly financial reports, and the annual financial statements (including the related annual footnote disclosures)
-Responsible for and performs all federal and state wage reports, federal and state tax deposits and payments, invoices to clients, accounts payable, etc are completed correctly and on time)
-Responsible for reviewing and approving all federal and state wage reports and unemployment reports and ensure they are submitted by the due dates
-Responsible for overseeing the successful utilization of the Accounting/Finance system
-Write and implement corporate, accounting and financial reporting policies
-Enhancing, designing, and implementing formal internal controls over financial reporting processes
-Participates in all matters pertaining to financial reporting management
-Responsible for Corporate DCAA compliance as pertains to all financial matters
-Bachelor's degree in related field required with active CPA license
-MBA strongly preferred
Experience and Education:
The successful candidate will rely on their own extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. They will perform a variety of tasks and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and background:
-Minimum of 10 years financial accounting management experience or at least 6 years of public accounting experience required
-Minimum of 5 years financial accounting experience within a federal contractor (Preferred)
-Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) corporate finance financial planning preparation of financial statements budget preparation development of cost proposals cost estimates and cost quotations (for a Government client strongly preferred)
-Experience filing federal and state wage reports
-Familiarity with DCAA compliance in regards to time keeping, invoicing, travel expense & expense processing
-Familiarity with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
-Familiarity with the set-up of state tax accounts (withholding and unemployment accounts) and the administration of payroll in multiple states
-Familiarity with fringe benefit administration including payroll deductions
-Computer/Software Knowledge Requirements:
-Must be familiar with the following: Microsoft Dynamics Nav, Microsoft Office Suite, automated time keeping systems
-Must possess expert skills in Excel

-Must be process oriented and have the ability to develop new processes to enhance efficiency and on-going refinement of current processes and procedures
