May be required to assist at an off –site laundry program and be required to work night shifts as needed.
High school diploma/ GED and experience in the Human Services field. 3. HBSS Systems Administrator (TS) ( Little Creek, VA)
L3 NSS has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed TS/SCI cleared HBSS Systems Administrator. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization at Little Creek, VA Beach.
We are currently looking for a Security Systems Administrator, who will be responsible for installing, securing, managing and maintaining the McAfee HBSS suite and associated modules on workstations throughout the NAVSOC networks in accordance with the DISA-mandated baseline. Security Systems Administrator will also be responsible for conducting workstations compliance assessments using Defense Information Systems Agency Security Technical Information Guides (STIG) and benchmarks.
Duties
- Perform troubleshooting of installation of HBSS components and deployment of Agent modules and approved policies.
- Perform troubleshooting of HBSS components and applications when ePO policies are preventing application operations.
- Develop automated reporting dashboards within the existing McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator system to provide near real-time reporting of computer system compliance information; maintain overall visibility for all connected assets.
- Provide subject matter expertise for applying STIGs and other HBSS operational requirements and configuration guidelines to the ePO security suite.
- Perform regular required reporting, monitor applicable security resources for updated requirements and compliance directions including Cybercom Task Orders.
- Participate with HBSS analyst and network security personnel in reviewing current intelligence for relevant threats and assist in development of appropriate actions/response.
- Evaluate relative HBSS product advancements and provide recommendations for planned testing and develop implementation schedules for deployment into the production environment.
- Support HBSS infrastructure maintenance objectives including upgrades and configuration changes.
- Conduct security incident response as required
Job Requirements
- ACTIVE Top Secret Security Clearance
- 2+ years of combined experience in HBSS and Information Security
- Experience with administration of McAfee’s HBSS Suite (ePO, McAfee Agent, Policy Auditor, AV, Rogue System Detection)
- Experience working with Network administration disciplines, Microsoft Windows 7 Required. Understanding of Firewalls and ACLs, IDS, VMware ESXi preferred.
- CompTIA Security+ or Meeting DoD 8570-01-M IAT II requirements

5. Over the Road Drivers - CONUS
In the 1961 novel Catch-22, a group of American airmen stationed in the Mediterranean find themselves in the strange position of having to maintain their sanity in order to fulfill their tours and be discharged. The satirical novel is a brilliant piece that illustrates the often-maddening reality of having a problem whose only solution is negated by the problem itself. Thus, the phrase 'Catch-22' has been adopted as an idiom to describe a problem that has no solution. For the modern trucking service, the problem of driver experience qualifies as a Catch-22.
Trucking companies looking to bring on new drivers are often looking for individuals with a sufficient amount of over-the-road (OTR) experience. They do this for a couple of reasons. First, experienced drivers already know the ropes. They can meet the requirements of the job without issue. Second, insurance companies do not look as favorably on new drivers as they do veterans. It can cost companies more money to hire new drivers.
Here's the problem that creates the Catch-22: new drivers need OTR experience in order to be hired, yet they cannot get that experience without working. This problem leaves trucking service companies without enough drivers and new drivers without the work they need to gain experience. Nevertheless, there is a solution.
Choosing Your Employer
The driver experience problem may be the norm for the trucking industry, but not every company experiences it. C.R. England is but one example. We have implemented a program that not only encourages new drivers to sign on with us, but also recruits students and helps them earn their licenses. Simply by choosing us as their employer, our new drivers get the training and experience they need in one place.
Say a new, unlicensed driver applies for work with C.R. England. As long as that individual meets all of our hiring requirements and appears a good fit for the job, we will send him or her to school through our CDL partner, Premier Truck Driving Schools. Completion of CDL training makes the driver eligible to begin working for C.R. England right away. We team him/her up with a trainer for a predetermined amount of time in order to allow him/her to gain the necessary experience and learn the ropes.
As you can see from our example, a new driver can get around the experience problem by choosing the right employer. That driver must commit to his/her employer for a specific amount of time in order to be eligible, but it is still a great way to get the OTR experience a driver needs. He or she can then choose to stay with that employer or move on after fulfilling their commitment.

Not every trucking company does what C.R. England does to recruit and hire drivers. So why do we do it? We invest in new drivers because we know that they are the future of the trucking industry. With the majority of drivers now over the age of 25, the industry is staring at a driver shortage that will only get more serious as each successive wave of drivers retires in the coming years. We need new blood in the industry if we are to survive. C.R. England has every intention of not only surviving, but thriving as well.

8. SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (FT BRAGG, NC) (TS/SCI)
The Senior Project Engineer provides analysis and systems integration support for installation and operation of unique conventional, unconventional and sensitive-in-nature land-mobile and airborne Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence (C4I) telecommunications systems, services and equipment on C-130, C-17 and other low density, highly specialized aircraft in support of the Special Operations Force (SOF).
Responsibilities:
The position requires the candidate to have a thorough knowledge of RF technology and of IP network concepts to evaluate and recommend technology solutions as necessary. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work and travel on fluid and flexible schedules, CONUS and OCONUS.
•Provide technical guidance for rapidly evolving SOF-unique communications programs and architectures that interface across partner nations, sister services and national level agencies.
•Conduct research for improvement and deployment of DoD aeronautical telecommunications systems, programs and projects.
•Design, install, maintain and configure remote access, special application, executive communications voice, data and VTC packages for use on a wide range of transport medium from any location around the world that provide secure network access from virtually anywhere at any time.
•Meet with primary customer-users and systems operators to define requirements and courses of action.
•Develop requirements, formalized testing procedures, conduct briefings and write results documentation that help determine strategies to support present and emerging requirement.
•Plan and manage installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting and configuration management of hardware and software systems including installation of new or modified hardware and software.
•Apply broad practical knowledge of satellite systems and their relationship to other telecommunications networks, systems and equipment in order to mitigate characteristics and operational differences with an eye on providing useable secure, remote enterprise connectivity.
•Provide subject matter expertise, advice and training to technical personnel responsible for installation, operation and maintenance of equipment and systems. Interpret and apply technical specifications and establish requirements and priorities for current and future communications-electronics programs.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pertinent advancements in commercial and government-of-the-shelf technologies that might integrate with current capabilities to fill special requirements targeted to support a wide variety of special operations missions, real world scenarios and contingencies.
Qualifications:
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Position requires a current TS/SCI Clearance.

Job Title: Instructor Pilot UH-60M
Job Description: Downrange Operations and Training is seeking a retired or former UH-60M Pilot for an OCONUS Pilot Instructor position in Taiwan. The position is part of a Security Assistance Training Team that is being provided to the Taiwan Army. The aim is to assist in the building of a mission ready UH-60M Helicopter Squadron which has maintenance support and training capability to sustain the force by the Taiwan Army. The training team is being provided as part of the Security Assistance Training Program which directly supports US foreign policy and DoD Security Cooperation Plans and Programs.
Experience Required:
1.Qualified as a U.S. Army UH-60M Instructor Pilot.
2.Minimum of 300 UH-60M Instructor Pilot flight hours
3.Minimum of 1500 total rotary wing flight hours experience
4.UH-60 flight experience in either Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom within the previous ten (10) years

The Value Stream Manager (VSM) is a strategic partner in our operations with responsibility for leading the production operations of a dynamic manufacturing unit. The VSM insures products in the Value Stream are received and shipped with the highest level of safety that will meet or exceed customer expectations with regards to quality and delivery requirements. The VSM is directly responsible for overall performance of the Value Stream including safety, quality, delivery and cost. Job Summary:
The Dock Operations Manager is part of an organizational structure matrix working closely with
University Services, WCAS, McCormick, Facilities Management, and the Office for Research Safety to
oversee the daily operations of the Receiving Docks at the Technological Institute. The role also entails
oversight of the Cook/Hogan loading dock on matters related to Gas Services and some facilities
management concerns related to refuse and recycling.
Will be working in a receiving area with exposure to warmer and colder temps. Assumption is that
the dock will be managed MF,
with posted dock hours, however this may change as the position
develops. Dock hours will be overlapped with other dock personnel, but the assumption is that the
dock will be manned from 6:00am to 5:00pm and that Manager will work during peak operational
times, falling within 40 hours.
Specific Responsibilities:
Supervises the receiving operations at Tech and Cook/Hogan on the Evanston Campus, which
include receiving packages, laboratory gas tanks, dry ice, liquid nitrogen and other university
equipment. Responsible for inventorying and implementing a tracking system for campus
delivery, shipping outgoing packages / documents, and maintaining the dock area.
Develops procedures and protocols for driver checkin
and checkout,
receiving, staging,
temporary storage, parking, equipment usage, and special refuse and recycling requests.
Responsible for the opening and closing procedures of the receiving dock area, which include
initializing all office / dock equipment, reviewing previous day logs and ensuring previous
deliveries, and scheduling of personnel, approval of absences, personal days and vacation.
Supervises storekeepers in the proper receiving, storing, moving and interim project staging
functions. Plans, assigns and reviews work of storekeepers. Supervises training for loading
dock equipment, specialized equipment, systems, receiving, interim staging and storage
protocols, handling hazardous materials, safety procedures, use of compactor, standard
recycling and disposal protocols, and use of NU Financials (PO lookup, enter receivers, etc).
Ensures that the dock area, procedures and employees are compliant with all relevant policies
and regulations, in concert with other University departments and external agencies.
Acts as liaison for departmental queries between University Services, other units, consumers
and delivery vendors.
Manages vehicle traffic in the dock area and keeps track of contractors and their onsite
locations. Monitors facilities issues and takes initiative to report requests and concerns as
appropriate.
Monitors trash removal in the dock areas, ensuring people are using the compactor as they
should, breaking down shipping containers, requesting an extra dumpster or pickup when
needed and getting materials into the proper bins.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Demonstrated leadership ability to hire, train, supervise, and instruct storekeepers on duties,
procedures, and protocols with 1015
years of related experience;
Supervisory experience required;
Knowledgeable of dock operations, logistics, procedures, record keeping, facility and safety
requirements. High standards for operational excellence. Knowledgeable of utilization of heavy
dock related equipment. Familiarity with crossdock
process procedures;
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment. Excellent relationshipbuilding
and
problemsolving
abilities; a high degree of energy and initiative;
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written);
Ability to handle interpersonal communications with tact, courtesy, and discretion;
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Systems; and
Ability to lift 75 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
Some college preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience; and
Knowledge of PeopleSoft financial system preferred.

Sales Tax Investigator II
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Tax Investigator II to perform a variety of technical investigation activities to collect unpaid sales and use taxes for the City.
Typical Responsibilities
• Conduct interviews with taxpayers as part of the City's tax collection procedure; explain the City's tax code and related policies and procedures; and answer questions
• Calculate the amount of taxes due from delinquent taxpayers through interviews and review of financial documents; process notices of assessment; arrange installment payments; determine the likelihood of collection based on an independent assessment of records and other factors; and inform supervisory staff as necessary
• Investigate instances of taxpayers failing to file, remit, or fully disclose sales and use taxes due; recommend legal action as necessary; assist in preparing legal notice documents; provide technical assistance to the City Attorney; and testify in court as ordered
• Perform a variety of legal actions to claim trust fund money for past due taxes including legally sanctioned property seizures, conducting property sales, preparing and filing liens, and other activities and legal remedies
• Collect vehicle sales taxes; investigate occurrences of vehicle owners claiming to reside at an address outside of the City limits in order to avoid registration fees and taxes; collect on returned checks; and assist other sales tax staff as needed
• Contact representatives from other municipalities and outside agencies as needed regarding tax law enforcement; perform research and investigation
• Respond to public inquiries in a courteous manner; provide information within the area of assignment
• Conduct field visits to vendors to ensure proper licensing and compliance with sales tax ordinances

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED supplemented by college level coursework in accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, or a related field.
Three years of full-time auditing, accounting, or tax collection experience.
Possess, or obtain upon hire, and maintain a valid Colorado drivers' license.
Possess, or obtain within three months of hire, a current Colorado Notary Public commission.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, or a related field.
Supervisory experience.

Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.
Experience and Education:
This position may require recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.
The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.
Required:
Applicants must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.
This position requires the ability to obtain and hold a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility. (Resume must show that proposed employee currently holds a TS clearance with previous access to SCI level of information.)
At least 5 years' experience in increasingly responsible positions in one or more military, academic or intelligence community functional areas.
At least 2 years' experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
At least 1 year of experience providing forward (deployed) support to one or more SOF units or commands.
Possess analytical experience at SOTF and higher.
Highly Desired:
Post 9/11 experience conducting deployed intelligence analysis.
Prior experience providing direct deployed support to National SOF elements.
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree from an accredited college or university.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator should have the ability to perform tasks and provide training to support the client in the uses and capabilities of the following web-based intelligence tools, software, and databases: Multimedia Message Manager (M3), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), NCTC Online, Terrorism Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE), ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT database, Skope SIGINT analytical toolkit, Analyst Notebook /Palantir link analysis software, ArcGIS spatial analysis software, Google Earth spatial analysis software, and Microsoft productivity software and applications as needed.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator should have familiarity with the following methodologies: F3EAD, CALEB/IWA, Social Network Analysis and CARVER.
Preferred:
Documented experience developing or maintaining a Common Intelligence Picture (CIP).
Experience providing direct analytical support to HUMINT operations.
Experience providing direct targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
