L3 NSS has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Active Directory / Exchange Systems Engineer. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DOD) organization OCONUS in Afghanistan.
Specifically the Active Directory / Exchange Systems Engineer will be responsible for supporting systems and applications on a geographically dispersed Windows 2008 and 2012 network with multiple types of servers and server applications. The successful candidate will provide support as the theatre escalation point for Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange issues in the enterprise, including troubleshooting related issues and using Remedy ticketing system to document and track trouble tickets. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing Active Directory/Exchange support at the CJOA-A level following theatre-approved doctrine and guidelines, with tasks including: (but not limited to) working with Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, SQL, SharePoint, DHCP, Scripting, SCCM, SCOM, and VMware ESXi. The level of support provided by the successful candidate will need to be commensurate with the requirements of a multi-site Microsoft Exchange 2003-2007 organization in order to meet and maintain appropriate service levels. Additional responsibilities include: planning, testing, tuning, configuring, and setup of Microsoft Exchange architecture as well as supporting OWA and complex client Outlook issues that impact the enterprise. Additionally, the Engineer will provide remote support and/or travel to various OCONUS customer servers and sites as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience and a strong engineering background with Active Directory/Exchange Administration.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.
Requirements:
• Be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
• DOD 8570 IAT III (CISA, GCIH, GCED, CISSP,CASP)
• Must be willing/able to work OCONUS for minimum of one year
• Must be able to complete and pass all CRC screening requirements
• Must have experience with and be knowledgeable about Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
• Must have experience with the Remedy ticketing system

The Command and Control (C2) Specialist (Mid-Level) will be responsible for assisting in conducting requirements determination, planning, development, implementation and training of revolutionary technologies and processes for C2 Systems. Duties consist of:
· Assist in the development of C2 training requirements

· Use of the ADDIE model for Training Development
· Instruct Trainees in the use of the C2 System
· Teach, coach, train, and mentor Trainees and the customer in training considerations of the System both in the USA and overseas
Duties:

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities: The Human Terrain Analyst shall assess tribal, cultural and geographic data (both classified and unclassified) in order to create human terrain data layers and apply socio-cultural principles to intelligence collection and targeting in a collaborative environment. Analysts shall use multiple data sources to provide gazetteer area studies/map overlaps and acquire unique primary source material for extraction compilation, and inclusion in intelligence assessments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Quiet Professionals seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as an All-Source/Targeting Analyst at the Expert level to support a USSOCOM contract.
The contract will require intelligence analysts capable of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Counter Intelligence (CI), All-Source Analysts, Targeting Analysts, Collection Management, as well as Industrial Security Professionals.
All-Source/Targeting Analysts shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.
Employees on this contract will be responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, Client development and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) analytical team.
Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.
The All-Source/Targeting Analyst must possess the capability of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT).
Analysts are responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments and predictive analysis as part of an analytical team.
The All-Source/Targeting Analyst will have advanced targeting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting.
The All-Source/Targeting Analyst shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation and have a through of the F3EA targeting methodology.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
•Minimum of ten years analytical experience in support of SOF.
•Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
•Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
•Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience.
•Excellent written and oral communications skills and be highly proficient in all source analytical support tools.
•Recent experience in Afghanistan, Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations.
•Bachelor's degree is preferred.
•Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
•Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
•Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
•Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.
