Our customer is seeking a Systems Analyst who will be expected to provide production and project support for EBS Financials application modules. The job includes direct interaction with application users, business process analysts, developers, and database administrators as required. Consultant must be capable of learning these custom features quickly and efficiently In addition this role is expected to contribute to the R12 project as needed. R12 tasks could include process flow creation and editing, advising on BR100 setup options and their impact on the to-be processes, writing functional specifications independently or at the direction of a client SA or BPA. This role may also be asked to assist with all testing phases. Testing related tasks could include defining test conditions and scenarios, writing detailed test cases, and organizing or performing tests.
Responsibilities:
Backfill for production support for the QCT Oracle EBS instance.
Some project related responsibilities will include: Contribute to the solution design by participating in reviews and lending subject matter and Oracle expertise as input, BR100 (setup & configuration) for finance modules, assisting with process design and documentation, testing support and testing execution.
Qualifications:
* BA Computer Science/Equivalent Experience
* Oracle 11i EBS Skill & Experience Required: Strong Oracle Cost Accounting including Inventory, WMS, WIP/OSFM.
* Strong AP module specifically with direct material procurement rather than indirect material, invoice and payment batch processing
* Strong AR module including lockbox and cash receipts, transactions, etc.
* Strong GL module specifically with all things related to transfer/Import/Posting from subledger modules as well as manual JEs.
* Other GL functions are not used. Experience in the following modules is not helpful for this role: Projects, Fixed Assets, Treasury Must be well versed in the BR100 information for GL, AR, AP, and all modules that affect Cost Accounting.

· Ensure instructors meet their responsibilities relative to mid-term grades, final grades, student attendance, at-risk students, etc.
· Manage faculty loading, class scheduling and instructor scheduling ensuring appropriate student/instructor ratio and classroom utilization.
· Review and provides feedback on instructor performance. Conducts periodic performance reviews with each instructor.
· Monitor faculty development needs and provides documentation of faculty development plan and outcomes.
· Review student evaluations and share evaluations with instructors, using results as a means for identification of opportunities for improvement.
· Review and approve faculty professional development plan annually.
· Evaluate faculty progress toward professional development plan semi-annually, based upon review of evidence provided.
· Develop adjunct faculty pool with appropriate academic and professional credentials.
· Teach classes for absent instructors, as necessary. May be required to work extra hours to include evenings, as necessary, and as directed by the Director of Education/Vice President of Education.
Curriculum
· Lead the program review and revision process, using student outcomes data and input from advisory boards to drive decision-making.
· Contribute to the identification and development of new programs, and alignment of existing curriculum.
· Identify requirements and needs to meet national and programmatic accreditation requirements as well as any state licensure requirements.
· Work with faculty to determine textbook review and selection.
· Participate in institutional effectiveness programs as it relates to their specific program including data collection, analysis and continuous improvement at the campus level.
Administration
· Develop a schedule of course offerings for each term.
· Assure that attendance is taken in every class for each scheduled meeting time.
· Maintain required documentation of all student and instructor issues.
· Assist in management of department expenses within limitations of the budget. Participate in the budgeting process; operates within budget constraints.

· Enact student suspensions, when necessary.
· Serve on campus and university-wide committees.

Professional/Community Involvement

· Interact with community leaders to ensure student participation in community service projects.
· Participate in development and management of local corporate programs.

Requirements:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Possess the ability to classify and identify target classification using ENVI and IDL software by comparing exploitation methods with pixel spectra and reference spectrum.
• Provide a thorough understanding of Spectral Reflectance within the Field and Laboratory spectra.
• Have a robust understanding of Atmospheric Compensation, i.e. empirical and atmospheric parameter modeling, individual and principle component analysis and false color analysis across the electromagnetic spectrum.
• Be able to perform non-literal analysis to identify numerous material discrimination events, vegetation analysis and spectral library manipulation using ENVI SPEAR tools.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
• Additional years of expert experience in the fields of hyper-spectral imaging techniques, advanced geospatial analysis and production experience are highly desirable.

REQUIREMENTS:

The applicant must be able to perform high-level web application and database design functions centered on .NET technologies, analyzing intelligence functional requirements and developing design specifications to satisfy intelligence mission requirements. Applicant must have a firm understanding of the software development lifecycle from the establishment and definition of requirements, to acceptance, implementation, and maintenance and support. Ensures that software design is interoperable, secure, portable, serviceable, and maintainable; has demonstrated effectiveness and reliability; and is highly operational within the parameters of the system. Reviews data requirements, as well as access and response needs, and recommends application platforms and programming languages to best support them. Evaluates and recommends available database management system (DBMS) products to best support validated user requirements. Develops custom applications, database and graphic interfaces utilizing development tools such as Structured Query Language (SQL), Visual Studio, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) / Extensible Markup Language (XML), and .NET. Defines file organization, indexing methods, and security procedures for applicable user applications. Develops functional block diagrams, logic flow charts, test plans and provide test data results for all implementations. Documents the design, requirements, system test results, implementation plans and system performance. Prepares required program-level and user-level documentation. Patches, monitors, and reports compliance status of Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) to the appropriate security managers. Manages security and Information Assurance (IA) aspects of software, including analysis of appropriate log file entries and implementation of security countermeasures when necessary and as directed by appropriate Information Security personnel. Scan database servers with DISA Gold Disk and assess vulnerabilities, apply fix actions and report to local Information Assurance Manager. Follows local change management procedures, such as access permissions, passwords, patches and other configuration changes to systems under which custom development occurs. Provides customer support, training, trouble shooting and problem resolution, as required. Participates in technical conferences and discussions to keep command intelligence community informed and apprised of current status on technical programs, projects, and other related matters. Prepares and presents technical briefings as subject matter expert as required. Plans, organizes, secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Specialized Experience. The System Engineer must demonstrate experience as a VB.NET programmer with experience using Microsoft SQL database servers with a firm understanding of SQL stored procedures and advanced SQL techniques. Must possess the ability to develop complex software solutions to satisfy design objectives; ability to collect and analyze user requirements for implementation of appropriate solutions; and ability to prepare technical documentation. The System Engineer must obtain certification(s) satisfying the Technical Level II requirements in DoD instruction 8570.1. In addition to the baseline Information Assurance (IA) certification for their level, the system engineer with privilege access must possess appropriate Computing Environment (CE) certifications for the operating systems and/or security related tools/devices they support.

Provides supervision, care and correctional treatment of inmates. Incumbent is concerned with maintenance of institution security contributing to the health and welfare of the inmates and the promotion of good public relations. Enforces rules and regulations governing facility security, inmate accountability and inmate conduct to ensure judicial sanctions are carried out and inmates remain in custody. From time to time, may be authorized to carry firearms and to use physical force, including deadly force, to maintain control of inmates. During institution emergencies or other periods of heavy workload or limited staff, may be required to work long and irregular hours, unusual shifts, Sundays, holidays and unexpected overtime. Information as to operations and procedures is provided by post orders, BOP program statements, local supplements, custodial manual, internal correspondence and staff meetings. Incumbent must be flexible and have a broad knowledge base to use own initiative in the resolution of problem situations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
EDUCATION: FOR GL-05: Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. FOR GL-06: Nine (9) semester hours or fourteen (14) quarter hours of graduate study, from an accredited school, in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Social Science, or another field of study related to the position such as law. You will serve as the Company Level Coordinator (TC) in support of the Warrior Transition Unit/Community Based Warrior Transition Unit (WTU/CBWTU), providing services and assistance to Warriors and Family Members in Transition.
You will integrate employment, education and internship (EEI) support elements to enable a successful transition program.
You will serve as liaison and coordinate with a variety of agencies to ensure transition services are afforded and provided. You will provide assistance and guidance to Warriors in Transition (WT) regarding benefits, entitlements, educational, and employment programs, internal and external to the installation.
You will develop and implement standard operating procedures, and perform trend analysis and program effectiveness. you will develop and provide command level executive summaries, information and decision briefs, and assist in the development of short and long range goals. You will develop program requirements and provide input for travel, training, equipment, supplies and other resources to support program operations. You will analyze data, report program progress, and solicit feedback through client critique forms.
You will plan, schedule, coordinate and facilitate conferences, workshops, training sessions, briefings, and seminars dealing with transition assistance in collaboration with federal, state, private organizations, and installation service providers.
You will develop briefing materials and conduct briefings, educational, and informational events and seminars. You will obtain and confirm guest speakers, secure facilities, equipment, and support services you will represent the WTU at meetings and sessions with federal, state, and local representatives.

Experience required:

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency (knowledge, skills, abilities) in the following areas:

Job Description:
Provide campaign-level analyses of joint theater-level warfare with RAND’s Joint Integrated Contingency Model (JICM). Provide analytical and operational support to the mission in support of focused reviews of defense capabilities and requirements. Support operation of models, including but not be limited to the setting up of models, creation of scenarios and Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), data extraction, data manipulation, and interpretation of model results. Maintain and update the data, and models input data files contained in the Government’s systems and used in support of the SAC modeling and analytic efforts for the JCIM/ STORM/ EADSIM/ NSS models. Using the data, model input data files, and associated software, perform analysis and decision support, consisting of generating special displays, charts, graphics, data pulls, comparisons, and other analyses. Perform archiving of study data and retrieve data from previous studies included in the archives.
Requirements:
• High level of model experience with greater than 5 years of experience in the use of the designated model to support studies for the development of operational insights for DoD senior leadership
• Having the required training and applicable experience and expertise, and a clear understanding to perform campaign-level analyses of joint theater-level warfare with RAND’s Joint Integrated Contingency Model (JICM)
• Capable of independent use of the model, the set up and running of the model, debugging of databases, identification of model issues and evaluation of potential model fixes, as well as interpretation of results
• Ability to process model outputs, and running the models as necessary, and to produce baseline results that achieve study objectives
Computer Skills:
• Familiarity with development and use of models: Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS); set up and running of the model, debugging of databases.
Education:
• Bachelors of Science (BS) Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline preferred
Military Experience:
• Previous military experience desired
Clearance Requirement:
• TS/SCI required
