Job Description:

· Support the development and implementation of technical communications strategies, analyze the effectiveness of communications efforts, improve existing communication processes and research new communication approaches

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in communications or journalism and at least five (5) years of experience in providing public affairs support in a professional communications environment OR least ten (10) years of experience as a communicator or writer in support of various unique, specialized organizational goals
· Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook and Excel) Adobe InDesign Suite
· Previous experience with Defense related public affairs support is desired

· Products include internal and external communication videos, video news releases and photo news releases as well as videos of ceremonies, conferences, symposiums, community activities and other events.
· Must be experienced in Adobe Photoshop CS 4/5, Adobe Premier Video Editing, PC and iOS operating systems, digital video conversion from one file format to another
· Skilled in color correction and processing of print and video imagery
· Experience with researching, preparing and disseminating information through various digital media
· Must be proficient in operating digital video camera equipment and editing video software
· Must be able to produce motion graphics for video using lighting design, sound design, story development and conducting video interviews

Job Description
MISSION: The mission is in support of F-16 Base Operations Support/Base Life Support/ Security (BBS services) to provide effective and efficient F-16 BBS services to the Iraqi F-16 mission at Balad Air Base as part of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case to the Government of Iraq.
SCOPE: The Biomedical Equipment Technician reports to and is supervised by the Program Manager or the Chief of Medical Maintenance and coordinates their work with the site medical director or other primary medical equipment users (Radiologist, Physicians, Surgeons, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician’s Assistants, Medical Technologists) on the work site. The Biomedical Equipment Technician will be assigned to repair or maintain equipment in a clinical or hospital setting. In these settings, Biomedical Equipment Technicians install, repair and maintain medical equipment to ensure it is clean, safe and functioning properly. This includes biomedical equipment that requires use of Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), computers with specialized software, hand tools and other repair shop equipment to diagnose and fix problems with a wide variety of healthcare technology. Work on X-ray and ultrasound machines, respirators and heart defibrillators, electric wheelchairs and hospital beds, or medical laboratory equipment is also required. Biomedical Equipment Technician will assist with Medical equipment set up and disinfect laboratory and healthcare equipment so it is safe and ready to use. All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.
Required Skills
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma.
Associates Degree (preferred).
Trade school program (i.e. military training. Technical school).
Must have completed a Biomedical Equipment Technology or Engineering training program leading to a diploma, certificate or an associate’s degree.
U.S. Military Biomedical Equipment Technician technical school training certification (4A2X1, 68A, or HM-8478) will also fulfill this requirement.
Have 5-7 years’ experience.
Must have additional training and experience repairing CT scanners and similar sophisticated equipment.
Provide maintenance and services to include: Calibration of all medical equipment including CT scanners (both government furnished equipment and contractor medical equipment) within their assigned region.
ICC/USCC Certification preferred (CBET).
Must have and maintain current certification in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Hold and maintain a current unrestricted U.S. (State) license.
Participate in training, (including HIPAA training).

Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth
Apply sealants and fluorides to help protect teeth
Take and develop dental x rays
Keep track of patient care and treatment plans
Teach patients oral hygiene, such as how to brush and floss correctly
Depending on the state of employment the hygienists may place and carve filling materials, temporary fillings, and apply periodontal dressings
Assists with the managing of day to day activities and prioritizing tasks
Operates personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software.
Complies with all applicable CHS standards and guidelines.

The contractor will possess solid experience in military organization and must have background in EOD, warfighting concepts and doctrine, and C-IED tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP). The contractor will be the focal point for EOD TTPs, to include render safe, recovery, exploitation, analysis and reporting procedures. Plans, tracks, coordinates and conducts advanced EOD training. Assist units in applying JIEDDO COIC's products, including target and network analysis packages. Apply emerging doctrine and tactics to improve unit application of C-IED methodologies.
Provide expert support, analysis and research into the EOD portion of C-IED. Serve as technical expert on project teams providing technical direction, interpretation and alternatives. Provide the linkage between the supported unit, other EOD elements, JIEDDO enterprise and other agencies. - Liaise with JIEDDO COIC Intelligence Specialists regarding current worldwide IED threats.

- Monitor resource utilization to correct deficient situations, and provides balanced Program recommendations.
- Plan and prepare task scenarios in concert with CTC instructor and unit leadership guidance.
- Construct and maintain - in complete and up-to date form - all lesson plans and other associated materials to facilitate training.
- Present military training when required.
- Maintain accountability of EOD training aid inventory.
- Monitor and distribute training aids and associated training materials to units. Prepare and set-up EOD/IED scenarios at training areas during rotations.
- Provide material solution recommendations to EOD TTPs.
- In concert with CTC leadership, maintain the material condition and realism of ranges and facilities to make them ready for training.

The Red Cell Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the overall conduct and management of specific vulnerability assessments, to include gathering information based on program objectives, identifying gaps in information gathering, and prioritizing courses of action pertaining to the assessment. The Red Cell Intelligence Analyst provides assessment data to the White Cell Project Lead ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements and other administrative directives are met. The Red Cell Intelligence Analyst will research, review, edit, plan, prepare, integrate and publish all-source terrorism and foreign intelligence service intelligence studies, plans, and/or products relating to specific programs. The Red Cell Intelligence Analyst will assume the duties of the core subject matter expert (SME) in intelligence analysis and production in a variety of complex data topics related to various threats to national security.
In addition to performing Red Team assessments, this position will perform Level II Assessments which identify vulnerabilities and associated courses of action within the capabilities of small scale irregular forces as defined by Joint Publication 3-10, Joint Security Operations in Theater. This position emulates the intelligence support provided to this type of adversary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research the structure, ideology, intentions, tactics, and capabilities of level II threat organizations
- Identify critical nodes or other targets and the effects of other environmental characteristics on course of action development
- Develop courses of action a level II adversary may employ against customer personnel, equipment, facilities, networks, information and information systems, infrastructure, and supply chains
- Conduct field assessments from a level II adversary perspective
- Perform collection, analysis, and fusion of the collected information for a specific program
- Identify information requirements, develop collection plans, identify information sources, and develop/conduct takings
- Perform extensive Open Source collection
- Manage information flow from DoD Red Team partners
- Prepare activity reports as required
- Develop courses of action and associated plans/orders to conduct assessments in conjunction with Red Cell assets
- Prepare program deliverables
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience conducting special operations targeting and mission planning
- Experience working in a SCIF environment
- Knowledge of identifying and targeting mission critical systems to include: personnel, equipment, facilities, networks, information and information systems, infrastructure, and supply chains
- Experience in planning and executing attack scenarios designed to destroy or severely degrade the above mentioned mission critical systems
- Working level experience in carrying out undetected surveillance operations tactics, techniques and procedures
- Experience with the tools essential in carrying out undetected surveillance operations
- Experience in avoiding established surveillance detection tactics, techniques and procedures

The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

Identify and address near and long term cyber gaps in system of system architecture and operations and to conduct computer network defense research and tool development (hardware/software) in order to protect information systems and communications networks from harmful or malicious cyber behavior. Finally must develop tests to ensure data is transmitted securely Ability to develop tests to ensure information storage is protected from cyber threats Ability to modernize tactical system authentication and to improve network patching management Ability to scan and assess software for vulnerability
Minimum of 10 years IT experience.
Bachelor of Science Degree required.
Preferred Certifications for Cyber Security Lead Aberdeen Proving Grounds:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
